Good rooms for a 3-star hotel. Clean and spacious. Even the beds don't squeak when you turn around.
We had half board. There was evening buffet with good selection and it is very tasty, as well as varied.

My highlight was the 'Blackberry Beer! The food is super tasty and the whole team is just great! We had great days and would like to come back.

Very good value for money!
Big minus: no mask obligation at the open buffet, neither for guests nor for employees. Demand was also told that this would only be voluntary. At the entrance there are disinfectants and gloves. However, it is completely incomprehensible why one does not insist on the mask at least at the buffet! In some cases there were crowds, the minimum distance was almost not observed at all. It then seemed a little strange that the three ladies from the breakfast service do not serve coffee and clear dishes in between, but have no problem mixing among the people without a mask and refilling open food in the crowd! Sorry, but especially in the hotel, where so many people from different regions come together, this is an absolute no go. You have left the hotel with mixed feelings.

Nice cosy Inn with its own brewery and beer garden. The beer tastes delicious. BlackBerry and plums beer is a matter of taste, but very interested. My recommendation in Mühlhausen.

Location is good, service is lovely and the food is decent. Sadly the bed was awfully uncomfortable and the rooms could do with an upgrade. At night, some light kept going off every so often and the curtains didn’t keep it out so I kept waking up from my already light sleep. Decent value for money though.

Great downtown location, first-class rooms, nice ambience (brewery, beer garden). The breakfast left no wishes unfulfilled. Absolutely recommended!

I have been travelling all over Europe since 2011. For the first time ever, I was received very kindly by unstressed staff almost in a warm family tone. And the positive mood of the staff, combined with the great ambience, also transferred to me. Since I always research everything closely, the conversation with the most important woman in the House was also positively productive. The rooms are very well furnished. I also found absolute peace, with the window open. In any case, I am happy to come back and can highly recommend everything. Not only because IT is also home.

I don't think I'll visit the hotel any more. Very noisy, sleeping is difficult.
The corridors are stuffy. Price performance I also do not find given.

Real Nice place to visit for a drink or a great meal … very friendly staff.

We ate very well in front of the house under the umbrellas in the best weather and enjoyed the delicious home-brewed beer. The operation was also without reproach.

We are very disappointed. Actually, we wanted to have a nice evening and will be celebrating my studies. Has spoiled us the evening promt of the unfriendliness of the operation. At the salad bar, the Disaster went on, and the slightly brown lettuce, a large bunch of black fly tümmelte. With the demand for Cutlery, we had to listen to just an irritated "the same". For the main dish, the roasted potatoes on the cast side dish, the size of a Small child's hand, confusion. On demand has been taken away from us without a word, plate, and a few minutes later, back on the table popped. When you eat, you could hear loud comments of support which don't be a Clown and not have eight arms I bring the food and drinks to the next table. So a Relationship should not be found in a really good Restaurant. For us, it was the last visit to the Brauhaus zum Löwen.

This hotel was one-night stay with my colleague. We book 2 single rooms, one day before. Possitive : — they dont have any problem, that we checked in after 18.00, — lobby employees were professional and nice, — rooms were clen and cozy, — price per one room was acceptable according with the fact that hotel was situated in the downtown, — breakfast. On the one hand we dont have wide choise for food, but on another hand employees were continously brought new food, so nobody can feel that is somethig missing. — really nice hotel restaurant, — free Wi-Fi Negative : — really small parking place, — worm forniture, — bathroom was clean, but anyway, it looks used and unconfortable, — during night I hear noise (not sure from where), through it is a quiet city at the first glance, — during night were lobby clossed, — but. Above negative points are still ok when we compare them with Last one. After lobby checked in we went to our rooms to take some short relax before dinner. Fortunately I wanted to see city, so we enjoy dinner in another restaurant. After that we went directly to our hotel. We came to hotel restaurant at 21.30 and realized that we want some drink. So we take a seats. Waiter came after few minutes and spoke to us in German, I ASK HIM IF ITS POSSIBLE TO SPEAK IN ENGLISH (I try to learn Basic German language for more than 4 years but I only understand something). He just looked to us AND CONTINOUS IN GERNANY.

Too loud. Service unfortunately too slow. Food is great. But waiting for drinks.

Sympathetic house brewery in the old town of Mühlhausen. I like to eat the Thuringian dishes, and the home-brewed beer tastes great, too. Always a lot going on, but the service remains serene, attentive and friendly.

More appearances than his, the rooms are (clean) but noisy, we were with dog for which €15 extra were deducted; For the room, the price exclusive breakfast is so unfortunately not justified! Sorry but I would only recommend this house very conditionally! You can clearly see that there is an investor behind it! We cannot imagine at this price — performance ratio here again! It is not only the corporate philosophy that makes a good house; Too bad because the city is really beautiful!

Good food, friendly service, homemade beer — that fits. Rooms are OK. Breakfast is described as rich — I mean it has the scope you can expect in this category. If the staff at breakfast would have been a bit more on Zack (tables are not cleared, feeding the food a little unloved and illogical) there would have been a point more.

Very nice design and really recommended. But the 5th star still lacks a little bit… with such a large kitchen, the map is quite manageable. Also burnt and cold sausage in it is not really great. The breakfast buffet had the impression that the trainees were "made", even though they still needed guidance. As an IHK auditor, this is what I get. But: overall it is really good and I would be happy if I could also award the 5th star on the next visit!

I like to take the opportunity to bring guests of our city and of our company, Thuringia, a little closer. What is closer to order than 1m Thuringian rust sausage as an Appetizer for 6 people.

The rooms and the restaurant looked great. The ambiance was great. Small deduction there because no bacon was available for breakfast. Otherwise top!

We were on August 6th at noon with 8 people in the brewery. Everyone wanted the roulades with Kloss. It tasted wonderful (almost like nuts ;-) )
The service not only very good, but also humorous and nimble.

There is only a small drop of weirdness: Our points on the Göbels-Cart have not been well written so far.
Conclusion: We are happy to come back!

Very cozy restaurant. Food very good. Operation Friendly and fast.

We were completely surprised how nice it is here. Especially the beautifully restored half-timbered houses and the almost decayed houses on which the GDR can still be seen. You just notice that it is still Kojunkturschwaches area. A real insider's tip is this. Germany is so beautiful the whole area here when the weather is also playing. The brewery here is the hammer we are so enthusiastic and can only recommend it to everyone.

Drinks and location in the bar are top. Rooms and beds clean. I can't say anything to eat, but I've only heard good things.

We did not feel very seriously taken as guests. We do not like it if we have the uncomfortable feeling of being rather troublesome as guests.

The house has a really great atmosphere and is right in the centre of the old town. The In-house brewery offers special beers at different times of the year. My favorite: Copper is, fine herb with a special taste thing and a remarkable color. A visit to the brewery is offered as well as a guided tour of the city by Mr. Schmidt, who runs through the old town in a monk's robe and relives the time of the peasant war with stories and episodes.
The gastronomy in the hotel is excellent from the breakfast of the Extra class up to a steak in the evening, which is better not to be prepared. In addition to the sound backdrop of the plum Blossom Festival at Pentecost, which did not allow any sleep, we only have praise and the firm intention to visit the hotel again.

Nice location found with cozy beer garden. Friendly staff delivers delicious brewhouse beer within a short time after ordering and accepts the food order. All well up to this point. 1/2 hour later I politely ask the service worker where the food is left. The waiter then appears and explains that the roulade could not go out because it was "not okay". The chef would make a new one? Okey. 10 min later, a roulade is served at the neighboring table. Guests who had ordered for a long time after me. I spoke to the waiter about it. He had neither an explanation nor an apology for me. When I wanted to pay, he called me the amount, slapped me the change on the table and left. I say: THAT is something of unprofessional — don't go gaaar!

The waiters were unfriendly and we had over an hour wait for our meals for what at the end not even was really good! Had the feeling the were with 25 people overwhelmed…

The food is okay, the beer is good. Unfortunately, it was the black Ales are not well cooled. The salad buffet is very clear. The Service is the purest disaster. The whole Exterior and interior, was created by two young girls served their drinks still even cones had. The purest disaster! It was outside, about 30 degrees. In the time until we get our drinks were seven (7! ) Staff behind the Buffet to a private drink Tang! Another staff member has eaten and smoked. At 13 o'clock when the rush is on during the Kirmestage! There were only young people on the road, so that in me the suspicion emerged that the whole Load of trainees threw away.
