A lovely small park, beautifully located on a lush mountain ridge. The castle is newly renovated and hosts a hotel. In the 20ies it was used as a boarding school and hosted Wernher von Braun.
I liked this place. But when I was, there are was a wedding and I can't go inside castle. But I was able to take a good picture 🙂

Charming and tranquil. Quiet little spot that was once used for the likes of the Czar of Russia and Napolean for hunting and the church was christened with a piece written by and played by Bach.
Beautiful area and hadn't realised such a place existed outside of Weimar until my fiancé suggested we go.
Had a bite to eat at the restaurant and the beef salad stole the show.
Have yet to enter the church or stay at the hotel but would gladly go back for a lazy lunch or date night dinner.
