We felt very comfortable here. The view and the ambience are unique.
You can almost forget on the sun lounger overlooking the pool and palm trees that you are not in the south by the sea. ;-) The whole staff is very friendly. The restaurant was the absolute highlight besides the great view and the special atmosphere. We spent 4 days trying our way through the map and enjoyed a happy feast. :-) The multi-anchor Pale Ale was also great. We have relaxed very much, the overall package is great and we will definitely come back.
With regard to corona measures, mouth-nose protection is worn throughout the house and disinfectant for the hands is available in all important areas.

We had the problem that on the only night we were there, a celebration was celebrated in the Panoramacafe. Was also good music :-)
However, we could only sleep at half past four at night.
We reported the whole thing the next morning and we got 50% discount. Have only slept there half the night.
Was very fair and well resolved for us — so absolute recommendation. And if there's no celebration, it's really very plush.

The location is great through the balconies you get a great view. The rooms were clean, but when entering the room, some cards did not always work smoothly. The staff of the hotel were always friendly. Thanks to the free Wi-Fi, young people do not have to give up their social mediean. Can't complain.

The Hotel is wonderfully located in The Dömitz harbour and makes and makes a good Impression at first Glance. Once In the Room, that changes quite quickly. The Hotel definitely seems to have got older. Everything in the Room, we had No. 202, was already clearly inhabited and no longer so nice to look at. During our Visit it had 30 Degrees + Outside temperature and so the Room was correspondingly hot and we found no Way to turn on air Conditioning or activate a Ventilation System. The blinds attached "inside" had no Influence on the heat development in the Room, of course.
The versed Impression was then still opned in the Bathroom. The Cleaning Lady had not cleaned thoroughly for a while, which is not acceptable with a Room Rate of around €100th.
The Breakfast Buffet acceptable but under Standard in this Price Range.
When one tried to place 13 registered People at an 11-seat Table, it became clear that one could not expect professional Action here.
In a nutshell … No Recommendation from my Site!

Were outside on the beautiful terrace, it took a very long time for the dishes to be cleared by the guests in front of it and the card came, the service was nice but very overwhelmed even though only a maximum of 8 andre guests were there, we wanted to order but no one arrived later Guests were served in front of us until we finally left without anything to eat or drink, too bad …

Very nice and quiet, the restaurant is very good, you can enjoy here good food and the tranquility at the Elbe's pond. Through poured sand and some decoration, a certain beach backdrop is supposed to be created in this icy marshland. Suely quite successful and also very appealing.

Had booked a 2-day arrangement here: Double room with breakfast buffet, champagne bottle and fruit in the room, 4-course candlelight dinner as well as coffee and cake the following day in the "Panorama Cafe"!
Price for this 218, — € per person I found absolutely OK.
The 4-course meal consisted of the following dishes: Tuna carpaccio with sprouts, asparagus cream soup, as the main course was a steak, which I could easily change into a salmon fillet. As a dessert there was chocolate kitchens with ice cream and fruit! To do this, I drank a very good Grauburgunder! The menu was excellent; All ingredients fresh and nice for the eye! The service was fast and attentively competent!
We also liked the room! A decidedly individual styling! From this former old store you have designed a great design hotel.
Too bad you make so little of the "Panorama Cafe"! The opening hours are not exactly customer-friendly!
Service staff seem a little overwhelmed here. Since the breakfast buffet is taken here, we had to see at 9 p. M. That a lot was already empty. One then gradually filled some plates and containers again but the abandoned overall impression remained!
So there is still a lot of room for improvement here!
The service staff in the restaurant also appeared very stressed and overwhelmed on Ascension Day! Had to get me the menu cards myself, even though 5 people were standing behind the bar and sounding!

Cosy Hotel in the old memory right on the water. Very creative everything as a ship. Walls and Ceilings such as the ship's metal plates. Very nice staff, but at 20: 00 the kitchen closes. The food tasted good, but were a little bit of French fries to the but it is a great curry sausage, the antipasto plate had little selection and tasted more cucumber like sour. Breakfast at the panoramic cafe is not left with us, no wishes, there is also the usual supermarket tea bags.

Nice room, good restaurant, only unfortunately at the theme buffet no little things as an alternative at €28! Breakfast on the other hand for €10 Super! Life is a mixed calculation!

But: the restaurant closes at 22:00 am and until breakfast at 7:00 pm there is nothing here and in the vicinity except landscape.

While the location, the view from the Panorama Café and the décor are top, the quality of the food is staggering and mediocre, and this can be said about the rather north German friendliness of the staff. While it is usually okay, there are other moments: when we arrived as a registered breakfast company, it was mauled that we would come "surprisingly" with so many people, and then the tables were covered in slow motion. If the communication within the House does not work, you must not omit the guest in this price category. When a family party was asked to open the windows in the evening, Pampig was told that the necessary staff was already given to someone else from society and that the windows were all opened at the beginning — without question a truthful Statement, but friendly is something else.
Certainly also thanks to the competition still the best hotel in the area, but lots of gifted potential and price/performance rather poor.

You should give everyone a second chance. So today we went to the restaurant again for dinner. Today all free tables (approx. 1/3 of the entire table) were marked with "Reserved" signs. On demand with a service force it was said: they are reserved. (The question of whether these are reserved from the evening or from noon could not answer us) So wait and be free as a table was put there…
The plates would then be cleared this time as one of fours was at the food (seemed normal for the service force) and all the reserved tables were not occupied in the almost two hours we were there…
Service a smooth six, but the food was usual good.

Very good food. We are always happy to eat here again. In summer I always have lounge chairs in the outdoor area. A great place to escape from everyday life. The service in the restaurant is fast and very nice. They try to make the stay as pleasant as possible. In nice weather is also popular bikers point.

With great amazement I was notified at check-in at 2pm although the rooms were ready we have to pay for every hour of 10 euro! I feel this is outrageous!

Are always happy there. Food and service good. Price/performance is right. Whether in a Café on the roof or companies in the Restaurant. Only outside it can be in nice weather a little longer. As others realise you should do it but for the harbour festival to avoid. Directions and Parking then anyway problematic, since the driveway implies denying. And foot, does it cost even entry, although we only in the Restaurant and not the Firm wanted. That is why only 4 stars.

Popular meeting place on the river Elbe. Good honest Restaurant, nice ambience, friendly staff, the top is a Cafe with a view.
