Very relaxed atmosphere. Excellent cuisine. Price / performance very good. Friendly service.

Very good food, also delicious game on the cards. Attentive and friendly service. Pre-soup, salad and a scoop of ice cream with strawberries were served without order. Very tasty. The house very well maintained, cozy ambience. Also suitable for larger groups.

Hotel Kronprinz is located in the Heart of The Village of Fuhrbach. Parking spaces are located on the one hand in front of the Restaurant, as well as next to the Restaurant. The exterior Appearance promises a Meal in a very beautiful Atmosphere. However, as soon as you enter the Space, you seem a little disappointed by the first Impression. The Rooms would need a Coat of paint, through the Ceiling you can see the Heating raw. The Interior fits the Overall Concept, but the Decoration does not fit.
In addition to the Main Course, the Lunch table includes a Pre-soup, a Salad and the Dessert. The Soup was delicious, the Salad could be put together at the Salad bar itself. At the Main Course, unfortunately, you only had a small Choice between a Card with Asparagus and a Card with Homeman's Food. The Beef Roulades are very small, you get 2 Roulades served. Gemered, these are ok, but not towering. There is Red Cabbage for That, but the Portion is far too large compared to the Roulades.
Unfortunately, the Pork Carving Does not leave you off the Table either.
For Dessert, there was a Strawberry Cream in a small Glass, made with a halved Strawberry on a Plate. However, this did not taste very fresh.
We were not served a Drinks menu, only a Wine List was on the Table.

Super hotel and the beer garden just beautiful.

This hotel is kind of special.
The entrance looks very sophisticated and lets you guess its history. Inside everything is a bit frumpy. My room was very clean but worked (favored by the sloping roof) quite small.
There are plenty of parking spaces.
The breakfast buffet is manageable, but offers a lot of delicious, regional specialties which was very pleasant.
For dinner I gave myself a "Otto's burger" which was really delicious and priced almost unbeatable. It is not a "dizzy" Fleischpatty processed, but delicacies from of cattle from the region.
There are also great simple dishes like eg. A "tight Max". This also looked really yummy.
The draught beer is also good and priced OK.
What I didn't like: The sauna area is quite neglected. The sauna would be turned on at my request (which I find OK, as this is not a designated spa hotel). Towels and bathrobes are available downstairs in the basement. But it all seems a little unloved. The lying, the not you Krio stray solarium, the broken wooden spoon for the sauna infusion…
In addition, the hotel is somewhat winding. Some rooms are accessible only by stairs. If you need accessibility, it is important to specify this when booking.
What I really liked: regional cuisine with great products.

The food was good to excellent, but if you are suffering from allergies, you should not go here, because the cook cares a shit on what you are allergic to — I have previously voted with the waiter that there will be no mushrooms in my food May, since I react highly allergic to all mushrooms and then I find when eating that on my plate there are two big chanterelles — absolutely professional — I had a lot of fun on Sunday afternoon. So it tasted it — but I had to pay the taste expensive in the bathroom.

A Very pleasant stay, the room is cozy and the Wi-Fi is strong and the staff are really nice and polite and they serve breakfast. I recommend everyone who Visit duderstadt to stay there and I am definitely staying there again in the future.

We were 6 nights in two weeks. A very nice Hotel. Super check in, nice staff, great food. In the 2. Week was included as know one is already longer. It comes when you watch football quickly into the conversation with the Lord of the house. The food in the Restaurant is very Tasty, the operation carefully. I see no reason less than 5 stars to give. Too bad I'm not as fast to get back come.

This was again a round weekend. The room is very modern with walk in shower, everything clean and tidy, a comfortable Seating area to Relax in between. The food is influenced by the Eichsfelder cuisine, very delicious blends of spices used. In addition, Wild from the surrounding area, products from surrounding farms. The Eichsfelder Schlachteplatte, the Mett, everything is super tasty. Careful Service. We have to thank Mr. Otto and family again felt very comfortable.
