The worst place ever. We registered on booking, got email that we can check in after 10 by ourselves, did that, paid the price and couldn’t get it. We went in with other people entering and the owner manager came out, started to say that he will call the police. He behaved and talked like with thiefs. When I told him to call the police he realized we paid the price, he told us he will not let us in and gave back the money…go there only in cases you need humiliation. Completely ruined our night.

Had a newly renovated room, fresh and modernly furnished. The only drawback would be a shelf for bags or suitcases. Will definitely use the hotel again.

The hotel is well located, comfortable, and the facilities themselves are perfectly fine. Sadly, everything positive about the stay was completely overshadowed by the owner’s shocking behavior.
I have never encountered such an arrogant, hostile, and disrespectful attitude from a hotel owner. I simply wanted to confirm the details of my reservation after my Booking messages had been ignored for three days. Instead of receiving assistance, I was spoken to in an aggressive and humiliating manner. I was repeatedly told that I was Booking’s customer, not his, ordered to “look at him” while he was speaking, and told more than once that if I didn’t like it, I could leave.
Even basic questions, such as asking about parking, were met with irritation and aggression instead of professionalism. After nine hours of driving and with the stay already paid for, walking away was simply not a realistic option.
I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels, but I have never experienced such disrespectful treatment. It turned what should have been a pleasant overnight stay into one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.
After reading other reviews, it is clear that this does not appear to be an isolated incident. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to be prepared for the possibility of similar treatment. I will also be reporting this experience through the appropriate channels, as this level of customer service is completely unacceptable.
