Had ordered food for 10 people to pick up. When we arrived, we stood at the counter for a good 15 minutes and were not noticed by the service (not even a hello or the question of what we want here at all).
Finally they took pity and handed us the food.
We noticed at home that 2 salads as well as a complete menu were missing.
Complaint via phone not possible, because no one answered the phone. Yes, there was a lot going on that day, but do you no longer answer the phone or greet guests? The following day, my wife called again to complain. The gentleman on the phone was nice, but insight or even reparation? Not true… The mistake cannot be avoided is clear, even that it is stressful on some days. But the service should definitely be worked on.
