Great location overlooking the Elbe.
Food was very disappointing — Parma — ham melon — but unfortunately no Parma ham was served here but charged full price. Fried potatoes and sour meat was also a pity — fried potatoes too salty and not crispy… you notice that no fresh ingredients are used. Very unfortunate — complete food for 4 people was sent back… And service overwhelmed with the criticism — we have now gone to the Greek 😊

Great place to stay, too bad for the hotel that it was so poorly rated. I don't understand that.

Not really that impressed.

The room is very nicely decorated so that you feel at home, the food and service is excellent. The hotel is located on the Elbe and I liked the location the most.

Price performance do not fit at all! The room should have been renovated for years. The operation of the old tube TV was not self-explanatory. The breakfast offered nothing. Every baker would have been better and more varied.
Overall, the hotel is not recommended, at least for the room rate, and is not worth a star for me.

The reception was very friendly, but I can't give more positive impressions. The terrace/beer garden is very busy and lawns are not maintained. There was no one card, only three different weekly menus, each of which had about a third of the food. I haven't chosen any of the dishes so I could only speculate on the quality of this. However, the value for money does not seem to be right.

We arrived super late, but there was still someone there and greeted us kindly and showed the Room. Although the Kitchen was long since cold, the Cook offered us something to do and we got a super delicious Dish with Asparagus and everything and about our Beer. So The Service great! The Breakfast was very varied and sumptuous and fresh! Everything was replenished immediately and here, too, the Operation was great.

Well… Food rather bad, at breakfast one should be careful that things have not expired, it can't be done at all, rooms were small with hard mattresses and the TV had hardly any programs. Unfortunately, there were no fly screens in front of the windows very bad. The bathroom, unfortunately, wasn't such madness either. Service was nice. All in one, at most, I would spend a night here at most, if at all. I wouldn't want food here anymore.

For 2 star hotel it's great. I would rate it as a 3 star hotel. What I've already seen than 3 or 4 stars, the hotel is much better. The staff friendly, room clean, everything was of the finest. The food was very good, meat was of the finest, Argentine steak, appetizer as with the Italian, balanced wine white or red, and especially the boss knows his way around the wines really well. You don't even have to order from the card. All wishes are open. So, to get to the point: We were very pleased and we'll go again. We have not lacked anything. A very nice family business. A very bad food the value for money is right not at all in this hotel you can not go out to eat.

The owners are very nice and friendly. The hotel is by and large clean. But yet in the years. The shower heads sometimes belong replaced as I also heard from others. Breakfast is okay if you don't stay there for 4 nights. Scrambling is asked for scrambled eggs for incomprehensible selection. Yoghurts have partly expired 2 days, the fresh milk is sometimes sour, the coffee sometimes not able, sometimes the bed is made sometimes not what annoys me the most I paid 80 euros per night with breakfast, in the room there is a flyer on which 50 euros per night stands. For this performance, 50 euros is okay but not for 80 euros. Breakfast is between 8 and 9 watch, I also find funny and you can only pay bar. Most always had to get to the bank first and cash in exchange for fees. The area is great. Verdict: For one night the hotel is okay for 4 nights I would think about it carefully, especially since I have been here visiting the toilet more often than usual and have such a feeling of malaise in the intestines.

The hotel is great location and offers a nice view. The room was individually decorated and clean, the service friendly and attentive. I found it a little (! ) expensive. The breakfast was disappointing; There was very little fresh and its price was really not worth it.

Einzelzimmer nicht akzeptabel. Auf Anfrage wird Doppelzimmer zum gleichen Preis angeboten. Frühstück sehr gutes Ambiente.
