I must say that I am generally impressed with Alisa Hotel in North Ridge. From the reception to the restaurant, to the house keeping, every experience and interaction was memorable. I would like to singularly recognize the professionalism of one staff at the reception, Ms. Florence Gawey. She is such an extraordinary staff. I have quickly come to recognize her simply because of how she deals with guests. A very polite, hard working, dedicated and respectful staff. She goes extra mile to assist guests thereby making them feel honored and comfortable. I will not hesitate to recommend her for promotion. I have been quarantined in this hotel for over 10 days, I am very delighted to say that the staff and general attitude of the hotel to make this very difficult experience as pleasant as possible as has been something I am very pleased about, no matter the challenges we have faced they have sorted it out seamlessly and as a person who owns and runs several short stay apartments in Accra for the past 8years, I will definitely be recommending this place if I have an overflow.

It is a very nice hotel. Well laid out, with quite a lot of facilities and warm friendly staff. Food is okay and there is live music on Fridays. It misses the 5 star rating because a button is broken on the elevator and the coffee kettle in my room es leaking water profusely. Also had glitches with the internet. All small easy to fix things. What wowed me though is the free Handy phone in the rooms which you could keep with you during the trip. Local and international calls are free. Free Wi-Fi and free Browsing. Would definitely recommend and would definitely go back.

A very exquisite hotel with a nice atmosphere for both business and lodging. The hotel has a pool and a gym for relaxation and keeping in shape. Overall this is a hotel you have to visit to experience the mixture Ghanaian culture with a Swiss touch.

Swiss Spirit is well known in Accra, but as an outsider looking in this location and accommodation are nothing exceptional. Rooms are nice and the hotel is close to the city center and museums. Probably not walkable unless you like long walks (more than 8km roundtrip). Food was good and breakfast buffet was filling.

It's a cool place to lodge after a long ride. A place where you can have good time with your family.

The Swiss Spirit Hotel and Suites Alisa formally Alisa Hotel is located in the middle of the city. Its not far from the Kotoka International Airport. They have a neat environment with a good security system. There is a disability car park and a disability entrance. There are safes in the rooms. There is also a gym which opens from 6am to 9pm daily. There are always gym instructors there to always assist when needed. There is also a restaurant available where they sell continental dishes and also do have buffets. They have conference rooms which are highly used. However the prices of the rooms are a bit expensive. In short Alisa is a good place to bring the family and can also have a nice romantic time there. You will love your stay there.

Very nice business hotel, with helpful, pleasant staff, very clean, and good food. Pleasant pool area and not too noisy if you don’t count the nearby church. Internet is good for general use but cuts out frequently, making Skype calls almost impossible. Located fairly near the airport, with a good airport shuttle bus service.

Had a meeting at Alisa. Great Architecture! However the service was not topnotch. Alisa has been serving same type of snacks since I started attending meetings. Their choice for lunch also left much to be desired. I believe they can do better to improve their services.

It was a very good hotel. The service, the setting, the food and everything, everything there is the perfect hotel look no more. Just go for a walk and you'll see for yourself.

They have a very good salon, and they also specialize in caucasian hair, if any foreigners are interested. Paulina did my twists yesterday and I love it they have two salons in the hotel — make sure you go to the one at the entrance and closest to the First Atlantic office, because the salon inside doesn't get good ratings.

Had dinner at the hotel. It was nice. Wish I wouldn't have met the bar totally empty without anyone to take my order. Would've given a five star. I think the service can be improved.

Great place to stay or have an event! You can trust security at this venue to keep an eye on your car when parked on the compound. Good food too… sometimes there's a delay in serving but you'll enjoy your meal.

This is a comfortable hotel in Accra. It has good Wi-Fi, a great breakfast with fresh orange juice from local oranges that are not nearly as sweet as North Americans or Europeans are used to. One great feature is that each room comes with a free smart phone with a local SIM card and free VoIP calling to the USA and Canada.

I experienced the best of hospitality at Swiss Spirit Alisa hotel. It was good from security, reception, cleanliness, general ambience of the environmental. The African food made me like Alisa Hotel more. Thanks for opening a room at the airport. This made my arrival in Accra great.

Serene environment. I like the room I was checked into. Neat, spacious and everything I needed was in place. Loved the breakfast, lunch and supper buffet. Lol. Both local and continental. And a wide range of dishes. I loved the handy cellphone given throughout the stay too. The live band on friday was lit. Lol.

This is a solid 3 Star Hotel they offer a nice breakfast. Have a fitness centre, pool, tennis court and a bar as well as many meeting rooms.

Good place for seminars and conferences. Their meals are also superb.

Good food (I highly recommend their grilled chicken), lovely ambience, easy to find and a great spot for lunch. I however didn't enjoy my mojito.

Solid hotel. Recently changed from Alisa to Swiss Spirit. Good rooms with a balcony, fridge. Shower unlucky unless executive room, great breakfast buffet included in the lodging cost, pool, American fitness center, nice relaxing bar with piano player. Near Osu and Oxford Street where there are lots of restaurants and might life Photos are art work outside the hotel, relaxing place for guests, reception and breakfast buffet.

I've loved this hotel since it was called Alisa hotel. It's been consistent and reliable. It's also not too far from the airport and very well priced. It also has a nice buffet for 80Ghs which isn't bad at all.

Most impressive indigenous grown hotel in Ghana. Now a 4 star hotel and bought by Swiss Sprint. One of my favorite hotels for lunch. Wonderful Jazz nights every Friday. Comfy and spacious lounge area for meet ups — business or casual. Fitted with the usual public facilities — gymnasium, pool and exquisite restaurants.

Alisa Hotel has a beautiful outdoor swimming pool with a guard and a lovely outside pool, where chilled drinks are served to fight the heat from the sun. The drink (s) ordered comes with a little bowl of fried plantain chips and groundnuts for your enjoyment. It's a nice upmarket place to relax and enjoy good conversation. It also has a huge and well decorated reception, their staff are very helpful too.

Stayed with a group visiting from the Royal Borough of Greenwich, UK. Very good comfortable hotel and good service from the staff. One porter called Ankara was very helpful and polite. Food and drink was excellent with helpful staff serving. If you need anything, the staff will help you quickly and honestly. When our car pulled up each day at the front of the hotel, the security men would automatically open the car door for us and greet us warmly. The rooms are clean and well decorated. Would return here in the future without any doubt.

Alisa Hotel is a no go! Bad rooms and bad management. The hotel stink and is not a pleasant place to be at all. They are very nice when you get there and when you check out your treated like a animal. DO NOT make use of this hotel if you want a pleasant stay in Ghana. I can suggest Novotel Hotel. Great hotel…
