We stayed 3 nights here. We had a 3 room apartment, 2 adults 3 children. We are very satisfied. Beautiful décor. Very nice staff. So we will definitely come back again. Lg.

A wonderful week in the lagoon city is behind us. The accommodation very lovingly equipped, the surroundings fantastic, the people friendly. What more could you want. We will definitely be back.

A super nice facility, especially very nice that you can bring your dog. Very idyllically located and the beach is also great within walking distance. Even the dog beach is a stone's throw away. Gladly again.

It is a very nice well maintained complex and you can enjoy the peace and nature. Much can be reached on foot or by bike.
It never gets boring and you can discover a lot.
The staff is very nice. The rooms lovingly furnished and clean.
We had a very nice time! Were unfortunately only there for a week and are very happy to come back!

The good service, competent and friendly, but above all quite casual staff in the reception, the exceptionally relaxing atmosphere in and around the marina, the tranquility, for those who are looking for it, the proximity to the beach, the special of a marina, modern apartments with unique views from the balcony or terrace to the harbour complex and partly to the Uecker with a fascinating sunset…

The apartment was really a dream! It is very tastefully decorated, really clean and equipped with everything you might need. The location directly on the water is unbeatable. In the morning you can hear the seagulls in bed and in the evening the swans visit on the terrace. Also the service (breads, bicycles, etc. ) was nowhere to complain and always friendly and courteous. We are guaranteed to come back :)

Super location close to the very clean beach with beach promenade. The apartments are top. Daily bread service staff very accommodating.

We have lived here for the first Time, our holiday, but were in the last autumn, been here before. Had the same apartment and are very satisfied. The facility is very nice and the proximity to the beach is very pleasant. We come very gladly again.

We spent our first time there with child and dog our holiday. And were very satisfied with the facility as well as our apartment, very clean good furnishings as well as kitchen well equipped! The dog beach was very clean and pleasant from the atmosphere can recommend lagoon city on the Haff we will definitely come back.

In fine weather, a stay with a child is ok. The beach is clean, the water is shallow. A few meters further the dog beach in the same quality. Playgrounds for the little ones are unfortunately a bit unkempt. Ueckermünde is otherwise unfortunately very barren. Further sights or activities in case of bad weather are only available on Usedom.

We were guests in the lagoon city from 06.06.18 to 10.06.18.
Let's start with the positive:
— the location of the object is very good; the beach is in 5 minutes
within walking distance and this one is very nice!
— the beautiful old town is also easily accessible on foot in 20-30 minutes,
The negative:
— already on arrival (barrier and the signs — first impression) we noticed the disorder (cobwebs, dirty),
the check in was good and friendly — the apartment in general also,
however, the balcony was dirty — dirty,
— this general disorder was evident throughout the object — more can be made of it,
— the coronation — from our room the holiday money (cash)
stolen (at least 1000€), despite reporting nothing was done,
we had to go to the reception 3-4 times for at least the confirmation
of our reported theft.
Efforts to enlighten — out of place!

The room was great. The equipment was complete, so we could cook ourselves without any problems. If you are looking for a remote place and not the big party list, you have come to the right place. The beach is only 400m away, so it is within walking distance. The staff are friendly and help when needed.

Unfortunately, the whole Facility is not very well maintained. If you want to sit on the Terrace, you have to clean the Patio Furniture first. Lots of Weeds between the Patio Slabs. The Apartments are very light hearing, so the Night is already over before 6 o 'clock in the morning, because the Front Door has already been thundered 4 Times. Outlook, of course, is great. 2 Stars for that.

Always worth a Holiday. Great Waterfront location with plenty of Leisure Options. Our Apartment (No. 152) was very large and Renovated for a Two-room Apartment. The System is simply recommended.

We were thrilled.
Very clean rooms, great views.
In the morning fresh rolls, in the evening was grilled.
At the reception good briefing, all questions were answered directly.
We are very happy to get back.

For the second time we made a short break in the lagoon city with the whole family. We loved the service, the staff at the front desk were very nice and satisfied us with any request.
The apartments are very spacious and have everything you need.

Very nice, and at this time quiet. Modern furnishings. Nice and friendly at the front desk and immediately helpful. Our WLAN did not work at first and the bedside lamp, this was done immediately (and even on a holiday).
The beach is only a few meters away and the old town is easy to reach via the beautiful footpath (about 2, 5 km).

Very nice facility. Located very close to the beach, restaurant is also in direct proximity. Unfortunately, I found the furnishings a little bit used. I would also have liked to have a regional setting.
However, the facility is recommended.

We are thrilled by the lagoon city. The location is very nice and close to the lagoon and the walking distance to the train station and the old town is also not far. We were there the weekend before Easter and we enjoyed the silence. The 3 bedroom apartment was on the ground floor and it was very nice to see the water in the morning and if it had been warm enough, you could have had breakfast on the small terrace. We used the breakfast offer where we missed nothing. The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. Around a really great weekend. It would be great if there were still towels and bedding in the price-performance ratio. We plan our next holiday in Ueckermünde.

A beautiful place. Close to the Szczecin Lagoon.
In the simply held accommodation you will find everything you need.
The young woman at the front desk is very nice and accommodating.
To be criticized are pillows and the furnishing of the apartment does not constitute unity.
It all looks a little bit rolled up and some coziness is waiting for you.
The TV is old and too small.
Breakfast is sufficient, but not particularly and 8, €50 per nose is therefore much too high.

Large area with harbour. Large rooms with kitchen. Breakfast plentiful, a little too expensive.

The apartment was sufficient for three people with dog. After the onslaught of New Year's Eve was gone — heavenly calm — from a one-week stay, we sadly had three days out of luck with the neighbours. The main times should be avoided for a relaxing holiday. Equipment was okay, the most necessary was there. Beach, park and grounds very well maintained. Relaxing after we were almost alone on the entire complex. For dogs very nice. Beach in Koserov is very nice, you can feast there delicious. Insider Tip Altwarp: Gregor's fish restaurant … Very tasty and everything fresh and prices almost unbeatable. The same menu (Zander) eaten again on Usedom … Not to be compared in taste and price with Gregor's fish restaurant. By and large, a very nice stay "if it's not fully booked:) "

Great modern Two-bedroom apartment with everything your Heart desires. The Apartment was freshly renovated. Very good value for money.

The Lagoon Town has little to do with a Hotel. These are lovingly furnished Apartments. Great Service and scenic.

In Summer certainly very nice for Activities by Bike, in November a bit bleak. If you are just looking for Peace and quiet, you have come to the right place in the cold Months.

Very quiet and relaxing place. Beautiful nature surrounding the marina. The beach is only a 5min walk away. Beautiful white sand beach. If you follow the walkway to the city you will see lots of different animals: gray herons, swans, ducks, deer and a variety of different local birds. The city is quite small but you get to buy fresh fish and there is a market at the weekends.

The best location to relax.

The 3 room apartment was very worn. Although superficially cleaned but the beds were completely and the pull-out couch had huge stains. The beds in the 2. Schlafzimmer were real rattling racks. The carpet in the entire apartment had so many spots, not to bother counting.
The shower curtain was totally sparkig. But immediately replaced. Unfortunately against one Easter probably not very slightly used but, to get a new. TOPP was the House master.
The view from the balcony in the Marina and sunset is great.
The beach promenade is very nice. Very manageable but with estimated 200m in length. There are 2 km on foot in the town to the Town Hall square to eat nice possibilities. Ueckermünde is nice but we won't come back.

Premises as expected! Well maintained and well equipped!

If you have no great claims, completely okay. Very nice and helpful service, the rooms clean and well equipped. Up to the beach, you want what only few meters walk more? TOP price! Small downside: no recommendable locations nearby. To the city centre, it is a piece on foot. For self-catering, but to neglect.

We were the first time in Venice and we actually quite well liked, the welcome at reception was very good with all the information, the whole system is quite clean and well maintained, our apartment was unfortunately in the second bedroom, just a bed, although the apartment for 6 people was written out, lacks a small radio as info from the region to the breakfast costs 6 euro at Tchibo, our flat screen as a TV enpuppte itself as a PC screen, this is absolutely no longer acceptable in the year 2015, you get those things but now in every hardware store as a discount, but the phenomenon is also available in other tourist resorts, unfortunately. Otherwise we return probably sometime.

We were the first time in Venice and were sadly disappointed!
The reception staff was very nice and quickly.
Our 1 bedroom app. However, a disaster.
It resembled more a storage closet, a room.
A total they floor (carpet of full patch), mold in the shower, dead flies on the wall, broken bed linen (who was booked extra to do this), 3 tables (dining table, TV table, and a large plastic table), 3 chairs at the dining table and 5! Garden chairs stacked behind the Tür… in you could move almost freely a 10 sqm 2 room — and it was therefore rumplig and uneinladend.
The views of the lagoon was awesome, but not outweigh the rest — we are left after one night.

We were two and with two dogs in the lagoon city, the first time there and we were very excited, the 1 bedroom app was very good, the reception was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was also top, it was plentiful and good.
In the evening we were on lagoon boat there eat, where even the dogs were welcome, the food was not particularly, I had the spinach with Gogonzolasauce, the spinach was TK very watery and without seasoning and the Gogonzola sauce was missing completely.
That was the only point of criticism to large and all are we on again anyway, come!
