The internet at the hotel is unstable. One guest reported that there was no connection at all on the first floor, while it worked on the lower floor. Attempts by the staff to improve the situation were unsuccessful.

The condition of the rooms is rated differently: from clean and tidy to very dirty and "shabby." There are complaints about old equipment, unwashed curtains, and sagging mattresses that caused guests to experience back pain. Some visitors noted a constant humming sound in the rooms. At the same time, other guests described the rooms as spacious and sufficiently comfortable.

Guest opinions vary. Some state that the rooms were clean and tidy. Others complain of severe dirt, the lack of daily bed making, and a shortage of basic amenities, such as soap at the sink, requiring them to take it from the shower. It was also mentioned that towels for only one person were provided for a couple.

A complaint regarding the heating was recorded in the reviews: on one of the days when it was very cold outside, the heating in the room was turned off.
