Very nice family hotel. Good breakfast. Value for money is right here. My room goes out to the side, so I can sleep with the windows open. I cannot therefore confirm the criticism of the street noise of others. In the evening there is also almost no traffic, so that even forward sit away is no real noise nuisance. You can holiday here at reasonable prices and near the beach very well. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Unfortunately, you can't forgive 0 stars … Very unkind staff inc. The Senior Officer, willing to compromise at no point (the same for several guests). The rooms very sparsely furnished and not straight in the best condition. Towel holder and shower head fallen off and was not reattached even after several complaints. You couldn't leave the window open because of the volume … But there would still be the stench from the toilet … There was a choice between plague and cholera: Do not sleep because of the noise from the street or because of worm irritation … The room was also not made really clean all week … After all, it suits the rest of the hotel … Another room was offered above a gambling hell where it was even louder and stank even more. All in all: Never again!

A beautiful family-run hotel, the façade is a dream.
The rooms purposefully furnished, flat-screen TV, narrow beds with super mattresses all clean.
House is located on the main street as Berliners have no problem at all the nights barely traveled (free Ohropax from the hotel)
Some rooms have a balcony.
Breakfast in buffet form is super delicious, offers plenty of choice and every day there is something new.
Everyone in the hotel is super friendly, help uncomplicated.
Since there is no elevator, you should still be able to climb stairs. The luggage will also be brought to the room.
The hotel is super centrally located no 10 minutes to the beach as well as the landing bridge.

Were very welcoming, the accommodation was adequate, the breakfast was very good, during our stay (3 nights) We were also once dinner, this was also delicious.

Unfortunately, I have to give a star to write this review. We were just before New Year's Eve in this restaurant. Had previously reserved extra. Would not have been necessary, since the rush from outside to not even existed — except for the hotel guests.
The ambiance makes the impression of a polished FDGB home. Large dining rooms without a lot of frills.
The food TMF was the last thing we got in the last years. The Schlachteplatte was only moderately warm (warmed) the liver — and blood sausage dry or hard. The "Berliner Leber" fried, totgebraten and thus dry. The mashed potato had an undefinable consistency between bulky and liquid. The knuckle was mangehaft warmed up, dry and without liquid. One would not wish for such a meal (we were four). We claimed this with the service force, which apologized for this. As a compensation there was a "short". Normally you would not have been allowed to pay any of the food! For example: To get the Schlachteplatte again would have been an oncoming but they were no more and the fault of quality was pushed to the butcher. The bug was not even searched in its own ranks, such as In your own kitchen.
Conclusion: Never again!

Essen super lecker und frisch gemacht. Wartezeit etwas lang. Bedienung teilweise unfreundlich.

Not recommended. Double Room very small. Double Bed is only 140cm wide. Just an Armchair in the Room. Bath has no Heating. Room to the Street is very noisy.
Breakfast is good.

We are here for three days in the Hotel been. Have informed us whether we bring our dog, and it is true according to the reception no Problem. When we arrived we were funny eyed. The room was very lived and the shower had lived alone. Despite the 8 Euro a day for the dog we had neither extra towel or anything for the dog. Not even a water bowl at the entrance. When you lie in bed we noticed the sheets full of Sand and had only time our beds are clean. At the first Breakfast we were naughty by the headmistress angeblafft that the dog is not free in the Breakfast room run likely (our dog is always leashed and there was also no reason for such a dusselige comment). The food was top and the best were the fischtäbchen also the Service was great, the beds were comfortable All in one a top hotel.

Breakfast was top-notch. No question but the nice lady at the front Desk. In other words the dark-haired, with Berlin Slang. Sigh. No words. To me is so much Unkompetenz and audacity never come.
