The owner of the hotel is not client friendly. They rebook your initial bookings without letting you know. They don't recognize their fault either, instead of that they tell to the guests, that they are not welcome in the hotel anymore.

An experience itself to check in in such an old building in the middle of the city. Portraits, decoration and the architecture itself gives a different feeling of being a guest compared to your every day hotel chain.

We were there in the evening. Fast and friendly service. The food was delicious and extensive. There was also a salad before. We ate in the garden area. Very nice atmosphere. Come back and on.

Very clean, top room. But as a hotel, I wouldn't call it a super pension. The reception is barely staffed and if then only at certain times, the breakfast is OK for the price, you can not complain about that. The station wagon room key and power card is somewhat unhappily solved. With two or more people you can either be in the room together and have electricity or one can go in and out and the rest sit in the dark. Also strange is that as a guest you have to unlock the hotel door in order to get out and in. For a two nights, though, it's OK.

Very cosy atmosphere with delicious food and a good house beer.

A very nice ambiance with friendly service. The selection of the map is very well managed and the food is served hot and is delicious.

Very nicely restored building with history. Too bad the whole story is not told. The use at the time of the GDR also belongs to it.

The breakfast was amazing. Besides the boiled eggs of the dishes with extra price for scrambled egg and fried!
The Aldi honey plastic bottle, many jam jars, a white bread roll, the cold cuts looked a bit older.
Conclusion: We won't be back that fast.

Food and service are really good. The price is slightly increased but the quality of the food is appropriate.

Great hotel well worth the visit!

Very smart hotel with friendly staff. Room (no23) was quite stuffy, difficult to get any air through with such small windows. Shower pressure was poor and leaked. No Wi-Fi signal. For some reason you can't addd restaurant/bar bills to your room. Breakfast was extra. Not bad, but no indication that it's summer — very basic fruit (melon, strawberries, apricots would be nice). Not a lot of choice if you don't eat meat and cheese. Most disappointed in the 'upselling' which seems unnecessary in what is already quite a pricey hotel. If you want scrambled or fried eggs it's extra (on a breakfast which you've already paid more for). The restaurant charged €. 80 each for ketchup and mayo (even Imbiss give this free) and extra for swapping fries for bratkartoffel — and didn't explain this, just appeared on the bill. Weather was too poor for us to enjoy the gardens (which was a shame as there were lovely). Shed for bikes if you're cycling — as we were. Pasewalk itself seems pretty but it was shut by 20:30 on a Friday night (we were hoping to find a Eis for dessert)

Hotel looks from the outside quite pleasant, but the food sounds delicious, too. Unfortunately, the food has not since held, what the show promised.

We were now the third Time in the Villa Knobelsdorff. The waitress was very friendly. The food was unfortunately not as good as before, or we are now spoiled. We had for example, Schweinessteak au four ordered. Why there is no Worcestershire sauce in there. If I known beforehand, I would have not ordered. Then we had salmon with spinach and potato gratin. The salmon was very spicy seared. And it was not a potato but a Mush, my husband for potato salad held (he had the map is not read, but Fischfreak and wanted the salmon). We have, unfortunately, as always, made the mistake of not in the Restaurant, have something to say. We have a pretty hefty price to be paid and still leave a tip because the waiter was really cute. Next Time (should there be a next Time) we will in such case no tipping.

Super Location, pleasant and friendly staff, the food is excellent. Price performance is appropriate for this Region.
