Clean, tidy rooms, nice reception at the reception and friendly service in the restaurant.

Very nice cozy hotel with nice restaurant! The staff was very friendly and welcomed us very nicely! The room was very neat and nicely prepared and for us with child (2) quite large despite baby cot. The equipment was also great. The breakfast was the highlight for us every morning, you could eat in or outside, the staff brought us the children's chair every time without having to say anything, I always got my hot chocolate without asking! first-rate! The choice of food was manageable, but with the size of the hotel completely fine and there was also everything you wanted and need. And it tasted very delicious!
We stayed 8 days and are very happy to come back!

Round about 5 minutes after our arrival in the restaurant without any server showing up we took a menu card for browsing (placed right behind us). Shortly afterwards the server came out ranting about how we could just take the menu and that this is no self serving. A more customer friendly behaviour would be appreciated.

A very heartfelt welcome, very nice staff our Atelie was very spacious and from there you had a great view of the harbour and on the other side over the old town. Breakfast was ok.

Were on holiday for dinner there. Very nicely located at the harbour. Food was good and plentiful.

The restaurant is clean and cozy, that staff very friendly. Food is a little sober and fish I can not recommend here. If you really want to eat fresh and good fish, you can go around the corner, there is the fish hall! The asparagus soup was good and the restaurant is also recommended.

Unfortunately, the prices are not related to the quality of the food. The food was clearly warmed up and rather bland in taste. What a pity.

We liked it very much… Breakfast was delicious, adequate and varied… Room was not too big and not too small… Had the view to the port, a dream.

Nice reception, room nicely decorated, but more than 1-2 days I would not go there again. The beds are not good for me, slipping back and forth at every move. The bathroom is clean on the view, in the shower, which only enter through a narrow door, has slight green mold.

The Hiddenseer restaurant is also part of the house. Very cozy rustic Maritim furnished. Friendly staff. The food you serve is just great. The already high league level is tasteful and of the preparation. Gourmet. Just top.

This was a wonderful find. The room was very clean and the harbor view an added bonus. We returned to the restaurant for fish. Both the hotel and restaurant personal were friendly. This was close enough you can enjoy the city or island without the full tourist crowd. We would come again. Thank you for the enjoyable visit.

We just tried the cafe at street level, outside. Service was awful, slow and not polite, and the waitresses seems pissed off that you dont speak german, one even rolled eyes. Dont mention the war.

Cute rooms (with working porthole in the bathroom door?! ) Friendly staff, breakfast was alright, location is good for the town centre, and the water! Parking is available. And if you have a town view rather than a sea view, you might get a small shared terrace.

Super hotel. Port and Rügen views from the small cosy hotel rooms. Top service.
Parking in the five minutes distant parking garage for € 6 per day very good.
We will be back!

I am not a fish eater, but here I am the same two days in a row and previous. Unfortunately we must continue otherwise I would try out the whole map!

Also the restaurant deserves praise! Not cheap, but price/performance absolutely in order. The food was very good! Service friendly and fast.

Good location, we in the evening a fish platter for two people ate, one can only recommend. Friendly staff, great breakfast buffet. Beautiful Zimmer. Kommen you again. Günter Baldwin.
