Good hotel for short breaks. Breakfast ok. More variety would be good.

A beautiful hotel. Rooms spacious and clean. Breakfast is plentiful. If you have booked half board, then the food is a matter of taste. Not that it doesn't taste good, but the selection is a little bit. That's why I give 4 stars. Otherwise, there is nothing negative.

If you like it quiet, you're right here.
The location and the area — here you can get down during walks, cycling, swimming in the Plauer See (just a stone's throw). In the morning breakfast on the terrace with always fresh pineapple, melon etc. — really good.
We were not so happy with our room, had not asked for ground floor at the time of booking (fresh air fanatics) and were quartered on the ground floor. When we complained about it, there was a really great room at no extra charge in a much higher category. (Thank you)
The swimming pool is hardly used — great for us, we were there every day. Perhaps a
a little too warm in the hall.
Towels are a bit thin — slightly thicker quality would be nice.

All in all: We will probably be back. Our neighbours were there in front of us

I like the hotel very much. The rooms are clean and tidy.

In the bathroom, the toilet rinse is defective, the button for rinsing must be held down for the duration of the rinse. The hair dryer has a housing jump, it must have fallen down, a part has broken out.
The swimming pool can be used from 7 a. M. To 9:30 p. M.

Wi-Fi is free.

Bowling, steam bath and sauna can only be used at a surcharge.

Shortcoming: From the hotel room you can only get to the restaurant via the parking lot. In fine weather this is not a problem, in case of rain or ice already.

There are also holiday apartments directly on the hotel.

The main entrance can only be used until 22:00. If you want to go to your room later, you have to use side entrances.

Staff very nice. Room super modern + clean (except for the carpet, very spotty). Breakfast delicious and adequate. Unfortunately, the HP offer is not worth its price of €15p. P. (Maybe the a la carte variant would have been better) Ready-made potatoes from the bag, loveless far too bright roast potatoes, no sauces neither to meat nor to fish, fish has not seen any pan in the "flour and fried" state probably only the convectomato, too bright and only flour lamp drum. And honestly a huge tub full of red green sausage I don't want to see at any buffet! All saleless and without spices, steamed fish kept warm only in water or tasteless broth, like the potato, the parsley has unfortunately no longer helped. I also didn't understand the sauerkraut in combination with fish, green sausage, red cabbage and Mecklenburg rib roast. Loveless dessert options, if you already offer red grits (which would have ripped them out …) then please offer vanilla sauce.
The rooms were large and clean a great advantage for smokers, you are allowed to smoke on the balcony.
What I didn't think was great at all, on arrival I wanted to book 2 wellness offers for my wedding day (one on 6 and 1 on 6/6 and another application), as I had an 80€ voucher including I got after a long phone call on the part of the reception only 1 massage in the evening and m 20, 45 o 'clock! Since the masseurs must be ordered from outside. There are none in the house itself.

Mediocre breakfast. In the evening no entrance into the house. Only by chance came into the room at 10pm. Bad beds.
Quiet surroundings, pretty terrace. Friendly but hardly German-speaking service.

Nice hotel right on the Plauer lake. Our room was simply furnished but very spacious and clean. The bathroom was huge. The highlight was a large balcony with lateral views of the Plauer Lake and a small pond/pool right in front of the window. In the evening there was also a free Frog concert. A small deduction is available for the buffet in terms of variety, here I would have expected more. The staff was very friendly. The Plauer Lake is located directly opposite the hotel entrance and Plau is about 20 minutes walking distance. A walk along the Elde and through the small town is worthwhile.

Nice hotel in a quiet location with beautiful view of the lake, big rooms with good beds and very clean friendly staff, the food from the buffet is varied and good, the dining room has a beautiful and noble ambiance…
The swimming pool is great we liked.

Food was good and adequate. The star. Everything else for people from 65 + I won't come here any more.

Actually a nice hotel in a great location, but there were some minus points.
— The bed has a terrible geknarzt in every movement.
— The pillows were a little small and the blanket was too thin for the season, unfortunately there was no other blanket.
— for breakfast we had to get out and once across the yard. In good weather, okay, but in the rain, a little stupid.
— The pool water was always green. The sauna area has also been a bit of a year.
— There was no minibar and no drinks outside the restaurant. Only one bottle of water for 3, €50 in the room.
— there were no storage areas in the bathroom. There was no storage in the shower either.
— The free Wi-Fi was unfortunately very weak and broke down time and again, therefore unfortunately not usable.
The room was quite large with balcony. The furnishings are functional and modern. Also the breakfast was good in size. Unfortunately we had bad luck on the second day because a large group of travellers had just fallen over the breakfast buffet. Accordingly, everything was a bit empty. The dinner in the restaurant was lush and good.

Great hotel. Very tasty food. Friendly staff. Great spacious rooms. We would love to come back.

Pool is broken there was no offer at arrival info (other hotels or swimming pools etc. ) from the reception, only when I inquired I was connected with the boss.
W-LAN is not working!
Pillow too small You can't sleep on it.
Breakfast was top!
have distorted our coupons in the evening. The food was OK.
Were quite disappointed because of the pool as there was little Häser with pool in the program!

I felt very good the people were very friendly and nice the food was excellent and the rooms were great. Always.

It has an amazing Park, the most beautiful Lobby i've ever Seen and the City is amazing.

We were just passing through and wanted to have breakfast nice. Very nice atmosphere and the breakfast nothing left open for 8, 50 euro… Thumbs up.

At the reception, already an unpleasant odor of chlorine from the pool struck against us. The wellness offer is more than flawed after three attempts still nothing has taken place.
The two stars only because the staff was very helpful.
Conclusion never again.
