The reception was very accommodating and made you feel welcome.
On the first day the hotel was completely overcrowded. For the size of the hotel too few berths, as day guests also come! Sauna crowded on the first day, hardly any possibility to
Sauna. Unfortunately, there is no relaxation / recreation here, as it is mostly very noisy and the children (of which quite a lot) do the rest… So wellness looks different — especially for the price.
The breakfast is great, the dinner very tasty. Ambience is beautiful and lovingly furnished.
Room was clean and well furnished (coffee/tea also in the room).
Too bad ☹️ all in all we had hoped for more wellness and relaxation. There are much better alternatives for this.

This hotel is great.
The wellness area with the pools and the sauna area are simply totally inviting.
The menus in the evening were very varied.
The staff is super friendly and very attentive.

The only shortcoming: the mattresses were too soft. In the 3 rooms we had booked, it was everywhere. Unfortunately, the effect of the back massage was not so good.
But still nothing to complain about.

Reception, housekeeping, cuisine and service are really great. In the spa area there are several steam baths, several trombones and various relaxation rooms, so that it is never overcrowded. In the evening there is a menu with 3 courses — booking full board.

5 stars for a great concept + employees with heart and mind. Only good things can jump out for the guests. One can actually be glad that, as always, there are nags and pedants. Most of the time, they have a problem with themselves. That's not how the whole click community comes here and we have our peace. We try out the apartment in winter and look forward to the great comfort. Keep it that way!

We are on holiday in one of the apartments belonging to the hotel. The apartment is fine but just against the background of the complained standard some things are not quite okay. On the one hand we had booked a cot, but initially there was only one travel bed in the apartment, which was also broken. Then we were given thick duvets in the middle of midsummer. The first night we arrived soon. Both things were fixed directly on demand, but should not occur at a claimed 5 star standard. Next we found an old T-SHIRT under the washbasin, apparently from the previous tenant. One wonders how thoroughly the apartment is cleaned. It has to be said that the overall impression is already clean. A real advantage to other apartments is the possibility to participate in the meals of the hotel at an extra cost. In addition, the use of the hotel's own bathing and sauna area is free of charge.

Extensive breakfast buffet, varying from "wurst" and bread to cake and muesli. Would recommend 10/10

A great hotel. Everything is right here. The staff has facial paralysis. Everyone is always smiling.

3 years of regular Spa Day, in the fourth year finally a whole weekend and in the fifth year, five whole days.
As always — it was perfect!
Cordiality, the food, the rooms, the service — even if I wanted to look, I wouldn't find any criticism.
It was taken care of in exemplary fashion for our daughter and for us as parents exactly like that.
We will now spend our first holiday of the year here every year.
Thank you for such a magnificent piece of Germany:-)

I would most like to give 7 stars. The Wellness Day Spa (ss) was a dream. Absolutely relaxing and we didn't notice how the day ran past us. Just wonderful. Thank you very much. We will be back safely and then also for overnight stays. :-)

Hello good morning very good in all areas we stayed here for the first time and felt very comfortable. I'm sure we'll come to the hospital for a few more days and here.

The hotel is located quietly at the melting pond in Bad Sachsa. The service in the restaurant is usually attentive and courteous. The wellness area is generously laid out and looks very comfortable.

We had a wonderful, relaxed wellness day.
With the cuddly bathrobe, cuddly slippers and cuddly blanket we felt immediately comfortable.
Soup, cakes and drinks included in the price were very tasty.
We can only report positive things about the staff and the cocktail at the end was really good.
The facility is very nice and cozy.
There are maybe a few corners that would need a little renovation again… peeled paint, rust… but that's just a shambles at the highest level.
We are very happy to come back…

We have since been to the hotel in almost every year for a few days there. It is very relaxing and beautiful there. The condition in the restaurant totally endeavored.

A very nice room (Tuscany wing), incredibly good wellness (clean, not crowded, smells good). Kitchen at star level. Very good service. Great for families with children (games room, swimming pools, children's menu…)

Super Hotel with First class Service. Spa area nice size and our room had a beautiful view of the Lake. We would love to come back.

Was there for few nights because of meeting. I couldn't use all the facilities except to swim a bit and enjoy the food in the restaurant.

Great hotel, great service, great staff. We felt really comfortable. The staff make the hotel what it is. We were always looked after in a friendly and cheerful manner. At dinner the waitress and the kitchen spontaneously entered my lactose intolerance, so I can also enjoy a 4 course menu. The next evening was already prepared for ME. We'll be Back.

We spent a 3 day short break in a junior suite. The room is very small. Overall, I would not describe the hotel as modern, however it is very consistent, clean and also in an impeccable condition. The breakfast and also the dinner is varied and the staff of the hotel very friendly and understand their craft.

Less than 5 stars would certainly not be fair, leaving the hotel with the feeling of total relaxation and wonderful wellbeing:-)
From the first impression at the reception, where you will be entschleunigt with friendly hospitality, over beautiful rooms with a certain charm, very good cuisine, a large bathing area with extensive sauna selection up to a large wellness offer with Selected staff really do not want to stay open.
If there could be improvements then it would be a little more sustainability and here and there a modernisation:
— Consistent renunciation of print material, it can be much better and more extensively informed via digital media
— No plastic bottles (eg. At the farewell; A nice touch but not healthy)
— Use of sustainable Erfrischungsvatianten, e. G. Self-service osmosis
— Better control of the chairs; Despite the corresponding warning signs, many guests have been blocked and it has not been checked!
— Our bathroom in one of the Tumrzimmer was very clean, but already showed Altersschächen (old Duchtür, temperature controller on the shower faucet quite difficult) ; Here would be a modernization certainly the claim of the House do well.

Very lovely hotel with welcoming and familiar atmosphere. The service is excellent and the food one of the best I've eaten at all. The Spa area was quiet, nicely decorated and very clean. This is an absolute recommandation. My husband and I went there to relax before christmas.

Sadly, the gorgeous food from the menu was spoiled by the table and somewhat lack of service/attention. It appears that as a non-hotel guest having food in their restaurant means getting a table at the far end, next to an open drafty window, next to the only pillar in the all window wall, and the smallest available table for two despite all (! ) other tables around us being much larger and set for two people too. Very bizarre and not what I had expected from them. Next visit? Not in the near future. And obviously this experience is being shared with other locals…

A hotel with recreation factor! A peaceful location; small, but clean and elegant sauna area; best spa services; a cosy outdoor pool area; beautiful room; great food; large selection of wines; very decent breakfast buffet with regional products; friendly employees; personal approach and care. And all this without any mounted "fuss" — just perfect.

We were just eating: good service, the full-course menu was cooked great. "Greetings from the kitchen" have been submitted, the wine class. I have nothing to complain about.

Very well run House, 1A food cleanliness is super. You'll feel immediately willkommen. Wir were there in the holiday without children and have not noticed anything of the children. A small guest said Super hotel and him would never be langweilig. Wenn that is not super review. So young and old will enjoy. 1000 thanks to the romantic angle.

Again a wonderful stay in our favorite Hotel Romantic angle. It has everything to fit the weather.

We were actually with our children happy this Hotel to visit, but unfortunately we are very disappointed. The food is like a 2-3 star Hotel but not a 5 star Hotel. Old decorated suites, not just Family friendly. In the evening, told us even a operation which you do not like children, even though our children are 6 and 9 years old with and sat at the table, tactless. I think this Hotel is only for the financially well-off older people recover from it, but no young families. Goodbye does not exist for us.

A couple of days in the year to relax and 'the batteries' recharge — that's 'RoWi' excellent! Always, always happy.
