Guests note that employees anticipate guests' wishes and remain positive even in stressful situations. In one case, the staff provided significant support to a family when one of the guests was hospitalized. However, there was a single incident of rudeness from a waiter in the restaurant and a mention that an employee at breakfast appeared irritated.

Breakfast is served buffet-style, which most guests call rich and varied. However, there are complaints about a lack of regional products, poor quality coffee, and fruits disappearing quickly by 8 am. As part of half-board, dinner includes a three-course menu with a choice of two main courses (meat or fish), which is highly rated as very tasty. The Walhall restaurant also offers an à la carte menu with game dishes and schnitzel, but the prices for drinks, especially beer (5.80 euros for 0.4 liters), are considered high.

Opinions on the rooms are divided: some guests call them spacious, clean, and cozy with excellent mattresses, while others note the "East German charm" and worn furniture. In some room categories, the bathrooms are very small (around 2 square meters), which creates inconvenience when taking a shower, especially for tall people. The simplest rooms do not have refrigerators. It is also mentioned that in winter, radiators in rooms with sea views may not heat up sufficiently.

Soundproofing at the hotel is considered poor. Guests report that the building is very "noisy": conversations from neighboring rooms are heard, as well as the noise of water and a shower in an upstairs room.

The hotel is very welcoming to dogs, they are greeted and welcomed. Dogs may even be offered food from the kitchen. Guests note that there is also a special dog beach nearby, which can be reached in 5 minutes.

The hotel has a bowling alley, costing 15 euros per hour (plus shoe rental at 1 euro per pair). Some guests are satisfied with the service on the lanes, while others consider the bowling hall and equipment to be outdated and in need of renovation.
