I had a fantastic time. The aircon was great in the room, Staff was super friendly and very helpful. And the breakfast was just out of this world. Freshly baked pastries everyday, missing those croissants already! And from the top floor balcony you can see the Parthenon at night :-)

Hotel correct.
Polite welcome, good size room with air conditioning and small fridge, well located hotel.
There is, however, a small smell of upwelling in the bathroom and it is small but nothing catastrophic.

All very well. The reception, the comfortable rooms. The breakfast is very good and the location is very good. We were able to leave our bags there after checkout at no cost.

Though it was a personable service from staff, the overall quality of service was quite slow. Free breakfast is a plus, however a warm plate of food would have been a double plus.

The hotel is very close to the center of the city. Of the minuses, unfavorable area, the room is large, but the sockets near the bed do not work, and both, the shower does not close, garbage is broken, towels are clean but ragged, it seems that they used 10 years. At the request to change the room, the reception replied that there are no available places. At breakfast, the food was chilled, although we came to its very beginning, and remade. In general, I do not advise anyone to stay here.

Absence of the bidet, although unfortunately it is a typical problem that is found abroad, few spaces to sit at breakfast which is scarce as an offer, reception to improve.

Good value for money/services for a hotel of this category.

Broken trash can, broken shower head, broken toilet, low end shower knob, low Wi-Fi and very poorly located hotel. So it remains modern and pretty.

Hotel is fine. Rooms are big enough. The only problem is the location. It is placeD in an area not well recommended.

The hotel is very nice, clean and welcoming. Breakfast is very good with a wide selection of food. Staff is very nice and helpful, specially Michael, he's very nice and hearty. I hope to come back soon for another trip.

Very decent hotel in a modern and welcoming style. The atmosphere is quite calm.

Lovely hotel very close to the center of Athen. Large room with everything you expect from a hotel. We visited off season so there wasn't a lot of guests, but the breakfast buffet still had a nice variety of options. Will recommend.

The staff very professional. The room large and very clean with a balcony in bonus. A beautiful view from the rooftop terrace to the Acropolis. A very good value for money despite the proximity to the place Omonoia which is not very well attended.

Recently renovated, very clean. I arrived at 4am, reception is 24 h, the staff was really nice and helpful.

The hotel is a bit tricky to find (or perhaps the taxi driver made it so). The position is excellent, close to the rail station, cafes bakery etc.
We found the staff very friendly and attentive.
The roon by european standards are spacious and reasonably comfortable. The view out of our window was not inspiring, but to us, a clean bed and room was our priority. Security was good. There plenty of examples of people living rough in the immediate area. That is almost the norm for any city we travelled, even our home city in Australia.

Close to the Acropolis and not too expensive.

Center of the city. Easy access to metro and buses.

Well kept hotel OK for a short stay.

I'm sorry to say this and normally I wouldn't post such a bad review, but I had a reservation at this hotel, made through booking. I didn't even get to the hotel, as the area was full of refugees, trying to sell me drugs, looking at me very awkwardly, the street where the hotel is was full of them, I didn't feel safe at all. I was travelling alone. So for women travelling alone I would never recommend this hotel or the area, where it is situated (Omonia). Really shady. Once I got to the half of street and saw what was there and what people were on the street, I turned around and booked immediately another hotel in the center.

Staff were lovely. My room was bed size and if your fat forget about having a shower. The view was shocking looking at a empty bird shit building no one living it. Going outside at night if your game. Refugee handing out the side street you have to enter the hokey. Didn't feel safe walking there.

After staying here and enjoying the quality of the property, the hospitality, service of the staff and the value, I am hard pressed to imagine staying anywhere else in central Athens.

Food is bad and rooms are nothing special.
