The cake tastes great, the coffee is hot and the view over the forest priceless. I would only have found it nicer if there had been a little more attention regarding further wishes or payment. I have a mouth to ask, but especially with a few guests, more attention would not have been magic.

Just take a break once. Eat and drink in a cosy atmosphere. Then relax in the courtyard mme. Gorgeous! Or from time to time to enjoy Sunday lunch buffet and relaxed.

Very good hotel with great room. Very nice staff. Only the spa area could not convince to 100%. This is relatively manageable compared to the competition.

Top Wellness Hotel, there is nothing to complain about everything super nice, unfortunately only small menu not much choice so I would eat outside.

At a 5 star hotel, I expect an appealing presentation of fresh goods at breakfast — not yet. Furthermore an environmentally friendly darr calibration of the jams.

Gourmet food and high service. Internet are slow and not up to modern standard so no Netflix at our weekend stay. Recommend breakfast. 4 big stars.

My husband and I celebrated our wedding in the "Alte Meierhof" in October 2017. Originally we wanted to be married at the hotel, most loving on the terrace. We were told that this would not be possible, but suggested that we get married in the Castle of Fortune and the celebration takes place in the hotel. A great idea. We stayed with the Gasamten wedding Entourage all weekend. Already in the past we were often guests in the Meierhof and knew about the particularly cordial hospitality of the house. But at our wedding the entire staff has surpassed once again. The personal commitment also by the hotel director Mrs. UTA Krause-Junk and her event manager Ms. Sophie von Oepen were not only through organized down to the last detail, but they came up with so many nice ideas and surprises that we have an unforgettable wedding Had. Gorgeous. Our guests felt very comfortable from the first moment. The champagne reception, the canapés, the dinner in the evening, the wedding cake, which not only looked good but was amazing in taste, all this absolute top cuisine. Great praise also to the kitchen! The whole weekend was a dream…! Many, many thanks to the entire team from the old Meierhof…! We would love to come back.

A very nice and well maintained hotel with very friendly people. The breakfast offer is extensive and of good quality. If you are sensitive to noise, you should choose the rooms to the fjord.

Voucher for Sports & Breakfast. Staff very nice and helpful. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Otherwise very nicely done.

Very nice spa area. Around noon unfortunately a bit noisy in the Ruhezohne.

A super hotel. It is relatively rare to find a 5 star hotel which has definitely earned its stars. The rooms are incredibly beautiful, furnished with a lot of attention to detail. The food and service in the house are excellent. The spa is hard to beat. The whole house is tasteful and very clean. Keep it up, we like to come back.

Nice hotel and great view over the fjord, but not the full score as the value for money (especially at the pool bar) and the fitness room can still be improved. The rooms are clean and very lovingly furnished. Parking is subject to charges.

Have been regular guests for 15 years. The Sunday brunch is recommended, the reception warm and the atmosphere pleasant. The appetizers are organized as a buffet, then every order goes through the service at the table. Unfortunately, this varies somewhat in quality. The offer of main courses is OK, for vegetarians unfortunately still only encampments (tofu after pre-registration possible), Nice would be a vegetarian dish, which is included firmly in the table card.
Overall always a guarantee for a beautiful Sunday with wonderful views of the fjord and Denmark.

Very well maintained house in a great location, with direct views of the Flensburg forest. The uniformed staff underlines the good name with kindness and competence!
