Lovely! It’s a great experience to be in this palace, the audio guide is really helpful and makes the tour interesting. My 8 year old enjoyed the trip. We took the imperial tour but at the end of it wished we had gone for the ones that covered more rooms.

Unfriendly staff and absurd restrictions, price too high for what they offer.

Wonderful place! It offers to walk, to feel touch of history, to enjoy the views from Glorieta and so much more.

A great place to visit. It is very large and can spend a whole day.

The guided tour was led by an extremely engaging lady whose enthusiasm really brought the palace to life. However the tickets are expensive and we were instructed to turn up on time but then from half way round the rooms were completely overcrowded. There were other tours who tried to overtake us, tours ahead that were slow plus lots of people using self-guided handsets pushing through. Our guide was not happy. It meant we were not able to see many of the things she pointed out. It was also getting extremely hot. So whilst I would recommend the Palace as a place to visit, the organisation of the tours needs to be improved for the high price charged.

Decently priced entry, easily accessible by public transportation, lots of information, stunning interior, stunning gardens.

Prepare yourself for a visit full of overpriced cafees, souvenir shops and entrances. Prepare yourself for a visit, where the staff don't give a d… about service, smiles or politeness. They care about your money and paying attention to there cell phones. So in short spend your money and then just p… off.

Great site for a winter Sunday excursion. Just about the right size! A lot of interesting historical details in the audioguidance. A big museum shop, tidy loos and several cafés for a rest afterwards.

Perfect for a long, romantic walk… especially in summer when gardens are fully arranged with flowers… you can also find a zoo, restaurant and labyrinths inside of garden. Definitely worth visiting.

Beautiful Place, Lot's To See. A Lot Of Walking, So Wear Comfortable Shoes…

We had bought tickets for 14.3rd. We live in Steyr and went to Vienna full of anticipation and were already looking forward to the visit to the museum. When we were there and went in and I received my medical certificate for my mask exemption, I was not allowed in. I wore a visor. And that's what I call diskremienurng and inappropriate behavior of the directorate. Not everyone can and must not wear a mask and these people are then excluded and treated in a derogatory manner. If it should come back to a lockdown and it has to lock, I have no pity because just in such times as this you should be happy about every visitor whether with mask or even just with visor and mask exemption.

Friendly service. Quiet secluded location, love full but in the old furnishings. Rooms as on the pages on the Internet, on the homepage can be seen.

This is not a castle, rather a manor house. The rooms are furnished accordingly and you know what you don't know. The supper was bad and little. The breakfast was ok. The service was max. 2 stars.

We had a wonderful visit to The Palace. We should however have had purchased the tickets online as though we arrived earlier morning, our ticket was timed for 3pm. So we had a lot of time on our hands. We spent the time in the gardens and the carriage museum which was very interesting. We considered the Zoo too but thought the entry ticket was a bit expensive, given everything we had already spent. The entrance fee isn’t cheap but we really enjoyed the palace — so beautiful and interesting too.

The hotel has its very own charm. The service was very friendly and also great on our little daughter (1 year). The room was very spacious and we had the great luck to be able to take a look at the other rooms. According to the new owner, a lot of improvements are still to be made. Only drawback: There is nothing to look at in the surrounding countryside and we have not found any really nice routes for walks.

Very nice, some things could be refurbished once again.
Unfortunately there is no shower in the suite, only a bathtub and no shower. That makes the bathroom quite wet.

After a stressful year we needed 2017 times a week of rest! The Castle Frauenmark is the perfect address for this! Lovingly furnished, cozy, super friendly staff, rich breakfast and a fantastic evening kitchen.
Who comes here gets peace and relaxation! The room breakfast from 10 o'clock was perfect, who wants to have breakfast already 8 o'clock! We enjoyed using the staff to keep one or the other Pläuschen! You feel at home!
Extra wishes were implemented without grumbling! That's how it must be!

Very romantically secluded to relax from the stress of everyday life. Sleeping accommodations very good and clean equipped. The freshly prepared dishes are top class. Every wish was literally read from our lips.

If you are looking for seclusion and tranquility, this is the place to be. The house and the rooms are remodelled in English and Victorian style, with more of an antique Trödelmakt effect. The details of the beautiful land castle are lost and it seems cluttered and dingy. Less is sometimes more! The beds are rather inadequate for the "upscale" standard. The chic rooms are for example. With high-quality materials have been refurbished, genaurem look poorly processed. The staff are friendly and eager to make their guests. The gastronomic offer is limited to the house and kept simple, but prepared with love. Those who come here should be aware of the nostalgic English life, for example. Of Miss Marpel and Jane Austin to enjoy. Even in summer temperatures, the house is cold. Internet reception is not possible anywhere in the house. Price performance is not proportionate.

Really great ambiance. You feel like you've moved to a bygone time. A castle not only to look at, but also to touch. Very good service. Great food.

Unfortunately, two extra services were not fulfilled. Very disappointing. The food, cleanliness and the area were great.

A beautiful and cosy hotel with incredibly charming and affectionate staff, which always strives to make guests happy. Both breakfast and dinner are lovingly prepared. We felt very comfortable in this natural idyll and the individually furnished house.

A bit secluded and therefore dreamlikely quiet. The staff is very courteous and friendly. For those who like it comfortably and not seeking the perfect luxury, there is an almost familial atmosphere with good cuisine in a beautiful manor house with charm.

The hotel presents itself in Agatha Christie's BB´s Miss Olga ambience. All the time I had the feeling, Kinski or amber Arend are coming around the corner. The staff is very friendly and the room clean. The breakfast, that great staff and the walk-in fireplace me and my wife like everything else so much pleased, that we have left a gift there directly. We will be back!

We are pleasantly surprised by the kindness in this home. Everything has worked perfectly, all the promised details were great arranged and adhered to. The style, the location, the rest we are thrilled.
