Lovely and cosy hotel, contempory built and decor.
Staff very friendly, prices are average. Easy to get to via public transport.

Standort ist nicht so schön, Zimmer recht klein aber gemütlich. Service nicht gut abgesprochen aber wurde dann besser.

An overall pleasant experience. I especially liked the service at the breakfast buffet.

Friendly reception at the reception. The single room with flat TV, refrigerator and free Wi-Fi. Large comfortable bed. Bathroom is a bit small. Everything was clean. A breakfast with very good offer. Beautiful beer garden. Underground parking and parking spaces available. Location in the industrial area, center on foot very far. For a few days a pleasant accommodation.

Mixed experience
as a hotel for people working in the north of Hamburg or for transit. Prices in a slightly upscale but quite tolerable. Breakfast good but with 13€ more expensive than in other places. Short drive to Norderstedt Mitte to the U-Bahn — parking garage there free of charge. Bus also starts in front of the hotel. Underground parking at the hotel costs a little but you can also park in front of the house. Room audible. The doors that are folded to one another can also be heard widely. The rooms above the underground car park entrance should be rejected, at night and in the morning a disaster for the rest. Wi-Fi free but not everywhere the reception or speed is intoxicating. But overall very well maintained condition and quite recommended for a weekend to Hamburg.

Nice receptionist, grewt value for money. Rooms were clean and nice.

Very friendly staff, also very competent during the day, the evening staff is just as nice, but unfortunately does not know an answer to all questions and refers to the day colleagues (if you are like me from work at home at 7 pm, the communication is then tedious).
The rooms were ok, but nothing more, especially in the bathroom a few simple beauty repairs would be necessary. The bed is very comfortable.
I liked the breakfast best, it was plentiful, delicious and in a very nice breakfast room, in good weather you can also sit outside.
To spend a night here in transit absolutely suitable.

You can only feel comfortable here. Very nice and attentive staff. Wishes can be fulfilled. Rooms very well equipped. Breakfast very plentiful. Eat very tasty. Would always recommend this hotel.

Hotel in the commercial area, with outdated and quite small rooms. The bath was very narrow and the water pressure was unfortunately hardly present. The minibar's fridge was empty, the floor could have been cleaner. Due to the non-existent air conditioning, it gets very hot very quickly. Towels were not complete. I would not recommend the hotel, despite cheap parking and sufficient breakfast (but also nothing special).

It's okay. Silent but nothing special. The breakfast is good.

Location is very quiet. Staff friendly. Rooms neat and beds very comfortable! Happy again:)

Very nice hotel.
As part of a short trip we stayed in this house for an overnight stay.
The first room was a smoking room. For non-smokers an absolute no-go. On demand, however, there was another, very nice room with a chic and cozy bed and a better smell.
The breakfast was good, very rich and lovingly prepared beyond measure.
All in all, a nice stay and a recommendation.

Breakfast is great, only unfortunately the room has stopped with time and could tolerate a new contemporary lock. Unfortunately, it was also quite clairvoyant and could see everything around me. Too bad, as the location is quite good from the hotel.

Keine Übernachtung! Haben von 12 bis ca. 18 Uhr die eiserne hochzeit meiner Großeltern gefeiert. Essen und Service waren sehr gut.

Beautiful courtyard. Relatively expensive. My room was not the latest but clean and well maintained.

A good place to stay overnight, it is not expensive and the quality is good. Also the wlan is working.

The hotel has a nice and cosy ambiance, very nice and courteous staff, a good kitchen with delicious food.
Unfortunately it is located in a commercial area on a busy road, therefore a point deduction.

Hotel from outside quite inconspicuous and almost passed by. Check in from 3pm, before with early check in for an extra charge.
Room 313 on the second floor. Window to the back overlooking the street. Noise level accordingly. Rooms are small and functional. Kettle available, tea and coffee for free. Small double bed with continuous, relatively soft mattress.
Service at the reception OK. No special Smalltalk with info e. G. For breakfast or similar.
We were looking for this hotel because of the existing spa area. This, however, is laughable… and not included.
We let us show the area. Small sauna, even smaller steam cabin and 2 hot tubs (Heuer 1 of it defective). A weight bench and 1 crosstrainer vis a vis the tubs.
The sauna costs 3 euro and is not on but is hired with 25 min lead time for the guest… but then available without a timeout. For the steam cabin there are value tokens to purchase. Term, the hotel could not call us hired.
Breakfast can be booked for 13 €/per person. This also spontaneous in the morning…
Unfortunately on site no offer or possibility spontaneously and possibly favorable to the booking of an extension night. However, if you look on site online there were 3 for 2 or with free capacities special discounts.
Sun. The night was there and I'm so glad we didn't renew as originally planned.
My husband left the bed at the night from 1 30 o'clock, because we were just going to sleep.

Unfriendly front desk. Eating area tacky. Please needs a revamp.

The rooms may not be quite contemporary but clean. Very friendly staff. Restaurant and room service top. Food delicious and large portions.

Very poor service, the staff was very unfriendly and the rooms looked like they hadn't cleaned there for 2 years… eating wasn't the best! Never again!

I discussed a family reunion. Very nice staff, make a clean impression. Free parking. Bus or train connection to Hamburg.

Very nice hotel. Just outside of Hamburg but pleasantly quiet. Can be recommended.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Great restaurant and chief. BUT their internet policy makes it a 1 star hotel. They have a 30 minute limit per day and a 300MB limit per day. This is a joke! You can not do business or even watch Netflix with this kind of archaic controls. No Best Western in the USA limits their Internet usage. Our company will no longer us this hotel unless they change their policy.

Room was tidy and clean, unfortunately a bit dark, modern furnishings would not be bad. Staff nice and friendly. Breakfast was the hammer, read no wishes.

No longer up to date with regard to rooms and infrastructure. The price called does not match the performance.

Clean, and has a nice sauna area. The food is i. O. I falls a bit more vegetables or salad at breakfast. The staff is helpful and nice. Why not 5 stars? Because the hotel is located in an industrial area. To the center of Norderstedt (restaurants, shopping, etc. ) costs a taxi 10-12 EUR. Back and forth is already more than 20… At the hotel is neither a supermarket nor a snack… What a pity!

Room is OK for sleeping… Cleanliness Well, cobwebs everywhere, toilet not clean.
Food in the restaurant, let's say it so the deer for just under €25 and the baked ice for 6, €50 was the worst food for a long time related to the price.
I would definitely not recommend this hotel in terms of price and performance.

A little bit over the years — and beware. If rooms go forward to Schleswig-Holstein Street, then there is street noise without end. Otherwise quite recommend. We had a meeting there.

Everything clean and tidy, breakfast was good. Organization was somewhat confusing in general and not directly customer friendly (had as a family several rooms, not in the same hallway and breakfast table for 8 was also not pre-reserved. )

Nice staff, very friendly. Old building, and the interior is a bit ran down by now. Rooms are clean but oldschool. My room smellt like smoke and that is a no go for a non smoker. Rather stay somewhere else…

Started a renovation in the room next to us 8 in the morning, a Saturday. Would not give us a discount of the room, just offered for us to pay half for the breakfast. (Breakfasts are usually included at hotels this expensive)

Business hotel. I stayed there with my family as we where on a road trip. Beds are good, over all service was okay, everything as expected. Not for a long stay with family but very good for business or a one nighter with a family.

Great room and friendly service. Limited on site parking so I had to park on the street. Otherwise a good stay.

The staff are friendly and helpful, but sadly the rooms are small and probably haven't been refitted in over 30 years. The food doesn't appeal, and if you need something in the night you're limited to a vending machine.

Good hotel, also the food are good. The rooms are spacious but not modern. The breakfast is rich.

Very nice house, clean, friendly staff, large bright rooms, bathroom: tub + 2 wash basins, abundant breakfast buffet. On the day, you could have free coffee and fruit. Here is everything; just very good price — performance ratio. My wife and I felt very well in this House.

Clean room, fast free Wi-Fi, but then at the end of the positive things is also fast. In the room directly above kitchen and mountains of rubbish. The delivery started from 5: 00 and before one could consider whether you prefer would like to sweat in the hot room or would like to sleep in the stench of the garbage can under the window.
