Hotel itself is nicely designed and rooms scenic, but service is abismal for this price category. Breakfast is meager, all other food has to be pre-ordered hours in advance (only three options) and there are no snack options. The dishes themselves make no sense (example: fried fish with fried yam croquettes and no sauce) and are mediocre in taste if you get lucky and pick right, horrible in the worst case. The staff cannot answer even the simplest questions and are completely inattentive. The fact that it is in Mole cannot male up remotly Worst value-for-money experience in my life.
I've spent only two days at Zaina with my family, but it definitely were the two most beautiful days in my life. The resort is located in the heart of the national park and it is beautifully decorated in an African style, blending perfectly with its surroundings. Everything is so clean, and the restaurant serves very good food. Tents are very comfortable. My whole family enjoyed the view of the waterhole from the terrace and the swimming pool. The entire crew is very kind and helpful. But what was the most wonderful is the safari — I saw the elephants so close. My dream came true. I miss this view every single day. Unfortunately the whole thing is very, very expensive, but it's really worth it.
I probably won't ever be able to afford to come here again, though I could stay here forever. Please, let me know if you will be hiring ;)

We stayed 2 nights as a part of our cultural experience with the GAK Foundation. We were a party of 13 and our stay was amazing. Exciting safari's with John de Baptiste and amazing dining experiences with Chef David. The accommodations were spectacular, the pool overlooking a beautiful backdrop. The staff warm and friendly.
