Our positive experiences were largely because of Silvia and how hard she worked to make us happy, comfortable and loved! Our room was lovely and big, but the beds and pillows could have been better and facing the main arterial road across Crete meant that our balcony was unusable. We felt that the shower needed a screen and more power. The adjacent beach was lovely. The breakfast needs more variety although nice. Quiet within the hotel itself. We did not consider it value for money due to the room position and the lack of food choice.
If you are looking for a place to have proper rest, away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place. Our hotel room was simple but spotlessly clean. The staff was nice and respectful but the clincher is the small “private” beach a few steps away. Pristine water away from the crowds. I’d definitely recommend anyone to visit if you’re looking for some peace and quiet. I really dont understand the low reviews, but Ive seen some nasty guests around. A shame the staff have to put up with people like that.

I enjoyed the sea and the pool.
The room is old. A COMPLETELY DARK ROOM! When I opened the window, other guests were able to see in to the room, so I couldn't change my clothes easily.
There is no privacy.
