Lovingly managed hotel, staff always friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast with sun terrace. Rooms modern, well-kept, stylish. Gourmet restaurant in the house just below star level with good wine list. Baltic Sea beach is right in front of the hotel. Due to its location on the hillside, however, the house is quiet and has a great view.

A beautiful family-run hotel that gradually left me speechless. Perfectly located near the stand. There are parking spaces available either parking spaces outside for 6€/day or in the underground car park for 12€/day. Booking of the parking space directly at the time of booking a room is recommended. The rooms feature wellness pockets with 2 towels and a cuddly sock, and bathrobe is available in the illuminated closet. Daily 17:30 take place in the beach bar salutations with sea buckthorn prosecco and lots of information about the house and its history. The house has a very nice spa area with sauna pool with view of the Baltic Sea and portable massage treatments. The breakfast buffet is rich and everyone gets their money's worth. Dinner in menu form in the restaurant is excellent and only recommended. The rooms, which have no direct vision, have a live broadcast of the Baltic Sea view on the TV. For my birthday, to my surprise, a card and a balloon hung on the room door with many greetings and a table was reserved at the breakfast buffet with beautiful views of the Baltic Sea. I would be the solo traveller of this hotel but it is also wonderfully suitable for couples. I would recommend the hotel to anyone and it was certainly not my last visit to Heringsdorf.

This hotel is really great. We were able to enjoy a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea on the terrace of the restaurant. Breakfast was rich and special. Here, for example, you could get honey off a honeycomb. One evening we had dinner in the restaurant. Of course, the prices are high, but you also get spiked food and service for it. The staff was always courteous. The rooms were large enough and cosy. However, I have to pull off a star. Since the hotel had no iron and the soap had been refilled only after two requests. Nevertheless, I can recommend the hotel with the very best conscience and would stay there again at any time.

Great, small, family-run Hotel with a great location and unobstructed views of the Baltic sea, as well as extremely friendly and courteous staff, trying to fulfill all the desires of Our Seaside rooms only had a side view to the Baltic sea. But the room was very clean. There is a night-Room Service, even a Betthüpferl. The equipment is high quality, but not necessarily up-to-date. Certain things are not optimal — for example, because the spray water power to create out of the shower the bathroom door frame a bit. The rooms appear to be Soundproofed, which is why you take one or the other outside the room and sleep without ear plugs time can be shortened. The Wellness area is very inviting. The daily offers made by the hotel for excursions are very versatile. We took about a wine seminar in the VINUM part, given by the very competent Bernstein-restaurant-in-chief Jörg Geißler. Through him we have learned again a lot about wine, great wine, and laughed a lot. We will be repeat offenders.

I had promised a little more from breakfast.
But the service is individual and very personal. All staff selected friendly and caring.
The spa treatments I had booked were very pleasant, helpful and relaxing.
Here you can relax very well.
I very much recommend it to continue.
Update next morning: My first impression at breakfast was deceiving me. Very large selection of juices. Almost everything is organic — and natural products. Eierpeisen can be ordered from the waitress and are individually prepared according to the wishes of the guest… and were delicious.
So the corrective addition: the breakfast suited to such a hotel, adapted to this hotel and was, if you look right, very good.

The small family-run hotel makes the Altagstress easy to forget. From the restaurant, wellness area or from the pool, one has a great view of the Baltic Sea (Beach Hotel Baltic Sea view). Within the framework of a halfboard we could enjoy a great breakfast buffet and the 3 course menu. The staff at the reception, restaurant/bar or room service are trained and very friendly. 4 days we let ourselves be pampered here and come back again and again gladly.

Incredibly great hotel. The Mitatbeiter are all very friendly and the rooms, the spa area and the restaurant invite you to relax. Always happy.

Wonderful and polite staff. For the spa visit there is a packed bag with towels.
On the birthday morning there was even a small balloon with the best wishes we booked half board for the weekend. I was particularly reminded of the breakfast on Sunday: The grandfather of an employee supplies the hotel with honey and there was a honeycomb at the buffet where the honey ran out fresh. Terrific.

We had us for four days, from Monday 15th 01. Until Friday 19.01. Booked at the hotel. Neither at the booking nor on arrival we were informed that the sauna is working and therefore it is not usable. Due to the weather situation — deep friederike — and the defective sauna, we travelled yesterday, one day earlier than booked, and still had to pay half the room price as a cancellation fee. Too bad, but that was our last stay in this House.

Location is fine also the rooms are rly nice and comfortable.

The staff were super friendly, great atmosphere, beautiful recreational facilities! Super Cozy! Everything worked out well with parking and keys. Great view and Super Central. You can reach everything well and loved it for a weekend. I would go again!

The hotel has an excellent location with ideal views of the Baltic Sea. Especially during the exquisite meals and when relaxing in the pool, one can see very nicely on the Baltic Sea and the pier. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained but a bit small. And service and spa are outstanding. Highly recommended!

Clean, good rooms, friendly staff, super bartender who also makes drinks which are not on the menu and are great. The location of the house is very good, close to the water and the town center.

The hotel is in any case recommended further! The food was great and the buffet breakfast was plentiful.
I only had to park about 800 m away from the hotel, with a broken knee that was not so nice. The staff were very nice, especially the cleaning staff for this, the ladies and gentlemen of the reception were less helpful, you always had the feeling that bothered with taking. The ladies and gentlemen from the spa area were great… except for one lady, unfortunately she did not take care of the wellness offers we have booked and made only the bare necessities and at every treatment she was always gone 20 min. Your two colleagues were very different. Otherwise we were very satisfied.

The beach lounge is always one of my first points of contact on Usedom — great people, special feel-good atmosphere and the best & most creative cocktails from Barmann Martin.

Top location on the beach… Clean… good breakfast, but now nothing special… wellness for the size of the hotel top! … price/performance well…

I spent my birthday with my family at the time of the 24th 06th 2016 2016 26 06 at the Strandhotel Ostseeblick. As the family — room for three of us was too small, we have taken the apartment type comfort in the Villa Usedom. At the time of booking I asked in writing that to 25 06 2016 a table for three people in Bernstein's restaurant is reserved to 18: 00. This was secured to me in writing. On the 25th 06th 2016, a heart balloon with a note and the note that a particularly beautiful table for me was covered and I would like to turn to the breakfast staff please was at the door of my room. No special beautiful table was covered on the 25th 06th 2016 for breakfast and I had to look for a table itself. The reserved table was not available at 6: 00 in the restaurant of amber. I suspect that at the 4-star hotel definitely poor service means the S.
The apartment type comfort in the Villa Usedom was just above the entrance to underground parking and over the front door. The strike by the loud House entrance door and the constant traffic to and from the underground car park, was a quiet stay in the apartment impossible.

Short break "East Lake Hotel overlooking the beach ' in Heringsdorf
In the period from the 01 05 2016 2016 05 05, I spent a short holiday in this wonderful hotel with my family. On the basis of reviews in various Internet portals this hotel is particularly positive I noticed. I called spontaneously, just two days before, there in connection with the appealing website and was advised very friendly and competent (salute to Mrs booth). This then resulted in the most uncomplicated booking by phone, which I've ever made.
The hotel met all our expectations to the fullest satisfaction. The appealing architecture, the location — as the hotel blends harmoniously direction Bansin in the beginning "cliffs", which all gave stylistic facilities — from the beginning of a feeling of absolute well-being. The staff, from the maid at the reception to the management, all were always friendly and helpful, promptly to fulfill your every desire. Our room, a suite with views of the Baltic Sea and Lake bridge, was just perfect. Big enough for three people, plenty of room for wardrobe etc. Minibar, a large bathroom and extra WC, a huge safe and extremely appealing design using style elements (such as lighting by LED strips or coral ornaments) made this room to oasis of well-being. I would like to list here not all the many ways which hotel to make your vacation interesting and active. Inclined guests can read this easily on the Internet site.

General
The hotel has a manageable number of rooms. It is not the usual chain giant hotels. The rooms partly are quite small because construction circumstances.
The rooms were neat, clean and well ventilated. In the evening, each came the service and covered the bed.
Wi-Fi was available in the entire hotel free of charge. Each code was recorded at the front desk and was valid for seven days.
The breakfast was very varied and excellent varied. Our package also included dinner. This included 4-to 6-course dinner — excellent!
Our travel time couples were mostly aged between 35 and 60 in the hotel. Families with younger children were also present. The audience was predominantly German-speaking.
Location and surroundings
The hotel is located in first line of the beach of the seaside resort of Heringsdorf. An output to the beach, there are no 100 m from the beach. The rear output leads to a busy thoroughfare.
The two other Kaiser baths Ahlbeck and Bansin are walking easily accessible.
Numerous restaurants can be found along the promenade in both directions.
The arrival is recommended by car. Car and plane are m. E. Impractical. More recently, there are also long-distance buses arriving Heringsdorf.
Service
All staff were friendly, helpful and cheerful.

It doesn't get any better now really. Very nice service, super food top Spa area, underground parking, views of the Baltic Sea, very beautiful rooms, two minutes from the beach.

Extremely bad, durchgelegene beds, hair in the bed and the shower, unfortunately no bath (in another equivalent hotel Standard), narrow room, with a bad arrangement of a bed, a wardrobe and a TV set, scratched laminate carpet would be more cosy to have been, broken Safe, very bad Parking in front of the house, booked Parking space for cars about 250 m from the Hotel, what's not written and us at the time of booking no one has said, not suitable for the disabled, little diversity in food, in other equivalent Hotels you will find much more selection and variety, hard Körnersemmeln, unfortunately there is no dinner buffet — only expensive and taste rather bad 3 — or 4-course menus, staff in the Restaurant Bernstein little competent, moderately friendly, and little more prudent, small Elevator, small Pool, no Wi-Fi in rooms Our expectations have been disappointed and with the Travel Charme Strandhotel Bansin (also 4**** Superior Hotel) not to compete — despite the same or even more expensive prices!

Nice Hotel in the best stock. Everything is very clean and the staff is very nice and accommodating. Breakfast is very good, because here is mainly on regional and fresh products. Also the belonging to the Hotel Restaurant Alt Heringsdorf can you recommend. The food and Service were also very good here. The Spa is very appealing. The Pool, however, could be somewhat larger. All in all, it has us in our week of vacation was very good. We can the Hotel in any case recommend.

I want to Express what must be said. We have a short break in the house Strandhotel Ostseeblick booked for a lot of money. And get we have a very poor performance. The Apartment was just dirty and very worn out and down financially. In Portfolio and advertising as well as in the major search engines for accommodation and Hotel's we this is exactly as advertised. Unfortunately, we were only for a few days at the Strandhotel Heringsdorf, and thus the multiple possibilities, not all. Having said that — the room, Service and especially the food are excellent. The location is top, even better, of course, if you have a room with a sea view. We had the view of the road. Was ok, even if something is the "road noise" heard. The Windows insulate well, but to sleep at night but many will be happy with the Windows open, and then you can hear the traffic of delivery. The big Spa is very nice and offers a lot of opportunities, but in just 3 days only of limited use. A Parking garage is also necessarily present, but you should not, like me, the space between the pillars. This is what "Kunstfahrer", because between pillars and Autospiegeln just stay still 3 cm. In total, the Hotel has a recommendation certainly deserves.

The apartment Usedom offers an excellent accommodation. The Spa in the apartment Usedom is, however, and as such so is not usable, it is used as a fun pool for families with (Small) children without regard to seekers and collected. Babies with diapers in the Pool to Swim with the parents, what the Hygiene but is severely impaired. A Relax is not in the Sauna or on the single Are in the pool area (as the only existing relaxation area) due to the high volume possible. The showers in the sauna area after the Schwimmbadnutzung very loud as Familiendusche with the children. A note from the hotel to adjust the volume, or the introduction of Kinderschwimmzeiten would easily remedy the situation.

I came with high expectations, all of which were met. The kitchen is phenomenal and the Service is excellent: always friendly, extremely attentive and cordial. This is true for all in this Hotel are active. The location to the beach, the activities offered, the overall package, I will at any time at the warmest recommend. I'll certainly come back again.

We rarely in a Hotel such a relaxing time experienced. From the loving design of the room, to the excellent room service, modern clean and generous sized Spa with atmospheric illuminiertem the Pool through the excellent cuisine, the attentive and friendly table service in the Restaurant and Bar up for the nice welcome and always good nice care of at the reception — and all for the umpteenth time. Perfect! The Strandhotel Ostseeblick is a secret and is one of our absolute favorites. A thank you to the entire great Team, which is always, as such, occurred.

The Hotel is very pleasant, the room demanding prepared. Wellness in the Hotel is the Hit, a swimming pool with views of the Baltic sea, tool also the areas of Sauna and Wärmethermen class. And Breakfast, you have to say is a stunner, everything what the heart desires. We will come again. Thank you to the staff, it makes his work great.

During our stay in the beach hotel for a long weekend, no wishes remained open. The friendly staff is extremely courteous. There is a very tastefully decorated, and extensive Spa area with views of the sea. The food in the Bernsteinrestaurant was incredibly delicious. Very nice it is too if you get the opportunity at the fireplace in the Bar to sit and have a drink. We are guaranteed to arrive once again.

The weekend was well worth it — but unfortunately it was too short. The Service was excellent and the room very comfortable. The Spa area was super! I would like to thank you on behalf of my friends with whom I enjoy the stay was allowed.
