Unfortunately this time I am very disappointed with the cleanliness in the rooms 😟. Twice I had to let the housekeeper come, which I find very sad. I like to be in this hotel and it is not really cheap, but you should not expect🤔 at least a properly cleaned room.

A hotel with charm and history.
Rooms modern and clean, service courteous and polite, the food excellent and the spa area has also earned this name.

The rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. Great service around breakfast (including and has a wide selection of juices, fruit, bread, pastries, cold cuts and egg menu).

All in all a wonderful place for the short or long holiday in Heringsdorf. Despite the proximity to the center and beach, the hotel is very quiet.
But it also radiates this calmness, which probably explains the popularity of the ü40 generation.
With children, the beach idyll would certainly not be my first choice, but the atmosphere in the evening restaurant is too good for me.

For me, however, it will certainly not have been my last visit to the beach idyll. To the team of the hotel: You have won one more fan!

It was very nice. A great service. The organization of events is perfect. Great work. A very clean and comfortable hotel. Throughout the house there are great different designer armchairs and sofas. It was absolutely pointed.

The Magic Flute in the Kaiserbadsaal. We went here without great expectations. Are we more used to The German Opera and The State Opera under the Linden. But it's a holiday and the tickets are cheap, so let's try it.
Even the hall surprised, beautiful ambience, measured an opera, and much! Legroom.
Then we started. Already after a third of the overture we felt, this will probably be a great evening. And he became.
The Theater Vorpommern does not have to hide with its staging of the Magic Flute.
We enjoyed it and say thank you for the wonderful evening.
We hope that we will be able to experience something similar here again in the next holiday in September.

The hotel is not only a pleasure to stay, but a wonderful holiday experience in its entirety! The possibilities to discover something new are constantly given by the variety of offerings of art and the entire architectural ambience in the hotel. The rooms are in top condition and have almost exclusively a view of the sea. The well-kept rose garden — right in front of the hotel on the seafront — is a feast for the eyes not only for amateur gardeners. The daily breakfast leaves nothing to be desired and the entire hotel staff is extraordinarily friendly. We'll be back in any case!

PVC as flooring in the vital room is a real imposition.
In the breakfast room worn out, battered furniture.
The charm that has been very much in the years can not be made by the dedicated service staff.
The staff at the reception showed themselves rather impassive. Unfortunately, we were not informed about wireless access data at the reception.

I just arrived the hotel has extensive paths one has no info about the rooms and activities you have to look at everything yourself. The room has standard amenities but clean and relatively large. View only on a backyard but the place is nice with many sights.

Room with sea view and small balcony. The rooms are spacious and comfortable (important if you have to stay indoors in bad weather). The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food (which is always a personal matter of taste) was without blemish.

The café upstairs is very worth seeing… everywhere windows, plants with a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and the pier Herring village. However, the last visit there was disappointing.
The one young waitress why excessively overwhelmed. After 20 minutes we made ourselves felt. The answer, which all who asked, got: "You have holidays! You have time! "The service did not deserve a star. The café itself from the equipment and charisma full score!

Never again. Room is rundown. The bathroom is filthy. Was also not cleaned. The right handhold is loose. I asked why the room was not cleaned. The answer!. Since I did not disturb the sign for 1, 5 hours at the door I had bad luck. Staff at the reception is rude. Breakfast is manageable. But there is enough sparkling wine that makes things stand. Pity for the money. I've had better 3 star hotels.

I was over my birthday in your house. I was very surprised and very pleased to find a birthday card and a cooled bottle of sparkling wine after a walk on the beach.
My husband and I have nothing to complain about and look forward to our next stay with you. We feel very comfortable with you!
The whole ambiance is right!

We were pleased with the facilities, the location and the staff. The only and very big drawback was the dinner included in our offer. 2 dishes to choose from (Meat & fish, where the meat was completely dry and bent) and as a serving of potatoes only. Everything without the slightest spice and completely bland. Very poor canteen level.

We had three beautiful days at your hotel. A very nice room with sea view. The request for a non-smoking room was met. The location of the hotel is really very beachside. It has a unique conservatory in the attic with very nice views of the pier and the Baltic Sea. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The breakfast offer is more than adequate. There is guaranteed something for everyone. The only shortcoming in our room was the years of shower separation on the bathtub. The parking garage is rather useless for larger cars, because in some cases very close access.

The perfect Hotel! Since the 23. June 2017, the dream theater Salome performs almost every evening and on Wednesdays twice (16 and 20 hours), and "summer, beach and beautiful dreams" in the Emperor's baths hall. Every day, we learn here, perfect hospitality. Managing Director Ralf Kloppenburg and his Deputy, Mr Köpenick understand it perfectly, energetic with a super selection of Hotel-Team, round-the-clock friendly and helpful ready to stand to the side. We also thank Mrs idol of the heart for the great support. You are all wonderful. THANK you!

Our long weekend in this hotel was really worth. A very nice receptionist greeted us. The staff at the reception is top-trained, very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Our wishes were fulfilled in love. The room fully met our expectations and the breakfast was of the finest quality. The House offers a beautiful setting, clean and beautifully decorated. We felt right at home. So again very much, 100 points and thank you!

Nice view but service was a bit slow.

We had 5 Nights with Breakfast booked. The room was ok so far, lots of cabinets and storage space. The TV is probably about 15 years old, pretty ancient. In the bathroom there was a bathtub with shower. For older people is totally inappropriate. The tiles and objects have had cracks and chips. The dining room has its best days already behind itself brought. The carpet had lots of stains, very unappetizing. The food and staff were top. The Parkhausgebühren of day 15, — € are totally covered. Satisfactory overall.

I was in this Hotel to eat. The dining room makes a very noble and dignified impression. The staff is top trained, friendly and accommodating. The kitchen is fine. To recommend is the menu, which is the Season of the year will be adjusted accordingly. With 32€ for 3 courses, a good price-performance ratio.

Individually decorated wellness hotel on the island of Usedom. Well, the proximity to the beach, the Spa has us, like the winter garden and the Don herring. For chair design freaks a must.

I have not once been in the hotel. And even though I would have to book other hotels on Usedom: In the Maritim Hotel in Heringsdorf liked it the best. The location is top-class: on the Baltic coast, with beautiful view.
The service is pretty good, the food is always delicious and fresh. The room (I had different) were large, bright and modern furnishings.
