We had a wonderful long weekend stay at Urban Tales! It is centrally located within easy walking distance of all of the main archaeological and historical sites of Athens, in the very vibrant neighbourhood of Psiri! There are so many restaurants and bars within mere steps of the apartment — it is a truly perfect location. The owners, Tassos and Sofia, are incredibly hospitable and welcoming. They did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and easy.
TLDR: Stay here. It's perfect and has everything you need a stone's throw away.
This is the best place to stay if you want elegance, convenience, and night life. Tassos and Sofia bring hospitality to a new level and have the best recommendations for places to visit and restaurants that aren't specifically for tourists.
We had a lovely stay at Urban Tales. The building looks newly renovated so everything is very modern. The room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable. It's located in a very vibrant neighbourhood of Athens, with loads of bars around, and restaurants with quality food that locals also frequent.
Tassos and his wife are very friendly and accommodating. We were overall very pleased with our stay and we would definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit Athens.
