Condo Hotel

A nice little hotel, in a (at least on Sundays) almost deserted little town. But friendly staff, English talking, nice and fairly clean rooms. Came late, departed early, a pleasant stay, fair price, will do again. :)

Slightly dated but great value.

Budget Room 1 person. For the money to the 27euro the night, just top.

Very small rooms. The bathroom is a laugh, a Dixie loo as a bathroom with shower. F +

Very friendly, wonderful room, dinner room, breakfast room very bright and cozy. Great buffet. Pets allowed. Room with shower, WC, Minniküche, TV, and couch with table. Price — Performance Super. Highly recommended.

Clean and tidy rooms. The value for money is right.
However, in the evening you have the feeling, despite the really available friendliness, that the staff is overwhelmed. Food at the meals the price correspondingly good.

Very cozy place and quite. I walked there 6km in the night. I don't recommend that. Haha.

My husband and I were guests at the Aparthotel Gera last week.
We only have "good" to report. Room clean, food good and the hotel staff were quite enchanting and helpful.
Here you get a homely shelter at a reasonable price!

We were there after Christmas (between the years) the rooms make a good impression. Quite clean, tidy but already here and there distinct ages — and signs of use.
You should not look too much into detail.
As always, the TV is too small. But that's almost everywhere.
Beds are too soft to me (personally). But this is personal feeling and does not flow into the evaluation.
Breakfast: Manageable, rich, choice not too big. But still appropriate. A bit more speed with the scrambled eggs (before the surface is slightly brown by the long time) you could put on the day.
Dinner: We had not booked, but reserved. Unfortunately, the service was not only responsible for the delivery of the drinks and food, but also had to take care of the reception. This leads to dry air.
The kitchen is located in the basement (next to the breakfast room) but dinner is served on the ground floor. I. E. The food already lays loose 40 meters before it comes to the table. Trepp, Trepp then empty again. In our case, however, it is not: if the card says: Fish with seasonal vegetables and fried potatoes, then these 3 components should also be somehow on the plate. Instead you get penne with sour white sauce with too much dill and no vegetables… That'll give you a big point less.
I would like to highlight the quiet location (I could sleep well) the staff is very friendly.

The room was clean, breakfast and restaurant I can't judge since I didn't notice it. The Persoal was friendly. However, the room was very comfortable. So the remote control from the TV was defective and the water hose in the shower had many extinguishers.

The hotel advertises with "Your Pillow in Gera": just ridiculous! The bed was a disaster so we had to move to a room of the higher price category. Surely everything was bought after the turn and since then no longer renewed. I'm talking about bedding (upholstery, pillows, mattress) and towels. Cleanliness with smears O. K. The breakfast was poor. Quiet location not to mention. In this hotel I will certainly never rent again. And I'm not a pingelicher man. But price/performance should be right and that is definitely not the case here. The 1 star is for the efforts of the staff when rebooking the room.

Sorry. Staff (older lady) was rude and not accommodating at all. The room was not clean, dust without end, pillow was makeshift sewn together, on the cover glued something super disgusting the carpet was full of stains, including hair from the predecessor. So ne we only wanted to go away as soon as possible, then rather pay more than to land in such a dive. Not recommended.

Used as a stopover for one night. Friendly staff, excellent food, clean facilities and generally very nice.

We got a deal by Groupon for a romantic trip to nights including candle light dinner and a sauna visit. It was very difficult to reserve with a lot of problems and delay. When we got there, they didn't realise we had the romantic package and we rude about it, even though we had told them before and it said so in our booking confirmation. Difficulties with the dinner as there was a wedding ring place. Could only have it after eight thirty. No candles or anything romantic just techno music. No drinks included. Rooms were ok but we got a room just above where the wedding party took place, so it was very loud and couldn't open a window as the people were smoking just below. So not much sleep. No talk about the sauna at all. Personell was mostly rude. Wouldn't go there again or suggest it to anyone else.

Unfriendly staff at reception. Internet is not working. Parking place is not sufficient. We parked the car outside. Roomsl and bathroom looks good and clean. Good breakfast.

Service 1a, breakfast buffet very good, the dishes at the dinner were all excellent and well prepared! My room was rather small and unfortunately overlooking a building site, what you could overlook, but loosely.

I'm staying already for a long time always again in the Apart Hotel Gera. The Service is very good, the room I always have is nice and spacious. I can the Hotel only recommend.

The rooms would have to slowly be renewed. Hair dryer only on request. Reception too often not busy, especially during the morning Checkout. The Restaurant does not begin to be large enough for the number of rooms. A young Service staff on a fantastic job. Otherwise, unfortunately, sometimes rude & unprofessional.
