The staff is described as very friendly, and the owner provides prompt, informative communication that could rival any guidebook. The team responds quickly to requests: for example, following a complaint about missing curtains and dirty cushions in one of the units, these were promptly provided and installed. Overall, the team is dedicated to guest comfort and well-being.

Wi-Fi is available in the house, although guests note that mobile coverage and internet connectivity can generally be unstable in this region.

Guest reviews are mixed. Some describe the location as "pure peace" and quiet, while others have reported poor soundproofing between adjacent walls. Additionally, one guest noted that the nearby road is quite busy, which can cause noise in the bedroom.

The apartments are furnished with great attention to detail, and the interior is described as cozy, stylish, and well-maintained. However, some shortcomings have been noted: one guest reported that the bed squeaked significantly. There was also an issue with a worn garden bench on the balcony that required refurbishing or seat cushions.

Initially, some guests noticed a lack of curtains or roller blinds in certain apartments, which made it difficult to keep the room cool during hot weather and darken it for sleeping, especially for children. However, upon request, curtains were promptly installed.

A high standard of cleanliness is maintained inside the apartments, with everything being neat and well-kept. However, one review mentioned that the entrance area appeared neglected, with dirty seat cushions and an accumulation of empty bottles and glasses, which did not match the website photos (this issue was subsequently resolved).

The apartments are equipped with all the essentials, including spacious bathrooms with ample storage space. Nevertheless, one guest was dissatisfied with the kitchen equipment and noted the absence of the promised automatic coffee machine. It was also mentioned that the refrigerator lacks a freezer compartment.

The property is very well-suited for families with children; baby cots and high chairs are available upon request. The house offers plenty of space, along with books and games for children. Guests advise exercising caution when staying with small children due to the stairs.

The property features a vast, beautiful, and diverse wildflower garden that invites guests to relax. The garden is divided into several distinct areas, allowing guests to find spaces for shared activities (cooking, games) as well as secluded corners for privacy.
