We were very nicely received at the Hotel Seemöve. A very personal hotel near the beach. Nice atmosphere and very nice and accommodating staff who were very attentive and helpful. The rooms are very well maintained and clean, as well as stylishly furnished. The breakfast is very rich and varied and can also be taken on the very nice terrace. For us a very nice holiday, everything was very harmonious. Many thanks to the hotel manager.

Visited the Hotel Seemöwe three weeks ago. Very courteous staff. Very friendly and great breakfast.

Nice little hotel with a family atmosphere. We had a bright clean room. The staff were very friendly and nice. A suggestion on my part that a holding handle in the shower would provide more security.

Within the last 7 years we have been 3 times in the sea lion. The third time because we remembered the first two times as very nice stays.
THAT POSITIVE: Beautiful building, tasteful décor, kitchenette with refrigerator in the room, very good location, good breakfast, tried & attentive staff at breakfast, parking behind the house, magazines for reading are out.
THAT NEGATIVE: Very poor condition of room equipment, unacceptable cleaning status of the rooms, NO reaction of the hotel staff and the owner although we announced the defects immediately on arrival including the claim of the full price on departure — — > 165, — euros the night. This is a far cry from professional complaints handling
IM DETAIL: We have been to two different rooms. Both rooms were in very poor condition (wear and tear and cleanliness). The lady at the front desk has accepted our complaints. I have also informed the owner in writing about this. On the issue of cleanliness, at least, the opportunity was to bring about an improvement. Except for helpless attempts to explain why this is so (no time, we have to do little by little, carpet we do every 3 months …) but nothing has happened.
1. Tiles on the floor and partly on the wall with extreme dirt (see photos before/after), which I can remove with the simplest means (toilet paper, soap and water)
2. Wall tiles in the shower with black covering, which I was able to wipe away with my fingertips

Very nice hotel in a central location. Short distances to the beach and the pedestrian zone. Rooms are super cozy and clean. In the evening it's nice and quiet.
All very private and friendly staff. The breakfast is good and ausrreichend, there is something for everyone, there is always a freshly boiled egg or scrambled eggs — prima.
There is also a small, separate sauna, which you can use for two at any time, which we liked very much.
We will certainly come back again.

Great service. A very well maintained, styled, family-run hotel. Makes you want to repeat.

Modern, clean and furnished apartment with a sense of practical. Nevertheless, the rooms do not seem sterile, which is mainly due to the dimmable luminaires. The beds are comfortable, the mattresses impeccable. Although the building is right on the street, it is quiet in the apartment. There are parking spaces in the backyard and there is only a few minutes walk to the seafront. There are shops, bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. If you don't feel like taking care of breakfast yourself, you should book breakfast in the main house (15 euros per person). The selection is impressive, even for vegetarians (not taken for granted in a "fish region"). In addition, attention is noticeably paid to high quality. The 15 euros include an egg dish.

Very bad breakfast. Once, the hotel even had no buns for over half an hour. Rooms are beautiful, but the beds. The 4-bed room has only one sofa bed.

Very nice and modern hotel in a central location
We have spent 3 nights hotel seagull. The rooms are very nicely decorated and very clean. Breakfast is available and is also suitable for late risers (up to 11h). At the house there is a small sauna with rain forest shower, perfect to warm up again in autumn/winter.
The very competent service and the personal atmosphere stand out.
We'll be back.

We were 5 nights here, so we clear 5 stars! Prefer 10! Super Hotel, great Service, Clean and great rooms and the Breakfast is 1A. So here the guest is still king! Clear recommendation and we will come back soon!

Very well furnished apartment except for the bathroom. Designer bathroom but absolutely impractical and unusable. The vanity in the dimensions too small and too flat. The water POPs out of a high on the faucet on the Abflußstopfen and even in the smallest amount of water squirts. Also, when washing your hands, the clothing is always wet! The vanity is in a surrounding wooden frame involved, this framework is also always wet. Completely inappropriate is the shower curtain in front of the right to narrow shower. Then also about 10 cm too narrow. The The result is — with every shower is the small bathroom is totally under water. On the long run it will be with the wooden floor, in the bathroom, problems. We would have a little more storage space is desired, the Cabinet consists of only two narrow elements to the right and to the left of the beds. The closet as Bettüberbau is totally impractical, because you're always on the bed must rise. Praise is due to the mattresses, slept so well at home, and if it is due to the location of the apartments-some of them quite loud.
