Clean, chic and friendly staff. Wonderfully suitable for weekend getaways. Underground parking and outdoor parking available. Wonderful location with short paths to the beach and the village.

We stayed at this hotel a week ago. We have already decided several times for the Steigenberger and therefore we were looking for an apartment of this hotel group for the summer holiday on Zingst.
All the more disappointing was that we were treated AS (which we were not aware of before) very disadering and unfriendly — like second-class! We were not given any assistance in the search for a parking space in advance. When complained: "We don't help with third-party tenants. " As I said, we were not aware before that "our" apartment was probably bought and rented out to others.
So on our arrival — and after we had found a parking space with the help of a neighboring hotel — we were told what we were asking for, "Oh, that's a foreign apartment. I don't know where that is. " Absolute naughtiness because by looking at the sign next door you could see exactly where our apartment is.
The employees of the Steigenberger Apparthotel in Zingst deliberately put stones in our way and refused any contact with us.
We have NEVER experienced such unfriendly class-specific treatment and will avoid the Steigenberger chain IN the future.

We had been relegated to this hotel for 4 days and were actually satisfied. On departure we learned that the underground car park was not included in the price and at 12 euros per night is already quite violent. And then without info when checking in. Just like the final cleaning of this, we were never informed.
What you have to say but rooms were clean. And also otherwise the staff friendly.
But as I said, the guest still rip off 12 euros per day for the underground parking … wretched.

We stayed there in May for 4 days, had booked an apartment. The Steigenberger has a very good location! We were greeted kindly. The apartment is very spacious and generously cut.
Unfortunately, the bathroom was not clean, thick dust and other impurities on the radiator (towel rack), the oscillative lid of the plastic waste later I preferred not to touch, disgusting. The toilet lid in the years came, the toilet with Urin (little). In the kitchen on the ground in the corners dirt, splashes on the edge tiles, the drawer inserts also not clean. There were several parts of the dish, some of which only available 2 or 3 instead of 4 parts. The balcony dirty (furniture) and loveless. Overall, the décor makes a spent impression, on the covered fabric couch one had draped an old brown wool blanket to hide worse … It hasn't particularly invited to sit …
Immediately after arrival we complained about the non-clean apartment, one has to bear in mind that one pays a proud price for the final cleaning, but I would like to find a clean apartment. The receptionist's response was literal: "I can only pass this on to housekeeping"; Nothing happened.
Just below our bedroom is a restaurant, the cigarette brum pulled right into the window. Overall, even the bedroom is simple and uncomfortable, the mattresses too hard for side sleepers.
Too bad, I wouldn't come back, and worse, that we didn't get into it.

Zimmerausstattung eher 3 Sterne, kleines Bad, kaputte Fliesen… Alles okay, aber sind das noch 4 Sterne?

Große Zimmer, guter Service.

Das Zimmer ist schlicht aber sehr schön gestaltet, die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden besetzt und auch immer freundlich. Die Lage ist perfekt, der Strand ist vor der Tür und Restaurants sind gleich um die Ecke.

A good hotel in a central location. Spacious apartments, clean, friendly and fast service. The breakfast is extensive and well sorted. Everything has fit. Just a pity that the pool use was so expensive.

Nice location, but overall condition feels dated. Not the same standard as the Steigenberger hotel.

Extraordinary location and quite comfortable hotel. Would be even better if they spoke English.

12Euro for parking per day is absent quite violently Wi-Fi. Positive: Central location, beautiful apartment, child-friendly, breakfast varied and tasty.

All good. Eat. Staff. Kindness … fond of children and animals are very welcome. Just found it super. Thank you.

We don't come back… In the bathroom it smells funny, is mold and it is when taking a shower completely under water. A shower curtain is just not what I expect… total needed the bathroom a renovation. The room is clean, but the "bed making" this staff is still learning. 12€ for the Parking garage is just too much… the Breakfast is good and the waiters/inside are very helpful and friendly.

12 Euro Parking fee is not the week no the night! On the way to the room every day to an ashtray slipped it which will probably never be emptied. How delicious for a non-Smoking! Fresh Laundry is on the floor in front of the rooms, placed! No Wi-Fi in the rooms for free LAN but who still uses this old technology! Positive is the Breakfast to mention.

Not children friendly rooms, Luggage delivery bad because it's not the Apartment's on the farm comes to just walk away from the str. No with the use of the Pools only for high cost. Extremely expensive Park fees outside space even more expensive than a Garage. 1 x week, garbage disposal No meals booked = no room between cleaning.

Beautiful location, nice Hotel Very centrally located, to the front, however, a lot of hustle and bustle to hear something loud. But in the night it gets quiet ;-). If this bothers room to the rear with lovely garden and pool views. Breakfast very tasty. Staff very friendly. Parking 12-15 Euro per day. On the day of departure until the evening, Parking is possible without additional costs. Happy again.

The worst Italian Restaurant in Zingst (Which is not Italian has nothing) A Bottle Of Water 7, 50 €.

Large Appartment. Very good Breakfast with extra room for the younger guests. Attention! You must also be for the Night of the car 12 euros per night to pay, because in the whole of Zingst Nachtparkverbot prevails.

Great location, very nice rooms and nice Service. But unfortunately no air conditioning (not even in the meeting rooms).
