Overall an OK hotel. Breakfast buffet is aweful and cold, they really don't care. It's an Ok hotel if you are on a budget because at least it's clean. There was a water cut from morning till night and they didn't care to tell the customers… I'm giving 3 and not 2 stars because the location is quite central.

It fulfills everything they offer. On my hotel voucher I only had accommodation and the hotel told me that they gave me breakfast because in all their guests I was coming in. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They have upstairs the terrace with small pool, at night you have a drink at the bar and you have views of the Acropolis of Athens. The rooms are comfortable beds and more than enough sink. Very happy with this hotel.

Located close enough to the central train station and the metro turns out to be a fairly dated structure. Overall the service is good, quality international breakfast. Only downside, don't be fooled by the size of the rooftop pool, it's very small. Exciting view of the acropolis in the evening.

Can't understand the negative reviews. On arrival I thought that "old horror" was waiting for us here, but we were received very friendly, our room was large enough, very clean, not too noisy (I mean, you are in Athens, what do you expect? ) and both dinner and breakfast were awarded for a city hotel. On the roof there is a roof terrace where you can admire the Acropolis or hop into the pool with a cold drink. The hotel really has the advantage of being the largest building in the area. So you have a great all-round view. For me, the staff won. The Greeks are hospitable anyway, the team here was already friendly. We were very satisfied and would like to come back at any time.

Very comfortable hotel. All that you need. Friendly & polite staff. Close to metro station we kept going to the city centre. Good breakfast. Unbelievable part being u actually get breakfast here at 5.30 in the morning something I found was really good & will remember this experience. We had a early ferry to Mýkonos we actually had breakfast as early at 5.30. Hospitality industry is all about service, comfort & bringing smiles. This hotel sure does a marvellous job.

Tiny bathroom, noisy air conditioning, hard mattress, old and shabby hotel. The room was not clean. Breakfast is just eatable. How come it is a 4 star hotel? Maximum two. Best Western watch out your partners!

Yes the rooms and bathrooms are a little small but I’m in Athens so see the sites. I just need a clean place to go to a night. The reason for only 4 stars is that the beds are too hard. There is a beautiful nighttime view from the rooftop with a little pool and bar. The breakfast that was included impressed me also. Not just a continental but a hot buffet. I was pleasantly surprised.

Good 3 stars hotel. Provided relevant accommodation. Location is close to the center of Athens but located in front of the Railway station and a big boulevard which makes it very noisy caused with the low level of noise reduction windows. Every room has its small balcony with table and 2 chairs, there are free Wi-Fi but during the evenings the quality is poor. There is a nice terrace with pool and bar on the roof but again the vie to Acropolis is very limited!

Lovely hotel, around a 20 minute walk from the centre of Athens. Great buffet dinner range and breakfast. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. There is also a rooftop terrace with views of the Acropolis and the city.

Hotel to refresh very noisy because of the poor reception road nice buffet in the morning and possibility to eat at night in the form of buffet well also.

Nice hotel. Bit old and needs some works. Very ideal location for visiting Athens. Breakfast is nice.

Very small room, even 10m2. Small bath, you can not turn around in it.

Not very friendly staff during dinner. Also rooms looks dated. Wireless is working good.

We had a family of three and were happy with everything).

We stayed here for three nights and booked a room for 3. Unfortunately the rooms, including the bathroom, are really small, the three beds almost didn't fit in there. The pool is unfortunately closed during off-season, so it was closed when we were there. The hotel is located right next to a busy road and train tracks, so it can be noisy during the night and you can't sleep with the window open. The metro station is a 4 minute walk from the hotel and it's 2 station's away from city center. The breakfast was good, quite busy, but plenty of food and actually better than expected. There is a bar located in the basement with friendly barkeeper and a good place to hang out in the evening, because unfortunately there is nothing in walking distance.

Unfortunately a bit of a renovation. The Wi-Fi also works very poorly. But compared to similar old buildings, it is pure luxury.
This hotel specializes in many large groups. You can hear that. It's very noisy. But not bad.

Good hotel in general. They say in the site that there are good views over the city but the rooftop its always closed.

Good Hotel and Excellent SOUVLAKI-GYROS-COFFEE at the exit of Metro Station "Larissa Station" Good Hotel with rooms with views. Near metro and train. Friendly staff. Where we enjoy traditional delicacies ‘’Τhe Station’’:souvlaki (pork-chicken), gyros (pork-chicken), kebab, sausage, bacon and chicken, cheese burger or pie, or in sandwich or a large plate with handmade tzatziki and sauce. We accompanied them with fresh salads, potatoes, feta cheese with frozen beer, wine, ouzo, tsipouro, soft drinks and juices. You can serve in the area or in the square or in hand, even coffees of all kinds and hand with 1.50 euros. A tasty, inexpensive and relaxing proposition.

Rooms was OK though it was small, friendly staffs and good services.

Poorly designed room, window does not insulate at all acoustically, electrical installation questionable. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Good value for money The. Minin Terrace pool is very good in summer. Good views of the city and the ruins.

I loved staying in this hotel and I felt really convienient. Reception were all kind and friendly, any time. In the restaurant, the food was always fresh, with many choices about eggs and sweets. The room was really nice, clean every day. Also, I could see the view on the main road.

Sound protection windows would significantly increase comfort. The hotel is located directly on a four-lane road, where people drive fast and at high speeds, especially at night. Room and breakfast are okay for the price. Staff are very nice and courteous. The roof terrace was unfortunately closed all the time (December 2017)

Simple budget city hotel in Athens. 2 subway stations nearby. From the rooftop terrace (bar) great views of the Acropolis.

The hotel is a bit unusual, but more than sufficient for the city tourist! Breakfast is sufficient and of the best quality! In the evening there is a very good evening buffet for € 14, — —! Parking garage for € 5, — —/24h 100m away! Bus outside the door. Metro 500m away. Particularly noteworthy is the extremely accommodating and friendly staff!

One of the big problems you have is your bad Wi-Fi and you are usually wrong with the names of the meals at breakfast… And the shower left a lot to be desired, however, the room service and the reception was impeccable, and its orientation plus its pool make it a eexcelente hotel.

A proper hotel close to the metro station, nice and clean rooms, friendly stuff, nice breakfast but in the night I would be scared to walk around alone.

Excellent hotel, good food, friendly staff and bar prices are surprisingly low! Bed though as hard as concrete!

Close to the metro, bus, and rail station. All has two restaurants, roof top bar and pool. The food was good. The staff was friendly. 24 he's front desk. Had a really great holiday.

Modest hotel located near the metro, fortunately otherwise we could not move from the hotel because it is located far away from the nightlife and the little shops of Athens.

Convenient hotel and very friendly staff. Ideal for family, couples or business trips. Roof garden is a "must see" for acropolis view and taste cocktails from barlady Domna.

For a greek 3-star hotel ok. Very friendly service, food and meal ok with a lot of salad and vegetables. The rooms are small and simple. The free Wi-Fi in our room in the fifth floor was rather bad. The pool is rather small. But the bar and the view at the top of the hotel is really nice!

Very comfortable and close to the metro station. Good food. There's a small swimming pool on the roof with the incredible views.

Excellent hotel with a very good price also. When I was the receptionist spoke English and helped us a lot to guide us through the area and I felt almost like at home.

We arrived at mid night and found there were not shower towels in our room. And our sheet in the bed was so hard…

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel with our children, we are very happy. Breakfast was varied sweet or savory, the rooms are a bit small for four decent but with a large balcony. The staff is friendly. And on the roof of the hotel, a very nice small pool with bar and views of Athens and the Acropolis.

Nice clean hotel and the staff were very friendly and relaxed. The breakfast had a good selection that would appeal to the mixture of different nationalities. Easy walk into central Athens.

We were in the summer of 2014 as a family here. The Best thing is the rooftop terrace with a small Pool. Ideal for hot city tours. A pity, that the Bar on the terrace early in the evening, castle. The whole Hotel is rather noisy, and writing. It attended classes there, on Abschlußfahrt were. We had a room next to the Elevator, which was not at all, certainly not with 2 kids. They gave us immediately a new room given. Breakfast is ok. Not a Hit, but you can find something. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and always has time for our questions. All in all, the price-performance ratio absolutely in order.

Comfortable atmosphere but bad food.

Pool was closed (April 20th), opens in June according to owner. Kinda ruffy area, but no problems — and Athens as such isn't very nice. :p.
