Our second stay and once again all requirements were fully met. Motivated staff, friendly welcome and an absolute per dog attitude🥰⚓️ Only an air conditioning was missing😂 a bit The rooms were very heated despite the open windows. We say THANK YOU and look forward to next year. Stay healthy🙏🏼

I was lucky enough to spend 2 nights in luxury sleeping beach chair on the beach from Hotel Belveder! Including delicious breakfast, great service and free admission to the Ostsee Therme.
Super friendly staff, perfect all round service and a not completely crowded beach section made my getaway perfect! I'll definitely be back — promised!

What a hotel with spa,
a perfect place to get away from it all. We have been to the hotel a few times now, for a few days. Every time we are surprised anew. Very friendly staff, very clean hotel. The restaurant fully meets our expectations. Whether the rich breakfast buffet, or in the evening the menu, always an experience.
The spa completes the stay with its super sauna masters.

We stayed at Hotel BelVeder for 12 days. It was great 👍. Starting from the greeting, to the farewell, it was really very nice. We had booked HP and were just thrilled about it. Mr. Ehinger (head chef 👨 🍳) really managed to make sure that we ate the menu 10 out of 12 times and were thrilled every time. For the children, the children's meal at the end (after 11 days) became a bit boring, but this has nothing to do with quality at all. The breakfast was also highly recommended. My favorite is the Mett. 👍. The ladies and gentlemen in the service do an excellent job and are all very friendly and accommodating but not intrusive👌 through the bank. Also the cleaners in the room were very friendly, even if they may be able to From time to time they were a bit overwhelmed.

Thanks to the Baltic Sea thermal baths, the beach at the door and a very good restaurant, we were well catered for during our holiday. Also had a great time with Corona measures. The security measures were well thought out and have not been restricted in any way. Will surely come back.

Very nice Hotel with private access to the thermal Spa, friendly staff and good food,

The room was spacious and with a balcony equipped, the Breakfast was versatile and delicious, the Spa treatment was great and the Bar I found to be excellent. The proximity to the beach is also a Plus that must be mentioned. I also found the passage to the wonderful Baltic sea-Therme, so that you could make in the room ready for the visit, and after a Minute walkway in the Sauna was. So a narrow cubicles be spared. I can do without imagine, to come back, if I am looking for the price of the Stay still willing to find a Wi-Fi access. Because there is a negative point that has annoyed me very much: there was no reliable Wi-Fi access, although this is considerably simpler Hotels now Standard. Although I approached this more often at the front Desk, it was as good as nothing. Since the Wi-Fi access is included in the not exactly cheap price, I had hoped for compensation, which did not materialize, however. My criticism at the time of my departure was so responsive, that, to me, farewell was not present for the return journey, which received the other travelers at Check-Out. This stay also left little to be desired. The friendliness of the staff and the excellent cuisine in connection with the Baltic Sea thermal baths speak for themselves. We will definitely be back.

The Gran Belveder is characterized by the competence and friendliness of the people working there in every situation. The ladies and gentlemen at the reception, who are a very pleasant first contact, the breakfast staff, who will not let themselves be put off by even the most unusual wishes or guests, and the cleaning staff, who work silently, but like a nice word and even when the door is opened to the public toilets.

The positive atmosphere in the house spills over to the guests. Just great. We like to come back, like to come back to this really great team! Thank you for the nice stay.

Rooms clean, everything available, no air conditioning at 30 degrees! Unfriendly staff especially the waiters/service. 3 days have been there and had nothing positive nice of you. They even went outside on the third day, they just didn't serve us. Didn't give them a reason. There were always mistakes when ordering food! Kitchen taste bad, only breakfast was good, but the staff disaster.

The location is a dream!
My wife and I had a room with sea views. How pleasant it is to wake up in the morning and look at the sea cannot be put into words.

The rooms are large and spacious, clean and have upscale furnishings; which is very beautiful.

The breakfast is rich, varied and, according to your own observations, everything is fresh.

We were over Pentecost in the Gran Belveder and can only sign the positive reviews, super service, rooms very clean, good cuisine, so should be a short break! Also recommended the KIDS-CLUB, our daughter (4 years) felt very comfortable there! We will certainly be back!

The best hotel in Scharbeutz/Timmendorfer beach. Great rooms, very nice service, selected good food, great location right on the beach and a heated walk into the Baltic Sea thermal baths. Just perfect!

What makes this hotel special is the incredibly friendly and courteous service! Food (we only had breakfast) was delicious, a good selection was offered. The rooms are tasteful yet cosy, the view of the sea is fantastic. The beds were cosy, we slept very well. Especially recommended is the bar and the (non-alcoholic) cocktails, also here the bar man is very friendly and competent. More upmarket in price, but the ratio is right. We will be back for sure!

The breakfast was very good.

Nice and quiet location, good breakfast, good bed, very nice bathroom, friendly staff negative: Overnight price for the furnishings and size of the suite decidedly too high; If you do not use the Baltic baths. The small living room area offered little seating comfort and was otherwise not nicely designed.
There was a Tassimo espresso machine, but neither a kettle, nor tea, nor sensible cups.
The drinking glasses in the room were in the lower part of Schlierig, were apparently only washed superficially by hand and wiped out, not cleaned in the dishwasher; Unhygienic!
His charger for the cell phone could have been connected only by the bed, if you had the bedside lamp unplugged (or a separate double plug) would have…
The bedside tables were ridiculously small and didn't even have a drawer. Bed reading had to be put on the floor, all the rest stood/lay tightly crowded openly around.
Check out at 11 a. M. ; Not nice for late risers — or just after the changeover to daylight saving time…

A real feel-good hotel! The location right on the beach is perfect. Very nice, clean rooms. The restaurant offers a varied cuisine in very good quality. All this is also found in many other hotels. Especially at the Belvedere is the friendliness of the staff. There is no set up, elegant Chichi. The well-being of the guest is in the first place. In this hotel it has been possible for older couples, families with children, etc. To feel equally at ease. The direct access to the spa is also very nice. Here you can stay in bad weather without boredom all day long. Further amenities of the hotel include spa, free Wi-Fi and the Kidsclub. Think it's great that dogs are also welcome.

If 0 stars were possible, I would give them. The food does not come in parallel with 10 people and half has to wait 20 minutes for the meal. This can happen in the kebab shop, but not in the 5 star hotel in Germany. The staff is really rude for a 5 star hotel. Significant improvement is required or a reduction to a maximum of 2 to 3 stars.

Nice hotel and a lovely place for Spa and a wonderful sauna landscape free for all guests at the hotel. Perfect for a romantic weekend in the charming village and beach at Timmerdorfer Strand.

Class hotel in a great location, the staff surprised me with many little attentive details and loved:-) the Baltic Spa has a very large and beautiful wellness/sauna area. At weekends the spa is sometimes quite crowded, otherwise everything is really perfect.

We have been there for the fourth or fifth time and will certainly be back because of the great location and the connection to the Baltic Sea thermal baths. The rooms are fine and clean, the staff is friendly throughout. With the breakfast buffet in the small adjoining room of the restaurant it can indeed get cramped and it can take a quarter of an hour until scrambled eggs are back. I also find it difficult that the kitchen closes at 9:15 p. M. At 10 p. M. You won't get an espresso in the bar because the coffee machine would be "already off". Here a kettle in the room would be great. The mini-bar is poorly stocked and incredibly expensive.

Great service, wonderful room & astonishing food. The spa is fantastic. It was our 2nd trip and it won't be our last.

For dinner, we have used the room service, which was very quick. The food was really very very tasty!
The breakfast was varied and large selection. Fresh fruit and freshly prepared scrambled eggs, omelet or pancakes.
We were completely satisfied and felt very refreshed after our short break! :-)

The reception at the front desk could use even a touch more friendliness and voluntary disclosure. Last, the Spa could convince only moderately, bearing in mind of course that this is not operated by the hotel.
The swimming area at the Spa has been significantly in the year and the volume on full days unbearable. The sauna area is significantly more comfortable and versatile (great infusions, informed staff). However, reclining on deck is here and relaxation is only moderately to the enjoy, as compliance with the "sauna"etiquette is not enforced (loud conversations in the sauna and in the rest areas were unfortunately omnipresent).
Total price is really reasonable.

It's been long time that we were there, but it was fantastic.

We were (as every year 1-2) for 2 wellness days in this beautiful hotel.
It was an experience (as always). We come back (definitely)!
Unfortunately, there are only 4 stars this time (even if the hotel and the service deserved absolutely 5 star). But it us somewhat annoyed that (already) a few berths in the on-site relaxation area in the Baltic Sea Spa obviously were used by non-hotel guests and permanently reserved.

A tasty snack on the terrace of the BelVeder should finale for my girlfriend and me in the late afternoon a beach day. Unfortunately, the quality was then so not top notch: had the smoked salmon advertised on an extra card when also decorative hidden, Brown TRANS points. As I viewed them, the service force was only a lapidares "I'm sorry, I tell the kitchen. ", wrest. That was all! My friend had ordered the burger from the bistro menu and was asked whether she wanted to have ketchup or Mayo for the fries. The Burger was cooked too much and the ketchup was her with 50 ct. Charged extra. Overall: not a good style!

Our holiday was great. Wellness for mom and dad and Kiddy care for the little. Great for families is adjacent to the swimming pool and also the first-class Restaurant right in the house. So happy you are with the rest.

We stayed for two nights here. It has us very well fallen. The rooms to the side, but with a sea view was large and very comfortable. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The Frühstüch is to selection and taste is hard to beat. The easy access from the Hotel to the Baltic sea Spa sets the Whole or the crown. Especially at this time of year, I could no more stay in the Bay of lübeck imagine. Even a week after the birthday of my wife was subsequently congratulated. Many greetings from vacation in Scharbeutz. Goods here on a recommendation. And what can I say: TOP. I can not understand the partially negative reports. The weather, the children and the dogs love it on the beach and at the pool. Then we were dining in the gourmet restaurant DiVa, simply gorgeous. Here, everything is just right: from service through the atmosphere up to the culinary delights. Also from me a heartfelt "highly recommended".

I was with my friend between the holidays for one night in December 2013 at the Belvedere. Our range included in the evening a 3-course dinner as well as breakfast. First of all it must be said that the hotel boasts a great location, my knowledge is at least partial sea views from all rooms, really class. The rooms were very large and spacious. However a hair in the sink, on our arrival, was unfortunately, also the room was ageing, various traces of suitcases and shoes were on the walls. During the day, we were then in the Baltic Sea-Terme, hotel guests can be reached by a glass walkway. Although there was an extra area for the guests of the hotel, but unfortunately no drinks or extra towels/bathrobe were rightly set. In the evening we are approx. Broken 19 30 for dinner. Unfortunately, we had to wait almost 30 minutes, since that restaurant was crowded, poor organisation! The service sought, had however absolutely no idea about wine recommendations to the menus. Also both menus were special (u. A. Round his tongue, what my girlfriend not very enthusiastic). The restaurant reminded more of a Turkish Vacation Club and not a 5-star hotel. After a tiring day on the sea + we wanted to relax sauna in front of the TV at night. This didn't work unfortunately. Also, the technician called from the hotel couldn't help, so no TV. It was very uncomfortable that the technicians smelled extremely after sweat and we had to disclose for the first time.

Slept very well, very good eaten, very good featuring enjoyed! I'm coming back.

So I liked BB´s. Whether is now in winter very pleasant hotel and the thermal spa. Also nice that you can go directly to the bathrobe in the Spa. Wonderful views of the Baltic Sea and a good service in the hotel. Especially now that it's cold, very to recommend.
