The rooms are large and comfortably furnished. A large bathroom. The food is delicious. Gladly again.

Very nice, modern hotel. The view of the city is great. Especially from the panorama bar, it is worthwhile to enjoy the sunrise with a sumptuous breakfast. The staff is very friendly. Always happy to come back.

Very bad experience! Corona rules go before customer experience here. It's seems that this hotel isn't able to give all their customers possibility to enjoy breakfast as the space meant for breakfast is to small. If you haven't made reservation for breakfast in your online booking you are on your own. Even when you travel with a baby like we did. One alternative was given:
There is a bakery down the street… Uhm, okay… Serious? We paid €200+ for a room — the room was good but unfortunately the service of the staff was far below what you should expect from a hotel like this.

Great offer am really enthusiastic I always like to go there great rooms good food and clean and the staff is very friendly.

We were now a couple of days in this Hotel. The rooms are ok, although you would have to Look at a closer inspection of the cleanliness criticize. Spotty beds, dust and Dirt on the floor and in the bathroom. What, however, is nothing compared to the Breakfast. The may be offered on the basis of the rules by Corona is not a Buffett, it was up to us, of course, clear, but what we have had is for a 4-star Hotel is more than shameful. For 2 people we got for Breakfast a plate with 3 slices of sausage, 2 slices of cheese, 2 pieces of Butter and a small bowl of jam. This plate is already in our arrival, all tables, non-refrigerated, what could also be seen in the melted Butter, the at the edge of the already dried-on cheese and greasy sausage. Special requests, such as honey, muesli, salmon, etc. Could not be met. There is also the bread rolls were rock hard, as they were no longer uncovered on the table, we thought that we could change to hot chocolate, to have at least something in your stomach, but even that was not possible. The staff was totally overwhelmed, and at the front Desk there was no solution. The disinfectant dispenser in the Elevator, in spite of a speech empty. Other guests took the Breakfast and apparently to their rooms, you could easily see the tablet with food scraps that were at least 24 hours, accompanied by an unpleasant odor, and fly in the corridors. I think next time we will book a hostel. Since the price is at least justified.

Modern eingerichtete Zimmer, Frühstück gut, Service super freundlich, zur Lübeck-City ca. 25 Minuten gehen oder Bus.

The rooms are very bright. Bed too small, for two people, otherwise comfortable.
When taking a shower, you put half the bath under water.
WC door was a sliding door made of frosted glass, which stopped 1-2cm in front of the wall.
The bass of the music from the bar, which is located on the roof, has been heard up to the room (note 2nd floor).
Cleanliness was given. Nice reception, even if we could not/could not move into the room earlier.
Breakfast was a naughty thing, for 12€ you don't get a free table, half of the cold cuts were empty … To be fair, a coffee-driving company has arrived in front of us. However, the hotel must also cope with such a situation.

Very chic, clean, modern. Large rooms with lots of glass (mistake: the shower was glazed on three sides and almost in the middle of the room — nothing for people who are in front of others). Unfortunately a lot of noise from the two streets, even on the 7th floor perfect to hear. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception and kitchen. Breakfast is served in the bar/restaurant on the 8th floor, great view!

We were completely satisfied. Service friendly and competent, rooms quiet and beds comfortable. If you don't have breakfast, you make a mistake! The extensive buffet and the view over Lübeck from the 8th floor make breakfast a beautiful experience.

Unfortunately only worth one star. Rooms very small… Location is also not exactly optimal… we have been tempted by the name, because we often rise in the "Four Seasons". No minibar, which I expect at just under 100 € a night… Especially in a double room a second room card! Only the staff in the restaurant is friendly and fulfills wishes! We wanted to celebrate my husband's birthday in Lübeck… give us a few days. Only in this hotel unfortunately not possible.

OK standard, and pretty nice except the abundance of slightly tacky, blue lighting. The hotel is unfortunately located in the middle of nowhere, almost 30 minutes walking distance from the town centre. Breakfast is good with a scenic look of the city.

We stayed at the Hotel for a Night. Had a Double Room on the second Floor which was very nice. The View at Breakfast in The morning over Lübeck was very nice. Breakfast itself has been great.

We stayed for 2 nights and booked the package time for Two. Got a room on the second Floor. Very well maintained, beautifully decorated. On the first night there was a 3-course meal, this was very good. Also the breakfast was great. Lots of choice and really Tasty. Friendly and courteous staff and also the location was Good. Shopping, city centre and Highway super on foot, by car or public transport to Reach. Price-performance definitely great, for what we were offered, we would have paid more too. We'll be back! :)

Nice modern rooms, rooftop Restaurant with nice Panorama view over Lübeck.

We have booked an offer for 3 days including breakfast and dinner. The staff is very friendly and the room was clean. There are different rooms-and also bed sizes and we decided this time for the favorable variant. It's okay for 2 nights, but you'll notice every move of the other person.
We liked the breakfast very much, although it was full from 9 am and by the construction of the buffet was also very close.
We didn't like the three course dinner in the evening. The service was great, but the food just didn't taste.

Nice hotel for basic demand. Staff is ok, rooms are clean, outside of the Old City but still close to walk. Parking is beside of building and price is 11€ for 24 hours. Breakfast is great and plenty to choose from just for 6€. Close to the hotel is Mc Donald’s and Domino’s if you need to grab something quickly. Don’t take the small room if you are 2. Make upgrade and get better room. Beds in smaller in cheaper rooms just 140 cm in wide.

Very nice hotel on the outskirts with good connection to the highway and also to the center of the city. Too bad you don't have your own free or cheap parking, but you can park well on the roadside without anything happening!
The restaurant as well as the breakfast is delicious and the staff is very accommodating!

The hotel is located directly on a busy main road. Directly at the hotel there is a parking garage with direct access to the hotel. Unfortunately, parking is not free. We stayed there in November, yet decent prices for parking. The hotel's restaurant is located on the top floor and is completely glazed. From there you can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view of the city. The breakfast was fine. In the evening you can relax in the bar. The rooms are large enough for two people. A bit of getting used to is the separation of the shower to the sleeping room with a clear glass pane. Who likes to see his partner in the shower, well! We are always walking in center, around 20min walk. Public transport is at the door.

Nice hotel. Price OK. Restaurant was great for breakfast, evening rather not so my case. Good location, clean, restaurant with great view upstairs.
Only the glass shower with a clear view from the bed was in need of getting used to.

I was not at peace. The windows in the bathroom are full of water stains. In the WC on the 8th floor there are rust stains on the storage shelf next to the sink. The bar has already been made at 22:00 pm. You can expect more for the room rates.

Wir waren für 2 Übernachtungen da und haben das Paket Zeit zu Zweit gebucht. Bekamen ein Zimmer im 2. Stock. Sehr gepflegt, wunderschön eingerichtet. Am ersten Abend gab es ein 3-Gänge-Menü, dieses war sehr gut. Auch das Frühstück war super. Viel Auswahl und echt lecker. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal und auch die Lage ist gut gewesen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Innenstadt und Autobahn super zu Fuß, mit Auto oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Preis-Leistung definitiv super, für das was uns gebogen wurde, hätten wir auch mehr bezahlt. Wir kommen wieder! :)

Nice and calm, expect weekend mornings when they have open brunch then crowded in the restaurant.

Really nice hotel, with very good parking, 15 minutes walker to the city center (Breite Strasse). The rooms are big and modern and there is a super nice restaurant also used for breakfast at the top floor, here You can see Lübeck thrue the panorama windows, (360 degrees). We can really recommend this hotel, as a bonus the make a really nice Tapas dish for hungry tried guests.

Price performance oK to good. Had the "luck" to have got a room with a separate bathroom, otherwise it is probably a lucky game, because you can probably only express the wish for it when booking, otherwise the bathroom is probably fully glazed in the room … see homepage.
Rooms are otherwise in a TOP state.
Location is not quite as perfect, although you only need a 20-minute walk in the city centre.
The bar on the top floor is well worth a visit, just because of the view, but the beverage prices are also slightly higher.
Breakfast was also quite good, although the staff is a bit overwhelmed when the hall is well filled.
Big shortage, the in-house parking lot, costs "a maximum of €11am, " but per day!

Very nicely located and modern hotel. It's just outside the centre. Right next to the hotel is Mr. Who, a super Chinese restaurant. 5 min walk away is mc Donalds and Dominos. The staff is very nice.

The rooms are very nice and clean. There is a glass shower. The bed is large and cozy. One shortcoming for me is that there is no minibar that does not speak a refrigerator. Breakfast is rich and varied. Lunch was very salty today (24 11/17). There was rosemary potatoes, Brussels sprouts and roast pork on dark roast sauce. Delicious in itself but unfortunately too much salt.
All round everything chick for a stay in the beautiful city of Lübeck.

Rooms are neat and clean. The standard double room is very large and modern.
The staff is very nice and courteous. A parking space is available, but at €11am a day is relatively expensive for the location in the industrial area. The price performance ratio is fine.
The biggest criticism is the associated restaurant. The booked 3 course menu has been converted into a buffet due to the "great demand. " Unfortunately, the food was no longer warm and the panade was no longer crispy. In addition, the desserts taste very much like ready-made bags. All in all, not the best restaurant in a 4 star hotel. This impression is also confirmed at the breakfast buffet.
Only the view in the restaurant is really beautiful.

I wouldn't stay here again. The rooms have nice beds but the toilet is placed in the room as well as the transparent shower which is very weird. You pay 11 euro pr. Day for parking. Maybe it's just me but I am used to free parking at hotels. Amazing view from the bar. It takes around 20 minutes to walk to the old city.

Nice place to stop after a long drive (Stockholm Sweden). Rooms are good and the top side bar is a cool place to relax in.

The hotel is average. The rooms are large and clean. The location is just outside the center (15 mins walk) and right on a main road. The mini bar is not available, the TV is a bit small and parking costs 11 EUR extra.
The ambiance is nevertheless quite chic and in the city with the cheapest hotel I have found.

It's a very nice hotel to stay at when passing by Lübeck but not more than that. Decent breakfast though I could have wished for a bit better quality at a 4 stars hotel.

We visited lübeck for the first time, the Bar is the Highlight of the Four seasons of the year, and are fully convinced that coming! Super nice, courteous Service, delicious Cocktails, a breathtaking, magnificent view and just beautiful for a nice summer evening allow. And not to forget, the price-performance ratio is Top! Many thanks to the entire Team ;-)

Schlechte Margaritas, schlechte Nachos, im ziemlich leeren Laden 15 min auf die Rechnung gewartet.

Hotel ok, service staff, shortcoming: heating/air conditioning not settled 24 C, sole remedy not regulate also after complaint, permanently: sleep with the window open, but then with road noise. Restaurant on the 8th floor closed a day. Closed society, this is not a 4 star standard!

Rooms are good. Staff is nice.
But:
Unfortunately, which makes including this Mr. Wu (Asia snack) fairly decent noise in his kitchen. Constant rattling with the plates What sucks in the room.
His kitchen Extractor above sentiment goes Wu Mr. So that one is in the bathroom of the hotel room vividly visualize can what Mr. Wu prepared everything in his kitchen.
The main road in front of the hotel making noise also pretty neat.

First first of all: The breakfast was top notch and responsible MA a natural in kindness and Organization (I hope you got your tip from the Porter). The room was pleasantly through the air conditioning cool and clean in all corners. The fallen soap dispensers in the shower, the busted up melamine under a window (probably by rain water) and some lying around a chair leg were not so nice. The fully glazed bathroom may be slightly uncomfortable older guests (it has been much fun my wife and me ;-) ). Overall, I can recommend this hotel. Room service should basically be trained with regard to the compliance with technical defects which should be fixed immediately if at all possible.
