➜ We stayed for a few nights in August for a holiday in Husum and decided for the second time for the Hotel Altes Zollamt. As always, the stay was great. The implementation of the current Corona rules and regulations is exemplary — such as breakfast in predetermined shifts. Especially Kerstin (with her typical lovable Nordic humour) at breakfast is to be emphasized, she is more than just courteous and allows every wish to be turned off the eyes and at the same time is very committed to the observance of the Corona guidelines and thus to the safety of the guests.
The rooms are comfortably furnished in the maritime chic and put you directly into the North Sea holiday mood.
The city centre and the harbour are right outside the hotel and the beach is just a short walk away — the hotel has just the perfect location!
Right outside the door is the attached fish house Loof, which is also highly recommended.
We will definitely come back :)
➜ We just come back from a little break in the north … 3 days after the reopening after the Corona Lockdown. Very nice team, good solutions (breakfast was put together as desired and served on small floors instead of buffet as usual) and the hotel in the historic building is love — and tastefully furnished… from Husum, as a base port, you can reach everything worth seeing in the area!
