We have at 10.10.19 celebrated our wedding there and the holiday directly with attached… everything was prepared to our Liking. An extra 5-course menu by the chef in advance, also according to our ideas put together. The staff was veeeery professional. All together, definitely 5 STAR. Our Gold room was a dream

Best service, best food, well-kept hotel.

Great rooms, friendly service. Beautiful sauna with swimming pool and whirlpool. We didn't miss anything at breakfast and were taken care of attentively.

Very clean and large rooms. Tastefully decorated. Very good service. The food is very tasty and very varied due to the changing menu selection.

The hotel is ideal from the location, as it is located directly on the seafront. Award-value 6-course menu for under 50 euros. Of course, you can't expect tasteful miracles for this price. The breakfast buffet is below average for a 5 star hotel, both in choice and taste. Unfortunately, the service was not satisfactory, as although officially the breakfast buffet opens from 7am, was set up until 7:45am. None have cared for the guests and the plates have not been cleared. Good service looks different. Price performance ratio is therefore not worth 5 stars.

The hotel has a great location, the room was large, clean and from the balcony you had a nice view. The SPA area was very attractively designed and very clean. We liked breakfast on the terrace — a nice, quiet atmosphere.

Beautiful hotel a stone's throw away from the beach. But it really deserved 5 * I dare to doubt. The service is really good and except for trifles, such as: A jumped juice carafe on the breakfast buffet is also absolutely acceptable. But 5 * I have already seen differently, there is still a lot missing here.

I haven't experienced such a bad service in a long time. We sat down on the terrace. The service force was just at another table, looking at us at the inside and going in without a word. A "good day" or "I'm right with you" would have been nice. After a whole while someone finally came to us with slips of paper and pen and asked what we would like. We then said that we would like to eat something and asked for the menu. Service power turned around without a word and went in. After a while, you came back with 3 individual leaves and a drinks menu. By the way, we were 5 people. She left again without a word. When you came back we could ask if these 4 dishes on the sheet is the only food, as we would have seen a lot more outside on the map. In short, we were then told that the lunch card is. Silence again. That was too stupid for us then and we left. As far as I've seen, those were apprentices. Okay they're still learning, but where was the instructor. Maybe then you should be taught that you can talk to guests. For such a star house, that was really bad. At such prices, I also expect a reasonable service and some kindness. You get better served at every takeaway shop. Making the apprentices mistakes is perfectly fine, that's what you learn for. But then in such a house someone should be who monitors something and looks what the trainees do. 3 trainees served us (or did not serve us). And 4 dishes for lunch? I would have liked to have had the information outside the board.

The restaurant is very good and the staff is very friendly.

How this hotel came to the 5 stars remains a mystery to me! We booked the Admirals Sweet. For €220 the night you should expect something! Without going into detail, it was a total catastrophe! Not clean, incapable staff. A maximum of 1, 5 stars! Never again!

Very good Hotel with Spa and good Breakfast!

》 situation: No better is possible! 3 minute walk to the beach, a 10-minute walk to the city centre. Everything within walking distance (shops, restaurants, ice cream parlours, post office, banks, pharmacy, etc. )
》 room: Large, spacious and very clean. Equipment is not very modern, but according to the style of the hotel and also everything in a very good condition without damage. Our room was equipped with a minibar, a seating area, a desk, a large bed, a wardrobe, storage room, safe and even 2 balconies (full hit). Bath was always very clean and spacious enough.
So I like 5 stars.
》 service: We were warmly received, everything was explained and described to us. What I thought was a pity was that we didn't even get offered that someone would bring the luggage to the room (luggage trolleys were ready, however. Lifts available! ) Generally very nice, friendly and helpful staff, which always had an open ear for our wishes.
Here, too, I like to be 5 stars.
》 breakfast: Very varied and wide range. Everything fresh and something for everyone: Cheese platters, sausage platters, eggs in all variation, fresh fruit, vegetables, jams, a wide selection of rolls and bread, cereal, fish, spreads, various hot drinks, sparkling wine and so much more. An absolute dream to enjoy until 11:00.
5 stars 》 restaurant: Unfortunately I can't say much about the restaurant, because we were never there to eat.

Very nice, classically furnished fairytale castle.
Class breakfast buffet with great views.
Less than 100m air line to the water.
Friendly in dealing with children.
Parking in front of the hotel for 9€/day.
Relatively inexpensive for the level offered.
Sports room is negligible, but sauna and pool are reason enough that you sometimes don't want to go to the spa at all.
We had a great time as a family with toddlers and will certainly look for a room here first on a revisit to Zinnowitz.

The hotel is Beautiful. It's very clean. The location is perfect. The hotel employees were exceptional. We definitely would return.

Absolute top class! Location, service, ambience and food!

The staff and the kindness speak a lot for the Hotel. Rooms and Wellness area are clean and quite large. The only downside and the withdrawal of the last star : the Breakfast, I feel for an upscale home of this quality is not sufficient — there is no fresh bread (just baked), some things are not sufficiently available (schokobrötchen) or. Cold cuts plates to fill up quite a long way — there is still room for improvement.

Everything is perfect and would love to come back.
