We had a room in the Standard Plus category. It was very modern and brightly furnished and perfectly equipped for a few days city vacation. For a few very hot summer days, however, air conditioning would be very handy. At we there is no room service that takes away the garbage or provides fresh towels. Price performance is right. If you can live with it, you don't do anything wrong. Good transport links.

It is good enough. House is a bit old, service was brilliant. Simply a case of you getting what you see. We thought it was worth the money. You are only a 10 min walk from the train that takes 10 min down to Warnemünde. We stayed one night on our way to Sweden.

It is a very nice place to stay at low end of the price spectrum. The staff is very friendly and you can get to the hot spots in Rostock and Warnemünde without much hassle. Rooms are clean and they provide a good Breakfast.

There are not many options for living here.
We have a cozy 2 local room with a small kitchen, there is parking, toilet and shower on the floor (very clean, straight VERY).
Near Lidl, Penny.
Wi-Fi doesn't work very well, even on the ground floor.

Hello to all who like to stay in the guesthouse accommodation with breakfast, the booking was very simple and uncomplicated and breakfast very plentiful and good, the house very clean and the small kitchenette in rooms with refrigerator, made me feel independent. If I'm not doing well and I'm not out combing, I can cook in the kitchenette. We could reach our room with elevator. I'm happy to come back.

The hotel itself was solid and easily equipped at this price range (also has free Wi-Fi/Wi-Fi access). But what is and was most important about a hotel is sleeping in the hotel bed otherwise I don't necessarily need more comfort, because you are on the road all day long. We had a double room with two separate beds. The so-called "Bette" was, from our point of view, a state of affairs and is not related to the price. A camp bed or even a park bench have more comfort. Since the first two nights I have had and have very severe back pain. We had actually booked for 3 nights, but another night in this "bed" is unfortunately not worth money to the world. I spoke to several guests and almost everywhere came the answer that the beds are an insouciance and some also complained of back & headaches. I have often stayed in 2 star hotels and the beds, on the other hand, were a luxury bed. Breakfast for €7 p. P. You can also save yourself. The cold cuts already looked a bit comically unappetizingly discolored. This at 8 o 'clock in the morning, although breakfast takes place from 6 a. M. To 10 a. M. Great value for money. The rooms are very clean and furnished according to the price. The staff is friendly. I could not complain about noise (luckily).
1 star deduction is available because there is no hair dryer in the room and no one was offered to me either. Moreover, due to the size of the house, the WLAN is almost never usable by the strength. Around, many shops for shopping and Tuesday are also a kind of market.

I give two stars for the Nice front desk staff. Clean and cheap the room but the mattresses have come a little bit in the years, you notice every single feather. The next night in Rostock will not be there!

For the 5th time in the guesthouse and as always, great. No complaining, everything is clean and there is also no antisocial clientele in the house as one would notice here.

Although the hotel was fully booked and everything ran at full speed during the Hansesail meeting, the staff took time to answer questions friendly and accommodating. Bus stop and various shops and restaurants very close and to Warnemünde by bus only 15min. Always happy to return.

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean which we found good. It was equipped with a small kitchenette and indoor bathroom. We were satisfied all around. Price is OK. We would love to come back.

Very pleasant room, clean and simply furnished. Breakfast is varied and extremely adequate. Location perfect: Tram ca 2-3 minutes away in the direction of Warnemünde and Central station, shopping as well as a shopping arcade right on the doorstep.

This hotel is recommended. Quick on and check out. No luxury, we would also be in another price segment. For a short holiday highly recommended, even a fully equipped small kitchen is available, wonderful. All the supermarkets at the door, it lacks nothing.

The first impression is really good, but with a closer look, there are several problems. The rooms are large and spacious, equipped with the essentials and even have small kitchenette (very positive). The disadvantages are unfortunately that the furniture is already very old. The room was very clean and the staff were very very very very comfortable. The towels are changed and the garbage is disposed of, but that's it. Do not make beds, do not suck or wipe or anything else. It is also a bit difficult for car drivers, as the parking spaces belonging to the hotel are not sufficient if the house is fully occupied. In the evening it is doubly difficult to find a parking space. The location of the hotel is really good, only those who are looking for peace and quiet at night is wrong here. Around-the-clock noise. Recommended for short breaks and little budget anyway.

You can rent a room for "little money". A service just exist for the breakfast. Fresh food and juicy juices. The location is not the best. No sea, but a supermarket. That is good because Gästehaus Lütten Klein doesn't have dinner times. You have to buy your own food for dinner. The rooms are clean and tiny and there are beds… they are very fluffy. A little kitchen. But every stage in the building there are bathrooms for the entire stage. So you aren't alone in the bathroom. Gästehaus Lütten Klein is good for everyone who is outside all the day and just need a place for sleep.

Nice staff, moderate prices. A secret tip is the word slowly.

I know and use the, by now no longer so cheap accommodation, for over 13 years with my family.
Like I enjoyed the good infrastructural facilities for shopping and to the beach and seen… Since we were only staying here over the Spartan rooms across.
Unfortunately, the rooms have come in the years. The carpet is dirty with stains… probably only have sucked, in the bad hair and crumbs in the Cabinet are open snack bags, towels are worn and the furniture seems to fall apart during use.
The worst but the beds are… disgusting… rickety chairs, with thick dusty bed boxes. No cover on spotty, velour couches located by, during my last visit between Christmas and new year's Eve I had in the morning a beaten back by the spirals oppressive by, big eyes and my son breathing!
Probably caused by the millions of dust mites…
Here, you should not only be cheap — advertise, but maybe even renew the cheapest manufacturing furniture. The staff at the reception is clueless.
There are many opportunities and possibilities to the bed now in Rostock… where the price-performance ratio is better.
Also for a 2 star accommodation in the year 2016 is not discarded furniture in the room.
I will get my bearings in the future somewhere else, too.

I'm already the 4th time in the Guest House. And I must say that I like it better and better. Had a different room each time. The rooms were very clean and functional. The staff is always friendly and helpful. All very well. I highly recommend this accommodation each. Here, it's still true price performance ratio! I was not here for the last time.

Is honest in the this building stood still time? So filthy, dirty and gross. Please makes immediately a renovation that is not.

Cheap and clean, but not the nicest rooms. It's alright if you sleep there only.

To the favorable stay very nice. Shower toilet very clean. In the rooms the kitchen might be somewhat cleaner. Would stay there again at any time.

Good apartment, minus no Internet in the rooms, only on the ground floor in the lobby, in room mini kitchen, kettle, toilet and shower. Nearby there is a shop where you can buy all the products.
