Even a faux pas created by us has been fixed free of charge and promptly.
Absolute recommendation!

Centrally located hotel. Suitable for a short break. Unfortunately very loud.
Quiet rooms and parking spaces cost extra.
Selection at the breakfast buffet could be better. Packaged items!

Very nice and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Great view and very centrally located (about 10 min walk to downtown). It is only a stone's throw from the Stralsund Hbf.

The staff were very helpful and the room was very comfortable.

Nice hotel, centrally located, but only to the courtyard quiet. This has to be paid extra (comfort room). If the hotel is full and there is no nice weather to sit outside, the breakfast room is quite cramped. Bicycles can be included in the basement.

For the birthday gabs a present. Special requests such as extra pillows or straws at a later hour were immediately fulfilled!

Have stayed two days here. For our dog we were asked for 10 euros per day, but we were not allowed to take the dog to the breakfast room. This has never happened to us, either abroad or Germany! Although everything was paid, I should pay again on arrival and departure! Who can read is better… Breakfast is way too expensive for what was offered.

We really liked the location between train station and the old town of Stralsund. Parking behind the hotel are sufficiently available. The historic old town is walking distance. The hotel rooms are pleasantly large.

Very friendly welcome at this hotel in Stralsund. It is well located. We arrived by train, and it was only 1-2 minutes Fußweg. Die rooms are modern equipped. For us than non-smokers, it was very pleasant in this hotel. There's a small marzipan manufacture in house. We like to try something and bought.

I spend two nights at the hotel. The rooms were nice and clean. People were kind. Breakfast has been a little disappointing. Especially the coffee.

The hotel management seems apparently somewhat overwhelmed with the situation when a guest is criticism of… That is obviously desired by the provided questionnaire.
It should be out there rely are the parking EXTRA be posted must. A charge was from us that we that didn't but not extra from us although how miraculously for three rooms were booked two parking spaces… How does that work? Why must the third parking lot be booked extra … und? The logic eludes us because…
It is to deal at all, no way with a guest so and blame him! Quite apart from what then developed for a theater with the woman from the hotel management, she was bitchy, schnippig and was very noisy. We even tried a zuklenken (we were no longer bypass the location in a reasonable way with her) and to explain what it was, but this has no longer interested. The hotel management was not able in a normal tone and in a reasonable manner the situation to handle.
We were 6 adults and ban was pronounced 2 children there and us because a criticism expressed by us.
Really sad…
