The hospitality of the staff at the restaurant was so excellent. The waiters were so welcoming and helpful from the moment you walk in till you leave. Their smiles made us feel so at home and the entire atmosphere is a testament of their name SERENE. I can't wait to go back.

Great place to spend the weekend or stay when you are in the Volta Region. Bedroom was clean and with all toiletries available. Very few hotels have toothbrush and paste available in their rooms but they do. Food is ok. Staff very helpful.

An excellent place away from home. A beautiful drive through on the hills of Ho. As the name implies, it’s indeed serene. Spacious car park facility, tennis court, swimming pool, live band and grill. Conference facilities of different capacity available for any programme.

Serene hotel environment and service. Extremely helpful and dutiful staff. Gertrude at front desk is a charmer. Wide variety of breakfast. Sumptuous too… but limited lunch and dinner options. Could do with a bit of up-in those two. Fantastic conference facilities. Will definitely recommend and won't miss an opportunity to come back!

This is the perfect getaway tucked into a beautiful hillside with panoramic views. The services are excellent and you will will be hard pressed not to want to come back again sooner than later! There is a plethora of amenities on offer and the air on mountainside is clean and fresh always.

A modern place with reasonably good facilities. Nice location on a hill overlooking Ho township. Staff are courteous and respectful although service can be slow at times. Room rates and charges may leave a little to be desired. Different types of rooms to choose from, including traditional style accommodation for those seeking a village style experience (such rooms are very pricey, however). Amenities include a gym, tennis court, pool, roof top bar, two restaurants, laundry, spa, mini shop, business centre and parking with security. Note: there's a steep driveway up the premises, to the main reception area, and also when descending. A 10% gradient. If you suffer from vertigo or afraid of heights, please take precaution.

Volta serene hotel is a place to be… I went there to graduate students of the on air media school in Ho, when a friend recommended the place to us. Wow… I said… We didn't spend much time there, but… We loved it. The ambiance was on point. The waiters were neatly dressed and had a good customer service. I will recommend the place to anyone going to Ho… Continue making Ghana proud.

When the hot water in your hotel room breaks, gets fixed, breaks again and kids wet from the swimming pool need to take a bath, it tends to make one have a bad feeling about a 'luxury' hotel. Then ac stops working. That got fixed though. For the hot water I've been offered the delivery of a bucket of hot water to my room. I guess I can forget soaking in a hot tub. Really looked forward to staying here and have been extremely disappointed.

Wonderful views of Ho, especially at night. Waitress did an excellent job the last time we were there. The climb up the hill is not very safe though.

I stay close to the place and enjoy having lunch/dinner there. The location is (you guessed it) serene with a beautiful view over the Township while enjoying your meal. The restaurant staff too is very friendly. The food is not bad at all. It does take some time to get your food but this is compensated by the lovely breeze and tasty cocktails as you wait.

I love This hotel so much. Im a Travelers, as a network Marketer, I must say that this is one of the best Hotels in Ghana. I checked in on 26th March 2017
For now. Few improvements im expecting to see on my next vist are…
1. Allow night swimming,
2. Make the Internet fast. Apart from these. Everything is Great. Your service, staff, comfort, uhh. I loved the place.

This is one of the best hotels in the country at the moment ;in terms of ambience, service and location. Tucked up at the hills overlooking the Ho Township, the hotel (from the balconies) provides a great view of the city esp at night and a picturesque sight of the magnificent landscape of the City of Ho in the day. The hotel reminded me of my visit to Pittsburgh where the " old town" of the city of bridges is atop of a hill and at night, you have a sweeping view of downtown Pittsburgh and the entire new parts of the city with shimmering lights patterned. Volta Serene Hotel is international by all standards with a serene atmosphere amidst the chirping of birds from the near by vegetation. I long to be back at Volta Serene any time am in the region.
