Very nice staff; Food tastes great at any time of the day — you can only recommend.

The restaurant is open from 17.00 a. M. As a hotel guest, man has problems getting a table. A bottle of water in the room would be desirable.

Super friendly and Mega delicious food, you can really only recommend to anyone.

Rating refers to food and bowling. Beef steak with very good quality and perfect cooked. Very cleverly prepared. Delicious wines from Franconia and Saale-Unstrut. Service very friendly with tips on region and background knowledge to eat. Bowling was also very fun on small fine grounds. Best cuisine in Steinach I would say.

Overnight stay with 6 persons — 1 night equipment of the room OK breakfast OK unfortunately during our visit with the parallel booked events in the house completely overwhelmed. Unfriendly answers from the visibly stressed staff.
Inflexible — no option for us to eat in the restaurant!
inflexible — info that sauna would take 1, 5h preparation and today would not be a chance at what's going on here anyway.
Inflexible — bowling alley would not go so late… after 22.30 o'clock anyway.
Inflexible — after the end of the parallel event, after several requests, we were allowed to take a drink at a "dirty" table on the day of departure a decent picture.
Unfortunately, during our stay we lacked the necessary professionalism and customer orientation as it should be shown in the tourism industry.

I have had very good experiences in this hotel, friendly and competent staff, I can only recommend to others.

Nice and cosy rooms with stunning views. Rich offer at breakfast.

We stayed in October for a wine tasting with 4 course menu.
Dre whole evening was a successful, round thing. Operation brisk, food absolutely great. We'll be back for sure.

It is a very pleasant little hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. Very quiet location. The kitchen is very good, the rooms are spacious and cool even in warm weather.

Quiet location, large rooms but on the equipment you can still work, no hair dryer in the room, heating does not warm the whole room, beds would have to be made steadfast, very nice staff.

It is schòn but you must not eat there every day.

A very well run Hotel. The Boss served, the Chef cooks. Both are super. The Hotel is well suited for walkers. Ideal access to the Rennsteig. I visit the Hotel again. Unfortunately, it has too little room (about 10), otherwise, it would be good for groups. I hope that the state will continue to remain so. Many thanks to the family Liebetrau.
