The hotel has an outdoor parking lot, however, guests express dissatisfaction that a fee is charged for it. Specifically, there are mentions of charges for motorcycle parking even when the lot is completely empty, as well as instances where guests were asked to pay for three days of parking on a public area for a two-night stay.

The staff's performance is rated extremely negatively: employees are described as rude, inflexible, and completely overwhelmed. The sole employee often simultaneously performs the roles of receptionist, waiter, and cook, leading to long wait times. Guests report conflicts, shouting at visitors, accusations regarding the improper placement of items in the room, and even threats of legal action for negative reviews.

The catering is described as catastrophic. During breakfast, guests found sour milk, cold eggs, and low-quality sausages and cheeses. The main menu featured schnitzel that was raw inside, dried-out and moldy sausage, over-salted or spoiled fish, and vegetables that were served several days in a row. There are also mentions of single-use plastic cups being reused after rinsing and very high, unjustified prices for simple dishes.

The cleanliness of the rooms is a point of serious concern: guests found dirt under the toilet seat, mold on the back walls of refrigerators, and black deposits in the shower hoses. The furniture and decor are described as very outdated, and the level of comfort is rated as nonexistent. In some cases, room cleaning was not performed at all, and staff entered children's rooms without warning or necessity.

The heating system is extremely unstable and is the subject of many complaints. Guests report that the heating is only turned on from October 15th, despite low temperatures in September. In some cases, electric heaters and heat guns are used to warm the rooms. There was also a recorded instance where a manager entered a guest's room independently to turn off the heating.

Conditions for families with children are unsatisfactory: children were scolded for requesting a glass or for returning poor-quality food, and the cold in the rooms became a serious problem. The only positive note was the availability of a convenient high chair. Regarding animals, a dog was noticed moving freely throughout the building, including the dining area.
