Quiet and cleanliness plus excellent location and caring staff.

Absolutely quiet location and still very centrally located. Just a few minutes walk from the metro station akropoli and very close to you will find numerous bars and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent and very extensive breakfast buffet. I was definitely very satisfied and would book this hotel again anytime.

It is located in a great place. The service is wonderful. And a few blocks away are the best places to dine. Super busy romantics. A beauty.

Our March visit to this hotel was very relaxing! Room décor was simple but clean and tidy. Great location right next to the Parthenon and centrally located next to attractions and good restaurants. Great breakfast! The connection to the airport was direct and easy to get to (use bus X95) — no need to take a cab. Special "Thank You" to Kostas, Velissarios, and Onella for great food recommendations, hospitality, and acquainting use with local customs!

I have stayed at this hotel three times before with my family. This time there were ten of us traveling to Athens (pleasure) in Sep 2018. We made our own reservations directly and stayed three nights. As usual the rooms were perfect and so was the staff. The breakfast was always fresh and plentiful. The location of this hotel is just perfect. Walking distance to everything. The Acropolis, the Acropolis museum, the Plaka, Syntagma. You can very easily take the metro from Athens International Airport, get off at the Acropolis station and walk from the station to the hotel in less than 10 minutes. It is a small hotel so if they have available rooms book them. They go fast.

I must admit, the location of this hotel is hard to beat, it's in the middle of everything. The staff are friendly and helpful, but I think this is because they know that all their rooms are like prison cells. This hotel is far from being a 4 star, and whilst the location is great, it does not make up for the appalling state of their rundown rooms. I would not recommend it to anyone. I was so disgusted by the room, that I actually had to forfeit the cost, and check out immediately and check into the hotel down the road.

The staff were friendly and helpful, on our arrival as a welcome we were offered a bottle of wine and fresh fruit.
The hotel is provided with Wi-Fi but very slow, but to watch a movie and check the maps is more than enough, it is 100 meters from the ACROPOLI.

In the middle of the city a short walk from the acropolis. Very comfortable, kind and helpful staff. Discreet cleanliness, a bit poor breakfast. All in all good judgment.

Clean, comfortable, great location. Short walk to Acropolis and Plaka. Safe and vibrant area. Wonderful breakfast to suit most tastes. Staff are unbelievably friendly and helpful! We are returning for a second stay and will stay again on our next trip to Athens. Small refrigerator, clean marble bathroom, towels refreshed every two days. Bar, restaurant and room service. Safe in room. Good closet/drawer space. Laundry service available. Two tiny but efficient elevators. Public toilets on meeting room floor. Rooms have balconies. Hair dryer is in bedroom, not bathroom, which is actually more efficient when teo people use the room. This is not a luxury hotel, but it is certainly a top notch spot to call home base as a tourist. Highly recommend!

Excellent location. Very small rooms and air conditioning is too small for the size of the room making it very warm during summer. Old hotel with little maintenance. TV is super small and old. Very friendly staff at the reception. We expected more from the hotel for the money we paid.

Very nice hotel with very kind staff. It is very close to Acropolis and to the center of the city. The rooms are clean and they fill your needs. The breakfast is very tasty and has a great variety of different things that you can choose from. They neighbourhood is silent and there is also a supermarket close to the hotel. I fully recommend it, especially if you want to visit Acropolis and the surrounding area.

We had a great stay here in April 2018. The staff was exceptional — very friendly and helpful, the location was ideal — walking distance to most of the major attractions and steps away from many good restaurants. The rooms were clean and very much in line with what you would expect for the price. Breakfast was good and happy hour at the hotel lounge (half price drinks) was a nice added bonus. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Athens.

Over all it was a decent Hotel. The food was good and the staff friendly. I did however have a few issues. They do not turn the air conditioners on until Summer. The rooms are stale and it’s hard to sleep when it’s hot and muggy. I am a spoiled American and I love my A/C. We were also locked out of our room for an hour after a long day of touring. They could not fix the door and we could not leave the room the last night.

I only visited for a conference so can't comment on the rooms. Conference facilities were fine and very convenient as is the whole location of this hotel, right next to the Acropolis museum and Plaka. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Wifi speed and stability needs improvement.

Most enjoyable 10 days largely made possible by the pleasant and helpful staff at the Parthenon Hotel. Ideal location for Plaka, the Acropolis museum and easy transport links to anywhere in Athens and the Athenian seaside. And oh yes, lots of places to eat great traditional Greek food and of course, lots of watering holes! Can't wait for my next visit!

It is in general a very nice hotel with good location and little to complain about. The only thing to bear in mind is that the internet has a tendency to drop out if you are on the top floor.

Good clean hotel near major subway and central to places of interest and eating places. Large selection of buffet breakfast. Polite English speaking reception staff.

In the month of September we were staying at the Parthenon Hotel.
The rooms are a little girly but the cleanliness is very good.
Very good location, and you can walk to the places you prefer.
The attention of the person everything, is excellent.
Although they do not speak your language, they care about Enender.
My special thanks to Fontini, a very sweet and kind woman.
That helped me solve a problem.
I am a lover of Greece, so I will come back and stay in Parthenon.

Very central hotel on a side street to the main route to the acropolis, close to temple of zeus, acropolis museum etc. Staff were excellent, any request was resolved immediately. Room was a bit dated but bathroom fittings modern.

High class hotel, the care about the small details and always there for you.

Very good hotel and amazing location.

Perfect location if you want to walk all of Acropolis. The staff is friendly. Despina at the front desk helped us book our taxi for an early travel departure. Spiros & Sokratis were great upon check in too. Sokratis always meets and greets with a smile. They gave us a bottle of wine and fruit slices in our room waiting upon arrival. I don't drink, but the apple & pear slices were delicious. Pleasant surprise. The breakfast had a great selection. The elevators are small, the rooms are basic, but the deck outside our room was huge and a great spot to relax outdoors while you're visiting.

Bathroom in desperate need of updating. Tile grouping arou d bath has black mould. Bottom of door frame decayed. No plug for wash basin. Only one towel provided betwen all the occupants. Fridge only had two bottles of water in it. You have to ask at reception for the room safe key and leave a 10 euro deposit. Two odd sized tea cups, one of which h was chipped and no saucers. No drinking glasses provided. TV screen very small, sited high on the wall and very slow to load. Staff very approachable and helpful. Good location for sites of interest, public transport, shopping, places to eat out. Athens Gate Hotel (just round the corner) proved to be a far superior hotel.

Small rooms but very close to everything you could want to see in Athens. Staff is very friendly. Banquet room for breakfast is stellar. Your higher end place to sleep in Athens near where you want be.

Hotel and room were OK but in close proximity to the major historical sites. The hotel staff were all 5 stars — extremely helpful with restaurant recommendations, the hop on hop off bus details, a change of bedding and the ferries to nearby islands. We particularly liked Velissarios at reception.

It's better than OK, but the rooms really could be better, the rest of the hotel is beautiful except the room we had. Great service and great employees. I would give 5 stars if the rooms were nicer and the Wi-Fi worked better/quicker.

Great hotel on a perfect location. Close to all sights. Very helpful and friendly staff. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the always bustling Athens.

The location is great and the price is good, therefore 4 stars. The staff is very friendly, the prices in the restaurant and happy hour in the bar are good! Otherwise the rooms are small and old, but clean, have a water boiler so you can make tea/coffee. There is some noise in the street, also at night/early morning, so that will wake you up. The Wi-Fi is slow in the evening. The breakfast has good selection of pastry, but not good selection of fruits and vegetables, so it also gets 4 stars…

Nice place. Great location good service. But… wife got some kind of bug bites overnight. Once we mentioned it to the staff the were quick to respond.

Nice, polite staff. Beautiful Lobby, it smells, but constantly to the eggs. The morning buffet is minimalist and the food is not fresh. Rooms are nice but small and the bathroom gets max. 2 stars, they are just too small and a little run down.

Great lobby. Wonderfully helpful staff. Amazing breakfast. Very difficult to get to, don't let Google tell you you can't drive to the front door. The rooms have nothing special. The beds are acceptable. The restrooms are nice.

The Parthenon is the best ever because ti has with stand the huge storms and erosion.
