The hotel advertises with a rating of 5.1 points out of six possible from 2017. On a hotel review portal. I assume that this has fallen within the three star category. In my opinion, this hotel establishment is technically and quality standards moderately far below the 2018 standard. We were quartered here for four, two adults two children, for one night. There will be invited to a wedding. We have not made any great demands but for an overnight stay 100 € I expect at least some quality. Unfortunately, this is not the case, furnishing from 1990 in dark brown with carpet and curtains in front of the windows. Yes it was quiet, yes it was quiet, yes it was picturesque point but that's what I expect from many hotels today. Added to this is that the service to the customer does not take place at all, actually even worse that the owner thinks he is the king. Because we had the situation that a full parking lot forces us to park in front of the side house. And I had to listen to a stand pauke in the morning why I parked there point further arguments to him that my packed car should not stand on the direct road were completely irrelevant to him and he just thought he wouldn't be on my doorstep. To park. And as an owner, I just find that cruel. So customer orientation, and quality assurance for hotel guests are not put in the focus here. This must be clear to every visitor. I know that the text is already very long, but I have not even spoken a word about breakfast performance.

Room 24 is located on the second floor without an elevator. It's lying out backwards and it's very quiet during the day. The darkening is slightly hidden in the Rollo window. Otherwise very spacious and with a large bathroom. The Wi-Fi fluctuates very STARK, NO stable connection, but for free? With a connection, it is advisable to leave the room.

Very nice little hotel near Hamburg, well maintained, clean and great service, good access to Hamburg.

Nettes und freundliches Bed & Breakfast Hotel.

Solides Hotel. Für ein paar Nächte völlig ausreichend. Gutes Frühstück.

Outrageous, of what is here called "Breakfast" is offered — The only fresh-looking was the convenient Multisaft. Everything else was of a lower Standard and thus not sufficient for the rating to improve. Little wonder that the Hotel almost had to leave.
