Clean, friendly. Very good breakfast and large rooms. At breakfast on the terrace you can see the Baltic Sea. Great for us.

Unfortunately, we were only there for one night. Checking in, it was easy and very friendly. One of two entrances is possible directly from the seafront promenade. This is very close to the beach. The room was clean and very spacious. Rich breakfast, wide selection. Friendly staff. Happy to return if we have more time.

Have the dinner debited twice from the account. Insolence. Absolutely not recommended. Be careful when making payments in the Bansiner Hof!

Close to the beach, room is tidy and is thoroughly cleaned. Service is excellent. No wishes remain unfulfilled. Happy to return next year.

Could not arrive due to illness. Hotel staff was very friendly on the first call and said that we would not have to pay the 80% cancellation fee or pro rata if the room could be weiterverwietet. As a result, the room was available online again and a day later no longer (with the note: room booked), which means that the room could obviously be further rented. Right after the deadline, we received an invoice for the complete cancellation costs. At the subsequent call with request for clarification, we were extremely unfriendly fobbed. We do not understand this under serious customer-friendly service!

The hotel is located directly on the pier and on the wonderful beach promenade and on the forest to the Streckelberg with good trees. Every vacationer will find everything he needs here.

Nice hotel right on the beach promenade. Rich breakfast and dinner. The room was very small. Nice staff always responsive.

The hotel is really great. We were now in low season here and that was really inexpensive. The breakfast is very good. A selection I have never had in any hotel.

Very friendly staff, nice large room, clean bathroom, albeit not very large. Breakfast buffet very rich with everything your heart desires. It is constantly being redefined, you don't have to appear first to get everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
A small sauna area with 2 saunas and 1 steam bath cabin as well as a quiet zone is available free of charge, sauna towels are provided, lockable compartments are also free.
We are completely satisfied and will be happy to return.

Very clean, nice hotel. Very friendly staff, very good atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was very good. Dinner is very good, could be some larger portions. All but very tasty and lovingly done. Great location on the beach and near the beach. The restaurant aft deck in the house is highly recommended. Regional cuisine, very taste — and affectionately presented with a very polite and courteous service.

That is so cool! The food is delicious, the service is super friendly, and for children there is a mystery kids show. It is simply fantastic!
