Very clean well maintained maritime styled hotel, consistently very friendly helpful staff! Breakfast all fresh, is always refilled!
Especially recommended the small spa area, the different treatments were great in a pleasant atmosphere!

We stayed for 2 nights for a short break in Büsum. The rooms and the ambience of the hotel were very nice and pleasant. The staff were all super friendly, extra requests were always answered and fulfilled. We traveled with dog and felt very welcome with dog as well. The way to the beach/dike was short. We would love to come back.

Beautiful new hotel with very nice and hard-working staff! However, the cupboards in the room are far too small and unacceptable for the hotel's stars!

Very nice hotel, delicious breakfast. Always nice staff. Spa area also very nice. Restaurant also excellent. The rooms are large and very clean. What we couldn't understand why a new hotel doesn't have air conditioning. It was very warm, this was the only mango, because due to the "wind conditions" windows are difficult to leave on, because then loud.

Today's Gin-Tasting was terrific. Great atmosphere and great food.

We are coming always again very gladly in the coastal pearl. The staff is in ALL areas more than friendly. The Breakfast I personally find FANTASTIC! The self-made Pistazienmus I can forget me really. Mostly everything is prepared with great attention to Detail.

Super great Hotel with attention to Detail! Friendly staff in all categories, super applications…, great location… family friendly, dog friendly… now, I could whine, but at a high level… no fridge, kettle in the room and one must not take hot drinks/ cold drinks out of the Restaurant with in the hotel room. Otherwise, the top and that was not my last visit with you.

Very friendly staff, rooms are beautifully decorated without being cluttered, and very clean. The Breakfast is rich and tasty, as was the lunch. It was a really nice stay, I'm very happy again!

We will definitely come back, because here it was really a little dream.
The hotel was super nicely furnished, the rooms very clean and also designed for well-being. There is a lot of emphasis on details and high-quality, but at the same time very clean furnishings — absolutely convincing.
Breakfast — well, if you are looking forward to breakfast every evening, I think that says it all!
In the evening we also ate every day in the hotel, although this was not planned. But also speaks for the food! Quality and taste absolutely convinces.
Also the spa area is simple but very clean. The swimming pool invites you to splash, whether large or small. It has just the right temperature and is really top to switch off.
In the spa area there is also a bio sauna and a Finnish sauna, as well as a steam bath. I can only recommend that!
Afterwards, simply put nicely on the sun terrace with a tea and let your soul dangle.
Next time we will and would like to book the wellness suite, because this too should be an absolute dream!

The coastal pearl is a true pearl. The hotel and the rooms are very modern and lovingly furnished maritime. The food is very tasty and the staff always friendly and helpful. We were very impressed by the possibility to do without the daily room cleaning and to receive a voucher (3€ per day on which cleaning is dispensed with) for the hotel bar. A great offer, which we gladly used. The wellness area is a great place to relax. The hotel has a very nice location and it is not far to the sea, if it is there The Büsum er Zentrum is also located in a reasonable distance, in addition there is a small railway stop directly at the hotel. Unfortunately, our holiday is already coming to an end and tomorrow we will leave. The stay in the coastal pearl was really fantastic and we like to come back.

In itself, the hotel is visually very nicely made, also I have to emphasize the very good food and the cleanliness of the hotel.
Unfortunately, in my opinion, the price ratio does not fit at all.
When we arrived, more and more hidden costs appeared. Furthermore, we paid a little more to get a horizontal sea view. Unfortunately, the money was misinvested here, we only had our sea view standing and shared the balcony with three more rooms. Which, of course, put a lot of pressure on privacy and therefore also on relaxation. Neither moving in the room nor the storm ventilation while having breakfast and sleeping was not without hesitation. We asked this about whether something could be changed about it. The backlash was: they think about what the architect thought was so pretty…
Also the from delicious food was calculated with 25 Euro buffet, for this price the choice was too small and the price could not possibly have been eaten pure.
A fee was also charged for the car park, which is not a problem in itself, but the car was neither theft nor weather-proof.
Shortly before departure we wanted to drink a non-alcoholic beer at the beautiful sunset on the above-mentioned balcony. We bought the beer at the vending machine opposite the reception.
While drinking the beer, my friend noticed that the beer tasted weird. He then discovered that the beer had expired in January 2018.

We were drinking in October on the sun terrace to something there. It was not busy, yet it took forever until someone came. The old Breakfast dishes was also not feared cleared because the good lady in front of the wasps were in the jam,. So we have changed the table. Coffee, cocoa and Cappuccino were not a bargain, but okay, if the Service would have fit. On the invoice you would have to wait then unfortunately, again, about 10 minutes. A pity, because sitting could be great there, really.

What a pity! We were so happy, a short trip to the sea with our daughter who is only a few weeks old. In the hotel restaurant we were then bitterly disappointed especially the hospitality was dismaying. We ordered the drinks despite demand without a drinks menu, no matter our mood was still great. At the neighboring table we got to know that guests waited an hour for their food. We were amazed because the restaurant was empty. Four tables were occupied and we could see 5 employees. Well, we kept waiting for our food. Unfortunately, we also had to wait a long time! Too bad, but we were happy when the burgers bent around the corner. Unfortunately, the waitress dropped a meal and the ketchup splashed up and IN our stroller. That was really annoying (value of a car of this brand over 1000€) of course this can happen, but we were not pleased with this and hoped for a nice reaction and a good liability insurance. But instead the waiter came with a dirty rag with which she had wiped the tables before and really wiped it around in our stroller! Incomprehensible! Luckily, our little daughter didn't stay in it. The rag was dirty and I should put my daughter back in there? So we asked for management. Then came the biggest disappointment! Instead of meeting us nicely, we really heard the phrase "You're a housewife, then they know how to get the stains out again". She disconnected the dirty fly net and wanted to "pull it through the water once. " She also offered me Gallseife.
