We had wonderful days with our big dogs. Spacious rooms, we had the garden suite, gave us enough space. Everyone was relaxed and satisfied. The staff is very attentive and the service in the breakfast area, restaurant area and reception was excellent. The breakfast was extensive and delicious. The dinner excellent and the fish offer great. The hotel's own coffee offers a beautiful view. Unfortunately, the pool was not usable at the time, as we had caught the cleaning period. We'll just test it the next time.
The proximity to the beach was of course also mega and we really enjoyed every day.
We will definitely be back!

Breakfast super, staff very friendly, Clean rooms.

The hotel is perfectly located by the sea and is otherwise close to the city centre.
During our stay, however, the swimming pool would be renovated, so we could not use it. At the reception we were just told "at some point it has to be done.
The breakfast was varied, only the staff was not necessarily hospitable, on one question it did not rule and did it without comment. Friendly is then something else.

The location is definitely very good, the rooms are clean and spacious and the décor seems harmonious and mostly modern. The sauns as well as the swimming pool have pleasant temperatures and cleanliness. The service looks partly foreign-inspired but is friendly and helpful. I would therefore estimate my rating at 4.5 stars.

Worst food of the whole holiday.
Were with the family for dinner after a beach walk there. The offer of the day was pizza from the wood-fired oven.
Had a children's pizza with an extra ingredient 18cm diameter for 8 euros and 2 normal pizzas 24cm diameter for 14.50 euros.
The tomato sauce was so extremely spiced with thyme that you didn't taste anything else.
But the worst thing was that the cheese was based on analogue cheese, which tasted nothing and whose consistency was really good again.
A naughty thing about the price range.
There is one star for the location and one for the view.

We had to go looking for the waiter. After 25min came the starters. After more than 60 min we finally had the main course in front of us — and we were the only guests of the restaurant.

Overall:
The price/performance ratio is poor and so the restaurant lags far behind the numerous competition in Zinnowitz. It was the second visit of its kind and certainly the last this time.

Great ambiance and good taste.

Nice hotel, very tasty breakfast with lots of choice and very friendly hotel staff. The only criticism: Sea view room in the morning too bright despite curtain at the window. 5.30 o'clock it was so bright in the room that it was hardly possible to fall asleep again. On holiday, it's quite annoying if you want to sleep out. Otherwise top stay at Hotel Asgard.

For us, every morning our table was reserved for 10 Ps. Breakfast varied and rich. Dinner, too, tasted to everyone.

Hotel very good, nice staff, clean well-equipped room with space, and delicious food. Half Board we had booked, Breakfast is terrific, a great deal of everything, all very tasty. Evening bread from the map, not bad. I can recommend the Hotel really only.

The Hotel and Restaurant are highly recommended. Food is very high quality. Very nice rooms not far to the beach.

It was super nice excellent location right on the Stranpromenade delicious food and friendly staff. The sauna was well tempered. We'll be back.

We were with a funny women's party in the Asgard. The service in the restaurant, the rooms, the kitchen, the pick-up and delivery services was brilliant, friendly, attentive and welcoming. We also had a lot of fun at the cocktail offer, which was competent and funny. Thumbs up for so much expertise at all levels. We will book again!

A very good feeling is to be welcome. This was conveyed to us at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Questions were answered at any time, the food (half board) was delicious, the massage — and cosmetic area is absolutely recommended. The hotel and its staff are worth 5 stars to us, unfortunately there are no more asterisks. Thank you, we'll be back.

We spent a short break there. We were in the sea-waiting. A very nice hotel. The rooms are huge and had a kitchen and an extra dining table. Nice bathroom with tub. Pool, sauna and fitness room were included and there was also a discounted entrance to the Amber Spa. Nice breakfast and long breakfast time. Friendly staff. Very good food in the restaurant. Top! The location of the hotel is unbeatable.

We feel very comfortable and welcome every time we stay. Nice and friendly staff, good service, especially at breakfast. As very positive, we have seen the many small but subtle changes made by the new CEO.

The service was good and polite, the room was clean and tidy yet very small and without a bathtub. Breakfast tasted delicious.

We were very excited about this house.
Great ambience in all locations. Vienna Cafe, Sinatrabar and especially in the Red Lobster.
I have to write something for the red lobster.
Personally, I have rarely eaten so well.
The nice lady from the service was the cherry on top of it. Really real great.
