Eusbett Hotel

The Nurse Managers of Ghana Adventist Health services had AGM from 2nd-6th August 2026 and the facility actually exhibited professionalism at all levels.
From reception, room services, waiters, waitress, cinema officer etc. I love everything about Eusbett and would recommend to friends and families to visit the place. Eusbett is more than home.

The chocolate croissant at the pastries side is really not worth it. Kindly check on it.

Nice place to be for rooms.
Gym, hotel, restaurant, goil filling station, KFC, power selling 24 hours etc.

Basics are there, execution is failing.
After checking in I spend hour in room and after aircon failed to make a difference I went to reception to ask if someone can clean the filter as I suspect that it reason it is failing (me expecting to get it fixed or to get other room with an effective aircon). Got looks from 2 of the 3 ladies at reception while the 3rd gave me a snotty reply that is takes time.
Next morning again to reception asking that aircon be looked at and that the kettle in the room doesn't work. Return after long day, nothing has been done.
PS. I believe the fridge is only on while you are in the room, so don't think anything you put in there will be kept cool if you are out during the day. Should be on seperate electrical connection than AC and lights.

Selected this hotel based on a recommendation.
Booked a Junior Double. Arrived and they placed me in a Junior Standard. Told me since I’m solo, this is the correct room category as they didn’t have the category that I booked.
They refused to cancel on their end. Told.
Me if I wanted the next category up I would have to pay them the difference because I booked from a third party. Typical money grab operating from a poverty mentality.
Pictures attached for the booking do not match the room I was given.
First room, the hot water kettle was on the headboard. I asked for another room.
I arrived to the second room, staff turned on the ac and within 30 mins it leaked water over the entire top of the bed and headboard. Contacted the front desk. The housekeeper changed the pillowcases and left the wet pillows. Maintenance came and fixed the ac.
Water still continued to drip on night two. Finally fixed the next day. Had to request new pillows because they didn’t change the sheets or pillows.
Fridge — staff turned it on. I changed the setting from low to high. Never got cold. My frozen juices became room temperature in the fridge. Lost those. Contacted the front desk. Maintenance never fixed it and never reimbursed me.
Started seeing ants and cockroaches im the bathroom. Housekeeper made the bed daily.
Saw ants on the desk with the hot water kettle.
Breakfast was included. On day one, saw a roach on the chair in the dining room.
Food was cold to me. No stream was rising from the trays.

Eusbett is a nice place to be when you are in sunyani actually is a hotel and restaurant they also have apartments for rent. Security services are top nocth.

Friendly relaxed environment, great service.
Wide breakfast options.

Eusbett Hotel can you please publicly state your policy on sourcing eggs? Consumers deserve to know if you are still supporting the confinement of hens in cruel battery cages. A simple "yes" or "no" to a cage-free commitment would be appreciated.

Beautiful environment. The breakfast vas very good. They have a nice conference room. The bedroom too was so nice. It’s really a place of comfort.

Absolutely disappointing and not worth the price. Rooms are in bad state. Meals are poor. Hygiene standards sub-par. Water in the swimming pool is dirty. If at all possible, avoid this hotel!

The services were excellent. My kids had a place to play and I was able to have a me time at the spa.
The food was excellent specially the eusbert special.

Exquisite room experience. I least expected such a wonderful treatment in the Bono Region. I would recommend this edifice for all busines activities in the Bono Region and beyond.

Nice place, the rooms are amazing…
The environment and architecture is also very nice. They have a beautiful pool there as well.

The staff was courteous and very helpful. The Hotel is clean it is very peaceful. The food is very good (delicious) the salad and fruit were very fresh and delicious. I Definitely recommend eating in the dining room. They have a very nice.
Sports bar with TV’s and nice music playing very relaxing a the pool area is a must beautiful area. It was so nice to seat by.
The pool and chill.

I would definitely recommend Eusbert Hotel to anyone planning a trip to Sunyani. From the moment I arrived until check-out, my experience was smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made me feel right at home.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-furnished, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly appreciated the calm environment—it offered the perfect balance of comfort and quiet, whether I was working or just unwinding.
The hotel’s restaurant exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious, with a great mix of local and continental dishes. The drinks menu was also impressive, and I loved the cozy, welcoming atmosphere of the dining area.
The décor and overall branding of the hotel added a unique charm, especially the artwork and cultural touches, like the stunning 3D ‘Last Supper’ painting in the restaurant area. Everything felt intentional and well thought out.
Eusbert Hotel is also well-located—close enough to access the city’s major spots, yet tucked away just enough to offer peace and quiet. I felt very safe throughout my stay, and it was easy to walk or drive to nearby attractions and shops.
In short, my stay at Eusbert Hotel was a great experience. Whether you're visiting Sunyani for business or leisure, this is a place that delivers quality, comfort, and genuine hospitality. I’d gladly return—and recommend it to others without hesitation.

Eusbett Hotel provides very clean rooms with clean bed linen and towels. Customer service is great, food is good, though pricey, and general ambience is great.
It is my preferred choice whenever I'm in Kumasi.

Eusnett Hotel Sunyani the best destination for The Bono, Bono East and Ahafo Regions, you will not get it wrong from Rooms to Services to Location to food.
