Very good environment, quite place an clean… few staff members.

Beautiful view! Close to the beach and good service.

The room was large and clean. The breakfast was good with variety and the pool was ok.

It's a good place but I am not ok with the TV here its a little tv.

Certainly the hotel is not one of those standardized and impersonal complexes. But what a joy!
You will find rooms with comfortable beds. A very large pool of clear water and can delight you with the spectacle of the swallows that come to refresh in the afternoon.
A breakfast that does not look like the standards imposed on the French hotel chains, but if you agree to taste the local products you will enjoy the bread just out of the oven in the morning and the cake make on the spot the Greek yogurt with honey…
and a real desire to please.
The small port is 15 minutes walk from the hotel and there also everything is of the atmosphere, the taste of the prices more than reasonable.

The hotel was just as luxurious and clean as in the photo gallery but perhaps a little smaller though, which was a good thing.
The staff were always polite, friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.
The view from our balconies was beautiful even after the fires in the local area and the sea was just a few minutes walk away.
The panoramic views from the banqueting suite (that we used for a conference) were stunning!
The pool was inviting and clean. The buffet breakfast and dinner (we had booked dinner) was amazing and contained hot food as well as an extensive selection of cold dishes.
The coffee was disappointing however.
We found everything to be reasonably priced and great value and will be recommending it to others for a team retreat or conference.
Gideons' Bibles in the rooms would be a welcome addition.

Nothing was too much trouble, they cheerfully answered all our questions regarding our team retreat there and when we arrived we were delighted to find that it was just as lovely as in the photo gallery online. The view from our window was stunningly beautiful and the sea a few minutes walk away. The conference room had a lovely feel to it and the panoramic views were amazing.

Very nice hotel, but place its not the best. Food is very good. The Best thing in this hotel are views.

Nice looking hotel and the service/staff are great and very helpful. Breakfast is good/decent (only tea and coffee though no hot chocolate or other hot drinks). Pool is good and the room was clean and very nice looking decor (we had the family sea view) It's quiet and the sea view room is lovely and the seaside is a short walk away. Air con is a life saver. Down side is that the free lift to the local town/port which they advertise is actually only for large groups and not individual families so we had to walk which took about 30min. Also we got half board which we regretted as the dinner wasn't good at all plus not many options for vegetarians (IMHO), don't think there was any hot food although to be fair it's very hot out there but would still prefer some hot food options. Other than that quite a few facilities. Outside not many shops or restaurants, more around 30min walk away.

Good value for money. Breakfast is decent, dinner is sometimes decent. Rooms are very ok. Pool and garden very ok. Overall it's a good balance price/quality.

Just a stay, the people are small, the rooms are small less clean, there is a pool.

I like the room and the pool.

On our tour in September 2010 on KARPATHOS and Southeast Crete we returned a for a few days at Dolphin. The views over the Bay and the sunsets are very beautiful. (at least on the top floor). The apartment is spacious, clean and well equipped. The price was, after we have hard negotiations, appropriate. We can recommend this hotel without any restrictions.
