From the first impression of the hotel to the delicious food in the evening as well as the rich breakfast, I can rate the hotel as very positive. The service in the house was also just round — it is clear who wants to drive to the hotel must not start from a 5 star stall — thank you for the nice stay.

Our experiences were not the best. The rooms are getting older. With cleaning not you don't make it very accurate.
When the room was to be cleaned, it was forgotten. Likewise, the day after.
The food was pretty bland. Barely seasoned. Buns very dry … Hard choice …
Cheese and sausage and other side dishes were ok. The receptionists were always friendly and helpful.

The Facility is beautifully large and bright, the Location is also great. The Premises are tidy and the Staff competent and friendly. There are Modernization Measures taking place, that you get with you. Craftsmen don't work around the Clock, though, as it still wants to remain a Resort. I'll definitely be back.

I was a duck in 1996 to rehab in marl, and it was fantastic. Environment and weather in October as in the spring. Now it's been a family business, a Hotel. The rooms are overtaking befürftig but the food is good and plentiful. Also the staff friendly. We were three nights there. So you can recommend it any time.

Attention! Not a family hotel!
We were lucky only one night there and survived it… Unfortunately, you cannot express it differently.
The friendliness of the staff unfortunately could not overplay the facts.
The hotel has come in the years, at the cleanliness Habert it at all corners. Dirty Schmudelig, Ecklig, etc. The bathroom in room 28 a single catastrophe, mold on the ceiling in the shower debris in the toilet just horrible. Horrible hotel. Never ever again and if you would give us 100 euros for one night! No thanks.

Reception and staff overall very nice. The breakfast buffet was very good. The dinner was delicious and also plentiful.
Unfortunately no adjustable slats and far too soft mattresses. Cleanliness under the bed defective.
Also in the bathroom the cleaning has to be greatly improved. Shower cubicle defective and bottom frame black. Shower head was clogged (calcification), casing at the ventilation system was missing.
Very small TV which was too low on the desk. Attached to the wall, the size would be just still acceptable. The remote control very dirty and sticky.
After the first night we presented the critique in oral and written form and it was promised immediate remedy (bathroom), unfortunately nothing was changed in the evening.

There is still a lack of innovations and renovations. The parking lot should be made is very muddy in bad weather.

The breakfast was very good. Evening Buffet very good. Different Warmessen, several desserts. Delicious. Ambiance Rustic.

For the price OK however you could use the winter break where supposedly refurbished will also be used for it. I like to pay a little more but then the room should be clean after the winter break and all the lamps will work.

A very nicely located hotel. The room was top and the food over had plenty of choice. There was something for everyone. All the staff was very, very nice, helpful and friendly. Everyone always had a smile on the face which was very pleasant! We were very happy with everything and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. Go back next year and look forward to it now.

Just you and there you could renovate. The breakfast buffet is super tasty and a great deal.

At first glance I was not so impressed but at second glance, we liked it, as the offer with Park entrance (Hansapark) was good and our suite was nicely designed. There was a sauna a pool for kids a trampoline nice seating and nice staff. The only thing I did not find so beautiful now was that it was here and there, still some 90s charm sprayed.
The breakfast area was very good.

The hotel is situated. We are already for the second time there. We have read of course also the other reviews and could understand it well. It should be however noted one clearly. It has several shortcomings, things, who do even better in any case, but what we must not forget, is that to be paid also not really much money. The price — to-performance ratio may therefore be true or Be even outstanding. Nevertheless, it remains sad that a hotel gets only so guests in and as a result has no money for Instanthaltungen. We have been in February there and the TV did not work. We were in May there and the TV still didn't work. What we resent something, is that the receptionist wanted to sell us us for a fool with the info that just a replacement part has been ordered but have not yet been delivered. Exactly what we were told in February. Obviously, no money is there to repair the antenna. And there lies the rub for us. If no money there is so little understanding we TV to repair, is there then do not have money for the basics? Will endanger my health or that of my children?
In any case, it leaves more questions than answers and no really good feeling to have, if you push a family holiday in between for 2-3 days. The rooms are cheap and the food is not dolle. Anyway can you feel at home there. You have to just keep in mind what you ultimately paid and scale its expectations accordingly.

NOT THE ROOM PICTURES IN THE INTERNET FAITH! I don't know where are these pictures here, but so it does not look here at all! Zero zero comfort, nice, zero style! The total bullshit! Baths in the DDR-style, old and broken, dark and ugly tiled, off geranzte, simple shower, not like the picture!
External appearance of the hotel: just like the inner image — total in the years to come. Very friendly staff at check in. Then the shock in the room: GDR-bath in moss green, lime heels on every Amatur, chipped up black joints. Furnished the room quite big, karg and in need of renovation on every corner (bed edges completely large stains on the wall, on every furniture hacks, dirt, broken burst out, ). Small children could not get play on the floor. Feel-good factor null mood down.
To claim we got an upgrade from the very nice receptionist in another room. The bath at the same level, however big, beautiful room — quite nicely decorated (if equally worn and damaged as the other room).
The food is simple but fine.
The sauna is mini small, the pool is a good size, everything is here, too worn out, run down, kinda gross. Not a nice "relaxation room" (there are just three are placed in the entrance room to the swimming pool, you don't find peace there).
There is no bike rental is promised in the Internet.

Very nice hotel for a relaxing wellness weekend! Our room was clean and quite large, the food in Buffettform was good and the spa treatments have liked us. Priced right!

We have posted here 4 days and all in all were pleased. Our room was very spacious and nicely decorated. The bathroom was not very beautiful but functional. It's an old House. The staff was always very friendly. Very helpful especially in the restaurant. Breakfast was plentiful and the half-board dinner had enough selection to suit all tastes. Our dog was even with meals. The location of the hotel is very nice. We were here the beginning of March. Since it is of course a little dull due to the weather but it is certainly more pleasant in the spring and summer.
We would definitely come again.

So I can not understand some people that review this hotel so badly!
We felt very much at home 3 days, and also the circuit was also ok!
The rooms have charm and are very comfortable, it's just a little older. Anyway, the rooms were spotlessly clean, what some others write I can not confirm!
Very nice restaurant with nice service and good, changing food. Breakfast is also everything you need bread scrambled eggs juices sausages, cold cuts and cheese, so all you need ;)
The Lady at the reception was very friendly and accommodating!
My conclusion
We will have been here not the last! Price performance are easily 5 stars!
