The team demonstrates flexibility—for instance, one guest was offered breakfast directly from the kitchen after missing the buffet hours. However, there has been some negative feedback regarding check-in: one guest noted that the lobby doors remain locked until 3:00 PM, causing difficulties with restroom access upon early arrival.

Breakfast at the hotel is served table-side. Guest impressions vary: some consider it lovingly and thoughtfully prepared, while others describe it as "just okay." There was an instance where the actual selection of items (a lack of yogurt, fruit, and vegetables) did not match expectations based on photos.

Rooms are equipped with a high-quality, full-size hairdryer. Several guests have also commended the cleanliness and order of the rooms. However, there is no refrigerator in the rooms.
