The location, the place of the hotel and the beds are great, but unfortunately it is very old. You get the feeling as if you were in the 80s, and the furniture is already very worn out. To complete the slab building feeling, you should only look in the bathroom once: It consists entirely of linoleum, terrible! Between the linoleum, mold accumulates in the shower. At the beginning there were also hair to be found in the shower. The shower head, in the transition to the shower hose is completely calcified. The towels used were also not completely replaced. The toilet paper is reminiscent of newspaper. The breakfast buffet is one-sided and is not refilled in time, and also very loveless. The service staff is nice but it happens as if it were a one-man operation. For the "younger" generation: The wlan is very bad. The reception room as well as the elevator have a musty smell. I really wonder how this hotel could receive so "many" stars.

Arrived in the resort earlier than our room was ready, we wanted to eat a bite on a first walk.
This place, however, was certainly not a good one.
The offered vegetable cream soup did not really recognize the taste of a vegetable variety, instead of creamy it was somewhat "Krisselig".
The young man who served us put the tea on my husband's table without the obvious need for the tea bags to take it down. There was no sugar for tea, nor was there any excuse for the lack of it when we asked to pay for it. At least the service has a lot to learn here.
