I would not stay here again. While the staff tried to do their job, the condition of the hotel fell well below expectations. The bathroom was the biggest issue—the shower has no proper enclosure, causing water to spill across the entire bathroom floor. The windows had no screens, making it easy for mosquitoes to enter the room. The towels were dingy and looked old rather than clean.
The television service was also disappointing. I stayed in this hotel during the FIFA World Cup in June 2026 for 2 nights, and there were no channels available in the room to watch the matches. The only option was to watch in the hotel lobby, which was inconvenient and unacceptable during a major international sporting event.
Overall, the hotel suffers from poor maintenance, limited amenities, and a lack of attention to basic guest comfort. There are better options in the Buokrom area for the same price.
I absolutely loved my stay at Labev Hotel in Kumasi! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly polite, warm, and welcoming. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, and that level of hospitality really made a difference.
The atmosphere was relaxing, the service was excellent, and everything about my stay felt thoughtful and well taken care of. I truly felt at home. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kumasi — I can’t wait to come back!

I stayed at Labev Hotel for 3 nights in March 2026 and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel is clean and the rooms are well appointed with all the modern amenities. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel was close to the airport and in a good location to visit many of the sites and attractions in Kumasi. I also felt very safe in the area where the hotel is located. I will certainly be back!
